I had a package scheduled for Saturday delivery. When checking the delivery schedule it should an attempted delivery was made which was not. When I called 1-800-GO-Fedex I was told they do not deliver to businesses on Saturdays. This was a bold face lie as we received another delivery from Fed Ex. I called again and was told the package would be rerouted to my residence for Sunday and was assures it would come. The representative even spoke to someone from the Albany location and it was guaranteed to be delivered. When checking on Sunday I was told the package was not out for delivery and would not be delivered until Monday because of the change of address which was recommended by Fed Ex. Once again I was lied to. When I demanded the package be delivered today as promised the representative hung up in me. How professional was her behavior?? Guess this is what customer service has come to in America. Wow!!

Sabrina was just awesome. A complete night and day from the woman working in Menands ship center. She took the equipment I had, boxed it, gave me a receipt and off I went. What a pleasure and a fabulous representative. Maybe you could send her to the main office and let her train the people there?

Came by on Wednesday at 5pm to print a label and ship. The woman and man working were so nice and helped me out! 5 stars for their friendliness ☺️

This is located on the upper level. If you, like me, like to spend a little time in Walmart as possible, park in the front and its right by the entrance.
