The two olden men sitting on the porch smoking cigarettes are completely useless. I had questions regarding getting a home built and they couldn’t answer one damn question. Just bought our place through these guys. Pretty easy to work with. Expecting delivery with in a few weeks

They started with asking almost $20k for a 20 year old trailer with holes in the walls, no carpet or flooring, holes in the floor, and smelled like dog pee. The sales person done the trick of asking too much money then going down on the price (13k) to make me think hes giving me a good deal but thats about the 6th or 7th place I have visited looking for a mobile home and have seen better for literally half and 1/3 the price. I have also heard from several people that they get old trailers, remodel them with cheap products, then charge an astronomical amount. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.

They were very rude when we arrived! The man was sitting on the porch smoking a cigarette and didn’t even ask if he could help us! He just said they are open! We didn’t get prices on them! The homes smelled of cigarettes! We got ready to leave no one asked if we found something we liked or not!
