The stone columns purchased from Barron Designs are incredibly realistic. Even knowing they arent real, I still cant believe it when looking at them. I have purchased others but had to return them because they were so cheesey looking. Barron Designs stone work is second to none.

Spent almost $2,000 on three pieces faux beams. Not cheap stuff at all. The widths are off (which is ridiculous for fabricated pieces) and the biggest board came damaged...We did not install them for two months because we were still remodeling our home. Barron is not willing to do anything for us. Nice.(Response to the owner). Order #BD00006587. Please contact me. Your team has continued to deny me any options beyond a touchup kit.

Barron Designs/Faux Panels brings the best faux panels out in the market. So glad I did a thorough research on this. Their panels are truly the most amazing thing I ever bought (online). The toasted vanilla Norwich Colorado panels in particular literally transformed my once drab and generic fireplace into an awesome focal point of my living room. I have had neighbors and guests go insane when I tell them its fake stone. Some have even expressed interest in the panels and in copying my super easy DIY project owing to the products superior quality and realism.I still cant get over the amazing result of my fireplace transformation. In fact, I wanted to add accents to it (mantle, log shelf or hanging vine plants) but I decided to leave it as it is because it looks stunning by itself! Now Im even thinking of matching that stone look on my entry way using their panels. Sweet! The upgrades will definitely add more value to my condo. Kudos to the staff.See for yourself and be prepared to be stunned by these before and after photos:

I had purchased eight panels to improve my fireplace surround. Upon inspecting the panels I found there was lime green spots on two panels. I sent two emails with pictures of the panels to resolve the problem with no response. I called and spoke to a customer service rep and we agreed that if some additional touch up paint was sent that would be an acceptable resolution. Unfortunately that was two weeks ago and still no touch up paint. I would not recommend this company!01/04/21 If I receive the promised touch up paint I will update my review.01/08/21 Today I received the promised touch up paint. Due to the delay and obvious issues with quality control I can only amend my rating to a 3.5 stars.

Ordered an 8 foot 2 inch beam and received a 10 foot beam. Cost me a fortune for the beam and shipping! Now they tell me the beams only come in 1 foot increments and 10 feet is the minimum. If I was told this from the start I would have never ordered it. Now I have to cut the beam to make it fit my opening.

Terrible customer service. Couldn’t get order status for 3 weeks, after several emails and attempted phone calls i find out the product wont be available for at least 2 months, yet no one bothered to tell me until my fifth attempt to get an order status. Also, when you do call, phone system doesn’t always work. Disconnects, bad extensions. I definitely do not recommend this place

I ordered the earth tone Norwich panels and corners for a small project. I am happy at how it turned out overall. I used the drainage mat behind the panels. Installation was pretty easy. Anyone with basic construction knowledge should be able to do this no problem. I am disappointed in the ledgers. For exterior application it does not allow for proper water run off. I think I could have modified the ledgers to achieve the desired pitch but I decided to remove them. They did look good when they were installed.

The products are nice, however, the process to get it shipped and getting the right materials has been a frustrating struggle. Ordered quick ship beams and took several phone calls and follow up... and when we finally received our beams, didnt have the right caulk. Called again on the caulk, they shipped out a paint touch up kit. Called again - finally received the right materials. Wish there was less babysitting from the consumers standpoint and more communication from the supplier.

Mantel was damaged but repairable. Barron customer service was excellent in rectifying. Wish they would have a darker stain option but I knew that going in by getting a sample.

Building a new custom home that is Tuscan style and I am using Faux Corbels from Barron Designs. My customer service rep was Rhonda who did a fantastic job. The corbels are great and the customer service was the best. I had a couple corbels that needed replaced due to shipping damage and Rhonda took care of me! Very happy with the process.

Wow! Beautiful faux stone, so realistic and the colors! The touch up colors are really great and so easy to work with as well as the panels. The only thing even better than the panels, is the customer service! My rep really helped me choose and her suggestions and support made me a customer for life. And its the service during and after the sale that really sold me. They want it right and they kept in touch with me more than I did with them! Who does that? Barron Designs does, and a shout out to my customer service rep Alicia, you are the best, what an amazing exceptional service experience. Thank you Alicia and Barron Designs!

After a year attempting to obtain a quote for 5 faux trusses for my new home and after completing their worksheet four times, I received an unpleasant call from their engineer stating I needed to pay a nonrefundable $150 design fee for him to draw the curve on my requested 8 trusses before they would even provide me a quote. So thankful I have discovered how unprofessional they are before giving them any of my money. It seems they are not interested in selling their products so I will build them myself.

First let me state, the product is great. This was our second order from this company. Secondly: ALWAYS GET A SAMPLE BEFORE ORDERING! The reason I gave them only three stars is because of the following: Five years ago, I ordered a walnut, rough hewn beam. We decided to order the same style and color for our new house we are building, only this time, enough for a large room, at a $6000 pricetag. The color on the website showed the same color we had ordered before, I called to confirm that I would be ordering the same item that I had previously. They asked if I had gotten a sample, I said there was no need (MY BAD). They went on about how if I was concerned I should order a sample, colors can change a bit over the years if manufacturers change or with lots. I ordered and the color was soooo off from what the website was showing. I was convinced they sent the wrong thing. After ordering samples of walnut and the oak I thought they sent, I realized that their walnut color was no longer the same as five years ago. I was stuck with the off color beams that I had color matched the entirety of my interior to the old sample. Fortunately I am crafty, and found I could darken the color almost to the original with a little paint and elbow grease (as per their online staining instructions). It will be great when it is done, just frustrated that they didnt change the colors that are showing on the website in the order page.

UPDATE!oh look a response from the owner telling me to call their customer service number! Well guess what I did that THREE times before I wrote this horrible review. They should be calling me to make things right not the other way around. BUYER BEWARE!!!Horrible Horrible customer service!I ordered six samples before ordering my beam and they all showed up damaged and unlabeled. I should have known better then to actually try to order my beam through them but I did it anyway. I notified them of the sample issue and they apologized but that’s it.Then I placed the beam order, was sent a notification that the beam had shipped but there was no tracking number in the email. I emailed customer service and they sent me a tracking number. I then look up the tracking number to see that the shipment is in my state but on its way to Alabama. I call the truck company, they say they have nothing in my name. I call Barron Designs they tell me that someone elses item was being shipped to me and its now being re-routed to them. I say ok that’s fine but you guys need to cover the $600 in shipping I paid for!!! They say well you weren’t expected to receive the item until 9/17/19 anyways. I say that is not my problem, you guys told me this was being shipped to me and I pointed out that there was an issue, if it were not for me you would have two very unhappy customers! They say well I dont see how this is our problem, I told them I want a FULL refund. I will never recommend them to anyone EVER. There is absolutely no reason why they shouldn’t be able to make the truck company eat the cost of both the shipments they screwed up, my guess is that Barron Designs is overcharging their customers for shipping so they can profit off it.

BUYER beware!! This place is a scam!! They sent me a beam that was the wrong size, also sent me a mantel that did not absorb the stain properly so I was advised to send both items back for a full refund. I paid nearly $400 in shipping cost to send the items back to their headquarters in New York and once they arrived I spent over a week trying to reach the right person in order to verify my order has been returned successfully because it had been 5 weeks since I shipped them back originally with no word. Once I finally got in touch with the right person she said they were only going to reimburse me $240 of my total $780 order!!! . I said that is less than what I paid in shipping the items back as per their advise and they still would not budge.IT GETS WAY WORSE!!....This all took place in July of 2018. It is now 7 months later and I still have not been reimbursed anything!!! I called and left a voicemail after Lindsey (customer service) did not get back to me after a month from our original phone calls back and forth for a week straight once my items were originally receivedso when she didn’t call me the following week as advised I completely spaced it until October which is when I left her a direct voicemail. After a few more months of not returning my phone call and forgetting about everything I just remembered this week I still have not been refunded a dime from these people!!!It took me two days to get ahold of Lindsey again and now I am being told the same thing still! They will only reimburse me just over $200 for my original $780 purchase costing me well over $1000 after I shipped the items backed. I demanded to speak with management because of the shocking treatment I have received in them not reimbursing me for 7 months and now they can’t explain why they haven’t reimbursed me any of my money still they promised from nearly 7 months ago!! I am now being told they will reimburse me $200 still but nothing else after the lies and deception they have caused me throughout these last 7 months. Not only should they reimburse me the entire order of my original payment to them in June 2018 but also the $400 additional in shipping charges I paid to send all items back per their advise due to holding on to my money for 7 months without seeing a penny back!When I spoke with Lindsey this morning she said she would “try” and get a manager on the phone with me but regardless promised I’d get a call back today and guess what?... she never called me back!!! This exactly what happened 7 months ago, I speak with a Lindsey for a week straight in August, she promises to call me back by end of day and then NOTHING. Do they hope I will forget again over the weekend to call them back for a few months??This place is a SCAM, I have not been able to speak with any of the executives after several requests and Lindsey continues to give me the same run around she did 7 MONTHS prior! Again, they received my beams and checked them back into their inventory 7 months ago which was even confirmed this week (I have the phone call recording) and I am still not getting any answers.Buyers beware, this is the most unethical company I have ever dealt with in my Life!!!

Wanted the faux panels to highlight an exterior house remodel. We had vinyl siding removed from our 1960 cinder block bungalow. After popping the wooden strips under the vinyl off the house, we had stucco and new paint done and we wanted to cover the vinyl panels on our sunroom.I thought I had reviewed and re-reviewed the photo gallery, the up close pictures and had a sense of the color stone I was looking for. I wanted a bold statement to compliment our “lost at sea” blue paint and white trim. It was a toss up between two colors. I went with the deeper color and I felt confident.When the panels and ledger arrived it wasn’t what I expected and what my wife wanted. I called Barron Design and had contact with Jennifer, Sharon and Jessica. All three were very willing to do what they could to help me return the faux stone I had for the faux stone I now wanted.Barron Design’s return policy does state that returns that are not a quality, shipping or damage issue will be returned at the purchaser’s expense. Before I ordered our new selection, I did get three samples to be able to make an even more educated decisionI highly recommend getting the samples before making a decision. If you make a purchase they will credit the sample purchase amount back to you. It’ll save you time, energy and money to get it right the first time.Let me reiterate how friendly, sympathetic and helpful all three of the customer service contacts were and how all three contributed to my very satisfied resolution.Sorry I needed them but so glad that they were there when I did need them. Great Customer Service.

The product was great. We got the wrong color - we have been fighting it for four weeks. They finally made us stain it ourselves. They gave us the wrong stain color.Just be advised that if you need to talk to a manager - expect to wait for a couple of days. Customer service made an offer to credit my account, then called and canceled. Just seemed like customer service as a whole was completely lacking from this store. The employees you call cant fix any problems and management cant be found. Youll leave messages on voicemail all day long.

Great service at the beginning. Quick turnaround. However upon delivery of the product it states that any order errors or damage must be reported within one day.Only half my order was in the package (states box 1 of 1) and three quarter of what I did receive is damaged.I tried the listed phone number eight times throughout the day. This includes using multiple cellphones and landlines. The automated system does not transfer the call.Upon emailing my concerns I was told I needed to call in on the number listed. I responded that I have tried calling and the issue is on their end not mine. I also attached photos of my questions and concerns.I have yet to receive a response.I see, based on other reviews that this is not the first time this issue and lack of communication has been reported.Ill need some communication that this is getting resolved based upon the deadline provided or will be refusing the credit card charge quickly.Very let down based upon the cost of product. Was very excited when the package arrived. Now, its just taking alot of extra time on my part.Update. Today another box arrived with the remaining order (even though the first shipment said box 1 of 1). Each box specifically states to inspect and report damage within a day.Upon opening the second box, 100% of the panels are damaged.UPDATE 11/11/21. Upon being contacted by a caring representative named Jessica, all my issues have been resolved in a satisfactory and professional manner. Prior to this rep, I did not receive caring support and only told that I have to call the non working phone number and did not receive any additional help. I am now very happy with my finished project and would purchase again, now knowing that assistance is available by others who care and can think outside the box when the phone system is not working.

Easy to cut to fit. Easy to install. My 16 ft. distressed beam went up with blocks only. No adhesives needed. I made the corbels to match using only a grinder. I have ordered in the past, have ordered presently and will order in the future. You will not be sorry to order this product.
