I Had a great experience yesterday 05/13/2021 at Michaels, Cottonwood. An associate named Cori U. Was very helpful, intelligent and I bought a lot more art supplies because of Coris patience, knowledge and professionalism. I am using art to heal from C-PTS and I felt very comfortable with Coris assistance. I am defiantly a permanent, happy, and satisfied return customer at Michaels, Cottonwood. Thank you Cori! This is a great Michaels store. This store always has great sales. They have a fantastic selection of art supplies, paper, toys, office supplies, picture frames, florals, beads, baking and candy equipment as well as seasonal items and party specialty supplies. This store us well maintained and clean! They honor coupons easily and this is one of the only places I have seen that links your discounts to your phone number. You can always find items at a great price at this store and coupons allow for more expensive items to be purchased in a single transaction. Staff at this location are very knowledgeable and friendly: overall a fantastic store to get all of your holiday or everyday project needs. :-)))))

Pretty decently priced arts and crafts store. We usually find a coupon online as well. Friendly staff and clean store.

My favorite store in Albuquerque. Always friendly. Usually well stocked. Offer a military discount, which is always a bonus in my opinion.

Michaels was the only store that had the plastic champagne glasses I needed. They had good inventory and they were easy to find. Our cashier was very helpful.

Found the itemI wanted. Browsed a little. It was pleasant in the store without crowds. It was early afternoon.

They had only one register open that could process cash payments and was handling an entire cart load of returns. After waiting more than 10 minutes I finally left. As a business they should be able to handle any transaction cash or card. Terrible customer service.

All I can say is I dont go there often...because I would have no money. Great place to find everything you need to satisfy your creative endeavors.

It was clean & not that many people in there.I ask a associate where the sketch pad and gift boxs are. My son decorated & cut a heart for his Valentines gift.

Horrible place to shop the one female employee, to include young Male manager on Sunday. They removed the tags off sales items on the shelf.I went to register to pay for several items. I noticed my items were ringing up a higher price . So they call for a price check and a female comes back with there is no tag on the shelf.Then they come back to register and tell you I have similar products on a clearance basket. But its not the product you wanted.They refused to take responsibility for a sales tag that was left in error and refused to honor price. Terrible customer experience at Michaels by Alameda & Coors next to Best Buy .

I really love Michaels for creating my art. Michaels is my next go to after hobby lobby, this is simply because of store locations. They have more in stock, greater variety of brands and prices to choose from. I have also never seen an empty shelf in the store, EVER.😑😂

The store was clean and well stocked. They didnt have what we needed but it was still a nice experience. I was never greeted by an associate while in the store and they were stocking the shelves all around me. Prices seem fair - high but I feel they are average for craft stores.

No problems wife loved all the extra little stuff😒. Friendly staff and very quick checkout. About 12 transactions finished within 6 or 7 minutes including our 60 small items purchase.

I love hobby lobby, but the rewards program and coupons that Michaels offers are just far superior. I find myself shopping here more often for my craft supplies because of it. The store itself is clean and staff are very friendly as well

This store is the smallest craft store Ive ever been in. Even with that in mind, the selection of products was surprisingly large. Doubt Ill ever shop here again.

It had been a while since I had shopped at Michaels. Found a picture frame I was looking for as well as a couple of items in close out aisle. This is a store to spend time shopping, they have so much.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am a caretaker so I took my client there to have a picture framed, the representative was very patient with him, kind, and cheerful. Even though it took him some time to explain what he wanted she never made him feel rushed, or that she has something better to do, she gave him her undivided attention.

The day I went I googled an item n the item was available at the location 9f the store. . When I got to the place I looked up the isle number n nothing. I asked a clerk that was there n was told they dont carry the item n never heard of it.

Always rude on this side of town. Hate going in for a deal and they never honor the special I get emails for.!

Its been a few months since I visited this Michaels. I must say that unfortunately the yarn section has gotten significantly smaller and thats a shame because this time of year is popular with those who crochet and knit.I hope this is not a permanent change.

Its Michaels guys. They have the craft supplies of your wildest dreams. I love the yarn selection. Granted, their stamp selection was sparce, I cant really hold it against them. I believe they were phasing in new stock while I was there.

They said they were going to open on the 16th. Went by and the doors were locked and lights off. What happened? Ill update when or if they open

Michaels at Cottonwood contactless pick up is a joke! Had to wait almost a full hour while others around me would pull up and get their purchase in minutes. I had received an email the day prior to going in, and verified that I was on my way. After I parked, I used the app to let them know I had arrived. I gave an attendant the order number but she didnt ask for the name. She walked away to do the same thing with others. I waited and watched as others were helped, others pulled in and got their orders and left. I called her over to ask why and she gave me the usual platitudes but didnt bother to look into getting me answers. After another 20 minutes of waiting, I had to get another employees attention and gave him my last name and told him that I was done waiting and he needed to get my order after waiting nearly an hour. They do a poor job of keeping track and need to figure out a better system if they cant get people their purchases in the order they arrive. If this is the level of competence that I can expect, I am more than happy to take my business elsewhere. Will not be going back!

I love Michaels when they first started the curbside pick up they were on there game lately not so much. We can easily wait 20 minutes for our order to be brought out and thats with being the only car in pickup.

I found the storage I was looking for today at Michaels. I needed not-so-deep drawer type storage for card making and scrapbooking. I found a 40% off sale. I paid $49 before tax. The person on the floor knew where to direct me for storage. The cashier was smiling and friendly at checkout. I purchased the 5-drawer Rolling Letterpress.

They always have what I need here. Only problem is when the cashier doesnt wanna let you use a coupon. She refused to even scan my coupon. Not a very professional cashier! Had a bad attitude. But other than that Ive never had problems shopping here.

Overall my shopping experience was great, but there are only 4 curbside pick up spots and when I went to do curbside pick up 3 of them were being used as parking spots (no one in the car waiting for a pick up) so I had to go inside to get my online order. I ended up buying a ton of other stuff oops 😅

Ordered online for curbside pickup. Was ready within 30-45 minutes! Got there and they had more than 50 people in line waiting to get in! We got our order and left before even one person was able to go in.
