Susan is very professional and caring Doctor and ensures a timely and thorough treatment.

I have been bringing my son to Susan and occasionally Nancy for over 15 years now. The care and service has always been excellent! These ladies are so good at what they do and we couldn’t be happier.

I called them then no answer, I’d leave a message but they did not call me back at all. I called many times. I NEED BATTERIES FOR MY HEARING AID!!!! Every time i went there and waited outside and when i was looked the window the lady in the office ignored my called when i calling them but why she didn’t answer the phone when i was called them? NOTHING!!! She bow her head and looked at her phone, maybe she deleted my voice mail and have not heard and neither they did not call me back, I’ve been waited for months for my hearing doctor to call back... I knew Nancy Dunn for 31 Years... if Whatever happen to my hearing aid, it not my job to fix it, that their job to fix my hearing aid. I have been trying to get ahold of them but no answer... So i guess i move on to buy battery for my hearing aid in future and i will fix it myself from now on. I’m not sorry for they apologize for not call me back. This is not mine problem. Im not gonna keep trying to get ahold of them.. i don’t care what their excuses for but this is not ok to ignore me. This is very serious for my hearing aid. Thank you for your ignorance me...

Audiologist asked me which ear I thought I heard better out of and I told her. Turns out I heard better out of the other one. Went in for my hearing test and she left her mic on during a part of the test. She said she dont even know which ear she hears better out of... ok... oh no. I heard that loud and clear. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Will not be going back to waste my time or money on them.

DIDNT SEE A DOCTOR. HAD TEST, MOLD OF MY EAR DOINE, TOLD I WOULD GET HEARING AID SOON. ITS BEEN A MONTH, AND NOW I WAS TOLD TO CALL MEDICAID TO FIND OUT WHY THE DELAY. THIS IS PROVIDERS INSURANCE BILLING HOB, NOT THE PATIRNTS!!!

My son was born with a hearing impairment. Im sure the doctors are knowledgable in their field, however, as the parent of a young child I felt less than pleased. My son was crying the whole visit each time from being poked and prodded, which could be expected, but I feel like young children may not be their speciality. They didnt explain to me what they were doing or finding out so I kind of felt like it was a wasted trip and not much insight or knowledge gained. I am a young mother, which should not matter to them, and I learned more by doing a Google search on his impairment. My last experience with mid valley hearing was via a very rude receptionist. I hate to write bad reviews but it happens when someone is dissatisfied.. I will be taking my son elsewhere for his hearing needs.
