Brownie was warm and sweet. Appearance of food was perfect. My friend and I choose to dine in although we had to wipe down our table. Probably wont go back because of cleanliness, prices and blandness of food.

I am giving a 2 star rating only because the service was good. The food was terrible. Could not eat either the chicken bites nor hotdog.. only saving grace was good service

I guess I never paid attention to the ice cream, it must have been mixed wrong today it was super fluffy and literally showed no signs of melting for 20 min, it wasnt right, threw it out. I wont be back. Sorry DQ, it was bad experience last time and this one, because orange julius machine was down again :-( used to go there once every three weeks...

Drive thru guy sounded bored. At least he wasnt calling us honey, darling, or baby.We ordered 2 sundaes. This is Saturday with only 2 cars ahead of us, the drive thru is so slow, we may get these by tomorrow sometime.

If I could give no stars, I would. My experience was absolutely awful. After being stuck in line for 30 minutes, I received 2 melted blizzards where I was told they had no napkins, which in turn stained my shorts and my car seat. I’ve never had a “good” experience at this location (Albemarle, NC), however this experience had customers in cars behind me yelling, cussing, and honking their horns. I received very rude customer service and will not be returning.

Their ice cream was amazing but their chicken sandwich and BLT was awful which is why they get 4 stars, real disappointment! I asked for ketchup and the worker gave me a look like she wanted to throw the ketchup packets at me and rolled her eyes as she gave them to me. But otherwise a great experience

I ordered a medium Reeses Cups blizzard that was great. The ice cream was thick and it had plenty of Reeses in it!

Good ice cream although we had to wait a little for someone to know we were there but they were good when they got us.

Every time I go, they are out of Reeses. How can you be out of Reeses when you are connected to a convenience store? Candy has a very long shelf date so how do you run out of that? They where out May 1st and May 3rd and Sep 1st, every time I went.

I like it not only becouse the ice cream workers are nice and commucate with u like they where proply trained very clean

I used to come here with my friends but we had to stop because the drink just... no they are so different. I tried flipping mine and it started slipping out. Gladly it didnt go out of the cup but it was about to and I miss it

Used to be great but has gone downhill fast the past couple of months. Not one star because at least the 1$ snack wraps are decent. Blizzards are melted and the royal blizzards are sloppily put together. The last blizzard I had from them had pieces of strings of PLASTIC in it!

The service is shoddy. If they dont have what you ordered, they just give you whatever they feel like, instead of telling you first. Also, the tables arent cleaned regularly. Almost every table had something sticky or crumbs all over it.

Blizzards are always delicious and their lemonade is really good on a hot summer day!

Waited in line at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes. The only reason I didnt pull off is because I couldnt get out. Ordered Royal blizzards and they had less than a spoonful of fudge in them and it was all at the bottom

The only thing negative I have to say is, their Blizzards are not as they are supposed to be, almost always runnie and more like a milkshake! They hardly ever flip them, not even one going through the drivethru, I guess they know it wont stay in the cup!
