Excellent service and very accommodating. Went in for a used Jeep, but ended up deciding on a new one (and better deal in my opinion) for just a bit more money. Travis, Joe, and Jared made this my best car buying experience to date.

We had an excellent experience with Joe Maus Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep in Albemarle. We had an issue with our Chrysler Pacifica, it’s a 2020 purchased last year from another dealer. They fixed it quickly under our warranty, but had to order a part to fix another issue. We went on vacation The following day and when we came back they called to make sure we hadn’t forgotten to bring it in so they could get it fixed (all under warranty) which I was glad for because I forget everything. Super friendly, and helpful, great staff. I would 100% go to them again if needed for a fix, or even to buy our next vehicle- that’s how great they were.

The sales process was relatively easy. Jennifer was great to work with when I traded in my car for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. However, the customer service after you walk out the door of this dealership is non-existent. I purchased my Jeep two weeks ago, and when I got home, I realized that I was not given a copy of the paperwork I signed. This was partly my fault for not asking for it the day I was there, but after driving two hours to the dealership, another few hours being there, and facing a two hour drive home, I just didnt think to ask for it. For almost two whole weeks I have requested this paperwork FOUR times. I was finally told that since my transaction was a cash deal meaning I didnt finance through the dealership, they would only provide a copy of the Bill of Sale. I was emailed a screen shot of this. Not acceptable. So I called and left a voicemail for Joe Cornelius, General Manager, AND I followed up with an email to him requesting the signed paperwork. He chose not to respond to my call or my email. Im not asking for a whole lot here. I just want a copy of all the documents I signed. Any other dealership would not have an issue giving this to me. Jennifer, you were great, but you are the only person that has given me good customer service. For the GM to ignore his customers, that says a lot. I will continue to give bad reviews until I get a copy of every document I signed.

Took a vehicle in for service granted his two older vehicle ended up with more problems after a 7 week stay at the dealership on the way home I knew it had no headlights no gauges of any kind was working no are no windows and they were supposed to replace the body control modular and wiring harness it did not happen they act like they were doing me a favor by charging me for parts only when the parts they done did not fix it and they did not see any of the other things that we had on the list for them to take care! Only person worth a darn it that place is Allison

Several month process of trying to fix warranty related problems. Initially very poor communication, minimal to no follow up, and disappointing customer service. There has been multiple turnovers but think they have finally turned a corner with Neil in the parts department! He was able to follow through and pick up all the balls dropped in my prior experiences. Happy to say everything was resolved! Customer service from other staffers still need some work. Hope to see the dealership grow in their ability to meet the needs of the community.

Worse service than Asheboro. brought my truck in for a mountain balance and a alignment. instead of taking off my spare and and putting it back under the truck. they dismounted and balanced my spare wheel with a new tire. I also wanted a fuel filter change. they had to order a special o-ring .when I got my truck back there was a fuel leak. I took it to diesel shop to fix the fuel leak and I was told Id get a reimbursement on the invoice. manager Mike argued with me . I dont trust them to fix any vehicle.

June 2019 Update:Joe Maus Jeep has earned my trust in the service department over the last two years. With that trust, I just purchased a new Black 2019 Dodge Charger Scatpack. They worked with me on presenting the best financing option, which ended up being my personal bank. No questions asked, they completely trusted that Id be able to make those arrangements! Thank you for being an awesome dealership!I’ve come to rely on expert service from the Stanly County CDJ dealership. Robbie, service manager, always greets me with a hand shake and informative answers. My 2017 Charger Rallye has been serviced there twice and I’ve never had a spot of grease left on my leather seats or even the smell of it either.It takes a little while sometimes, but the last thing I want rushed is my car getting serviced. I trust very few to work on my vehicle, Stanly County is one of them.I highly recommend the service department at Stanly County CDJ!

The manager was Very rude to me. Cursing in his language. Several people have received bad service. Nice before you buy. But when you buy and have trouble they didnt help the single mothers. This is bad business for Albemarle. We need people that support and help us.

Bought a car from this place, drove almost 2 hours and it took 5 days for them to get my car ready for me to take home, wasn’t ready when they told me it would be. Don’t spin the wheel on the website because you don’t get what you win. The customer service of this place is terrible! Don’t recommend!

I hate to give bad reviews, but how disrespected I was by the staff is in called for. We went back and forth on the truck for about a week ounce we agreed on a number I got financing and was good to go. That’s when everything went down hill. We agreed on the number with my trade In. Got the deal signed and ready to go. Ounce delivery day hit the sales guy Kevin said the car was in detail and he was getting paper work together for home delivery. I got off work waited for hours to hear something. The sales guy Kevin called me and said that someone else sold the truck out from under him. I have at this point signed the paperwork for the deal. At this point I am pretty upset. So I ask to talk to the GM he says he is in a meeting with the other sales guy because he just got in a fight with him. So I waited till the next day and called the GM Joe and he had no idea about any of this. Long story short they didn’t sell the truck and were trying to back out of the deal. In the end I got the truck for the price we agreed on. The day I went to the dealer they were so rude to me. Took the Joe who is the GM and hour or so to even come introduce himself to me. When I got to finance to do paper work Tommy was so rude just threw the paperwork down on the table. After that was done handed me my temp tag no keys nothing. Went out to the truck standing there waiting for someone to come put my temp tag on and hand me my keys. Waited there for about 15 min before Joe the GM came out. All I can say is if I could give them no stars I would.

Buying experience was like no other dealer I have been to. The salesman Matthew was very polite and helpful.never pushy. Tammy the finance person was outstanding. They closed at 8pm and I kept them there till after 10pm on a Friday night. I was very satisfied with the sales dept. I went back on Sunday for a (detail) I would say more like a vacuum and window cleaning. Didnt really matter the jeep was clean when I purchased it on Friday. Highly recommend checking this place out. A side note Ive seen cleaner restrooms in a truck stop.
