They didnt have the part my husband needed, but they did get one delivered from another store within a couple of hours. Great customer service!

Awesome timely service

The salesperson took the time to discuss what was needed to repair my generator if the product I was purchasing did not resolve the issue. They were friendly. No wait time for check out. When I needed help, they were quick to respond. The driveway to the store is a bit difficult to see from the highway. I would shop here again.

I called in and spoke to a very nice woman named Deanna and she gatherd everything i needed for a brake job and had it waiting on me when i arrived. Talk about customer service! Pitiful store with some good employees. Its a shame how far Advance Auto Parts has fallen because it use to be a great store to go into and shop. The store use to be clean and well organized but not anymore. Its not just our local store that it is this way but in every store Ive been to in the last year. I know its just a parts store but other parts stores take pride in how they look so what happen to Advance Auto Parts pride?

Idiots!!!.... I wouldnt give even one star if I didnt have to!!!!... you want good service and the part you need go to Southeastern Auto Parts in Albertville. The only reason we dealt with advancein the first place is because they were open on the weekend. Southeastern had my part in their warehouse and I save 40 dollars too.... plus Southeastern actually knows what the parts are and how they work they arent just morons that can use a computer!!!.....

The lady at the front desk was very rude. Even walked outside and left us in the store alone and then got an attitude with my husband bc she was proved wrong about one the their products. By far the worst Ive had to deal with. Always stuck with auto zone.
