The Hear For You folks are very helpful and considerate of your time. They supplied me with the product that was appropriate to my situation and have been supportive shutting the adjustment period. I highly recommend these folks for your hearing challenges.

We received excellent, prompt care today for both our annual visits. Very attentive to needs and hearing changes, with helpful additional testing and adjustments. The receptionist was most personable and helpful, also. We feel very well cared for..and are both hearing even better than before!

Appt for yearly hearing assessment. Office confirmed appt week prior and day before. No waiting to be seen after my arrival. Hearing assessment performed efficiently. Everyone was courteous, professional, and respectful. I would recommend Hear for You.

Im on my second set of hearing aids, both from Hear For You. Dan, Lee and Dana have been outstanding in satisfying my hearing needs. I return irregularly for cleaning and any adjustments that are required as well as regular hearing tests. My hearing loss was substantial and affected my family as well, but they not only gave me back hearing but explained every aspect to this hearing journey Im on. They are absolutely Hear For You!

Professional and knowledgeable staff were very patient with my 94 year old great-aunt. She left with new hearing aids and able to hear.

Lee the receptionist was very nice on the phone and helping me get squared away on this first visit.Then Dana did an absolutely fantastic job fixing my hearing aids and bringing them back to where they needed to be.Im still under warranty, so even though I didnt buy these hearing aids here, they honored the warranty and didnt charge me. Dan did an excellent job talking care of my concerns.

Repeat customer, they really take the time not only to make sure all your questions are answered but to actually understand why you cant commit to a set time (truck driver, and company cant schedule) to come in for follow up. Dan and Lee are both extremely pleasant people. And they sell American made products, which is important to me.

Dan and Lee have always been professional, caring and empathetic . They have warm and friendly personalities and never make you feel uncomfortable. Dan is very knowledgeable and explains your hearing problems and the benefits and features of your hearing aid in an understandable manner. The Albany NY “Hear for You” office is staffed by caring, thorough, and competent staff. It is my belief that, after 12 years as a customer, they have my best interests at heart. While I have a severe hearing loss, Here for You staff have made every effort to minimize its adverse effects.Administratively, all appointments are easily and courteously scheduled and involve no wait time. The staff are all very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately they are not quite forthcoming in selling their warranty. I spent $200+/- for a 2 year warranty and the first time I went to use it I was told that I got $25 towards my over $500 repair bill! Why spent $200 only to have to pay another $475 is beyond me. This info should have been discussed. This isnt any kind of warranty Ive ever heard of.My insurance benefit isnt available to me for another 15 months, I guess I have to go without. I will be looking for another provider when the time arrives.

Service as usual is outstanding. Precautions taken to address virus concerns. Can’t beat the followup services provided in my hearing aid agreement.

Just picked up my new hearing aids. Hearing is amazing...glad I finally made the decision to get them this time. Service was efficient and informative. Dana was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for giving me back my hearing and allowing me to hear all the birds again!

I received a consultation which included first speaking with staff. receiving an audiometric exam, then a consult with an audiologist through their telehear program. Dr. Lamb was very patient with my questions and she was thorough in explaining my hearing needs. The staff assisted in this conference which provided a very complete assessment. They were professional, friendly, and the office is easy to find off the highway. I only wish they had an office in Columbia County closer to where I live.
