This shop always has what I need! and the workers always help me choose the best option on parts and almost always have what i need in stock. I traded snapchat’s with Josiah (one of the workers who regularly helps me) and luckily, he had the 14’ wheels in full stock on his story! so i went in and bought a set fast! Overall just a nice environment to purchase from!

The customer service here is immaculate! The service department is working on our 1996 Kawasaki and they have been extremely thorough and transparent with every step they take.Luigi has been the service technician working on our bike and he has been sure to call us and keep us in the loop about everything that needs to be serviced, how much the parts cost, how long they will take to arrive, and how much the total of parts and labor will be.The other agents who I spoke to over the phone, Jesse and Ryan, were super professional and took thorough notes when I asked them to check certain things out on the bike. The prices seem very fair and their quality of work seems extremely high. I will always use these guys for any bike repairs or maintenance work!!

So last year after hunting season our ATV had a very load rub in the left front tire. I called dropped it off with in a few days they called that it was ready! 126$ they found nothing, but the load noise they had heard they couldn’t find the problem. 50 miles later a year later during our hunt same noise same problem. Called in November service said will call you January 11 to bring it in, no call. End of January I called service said call back end of February. I called end of February they said bring it in March 11 and they would call to remind me. No call. March 11 I just dropped it off explaining what the problem was brake pads on left side we’re not retreating and continue to push against the hub. After a week they said they need to fix the right side alone with the left new hub new brakes new piston new everything! For 1900$ which would be more the what the bike is worth. Remember just the left side needs fixed, during the hunt I put some oil in the hub to stop the load noise and it was dried on the rim. I requested only fix the left side and they did after all this I got my bike back! March 11 to May 4 the bike is in great shape alway runs like a champ one owner 501$ for the pistons on the left side to get rebuilt new brake pad. 627$ 7 months later & they couldn’t get a rag to clean the rim off that had dried oil on the rim I can only cross my figures that it works.

After calling at least 3 times to see when the CAM AM event was coming to R&S and getting promised “Don’t worry, I’ll let you know when they are coming” I received no notification. Needless to say I didn’t get a chance to see the Sea to Sky special edition I wanted to view up close. This dealership proves once and for all, you might as well go out of Albuquerque to purchase. Thanks Marshall and the rest of the R&S crew. You’ve made my decision much easier. I recommend other shoppers avoid this place as well.

I’ve purchased 2 KTM’s from Marshall A and looking to purchase my 3rd. It’s always a great experience. The customer service is fantastic and they’ve always went out of their way to help out. They even delivered a bike to me during the height of the pandemic.The prices are fair and they always have a pretty good selection of both bikes and parts/ accessories. I couldn’t recommend them more if you’re looking for a new bike or some parts

Customer service was ?? Rude,how can you sell Motorcycles if you cant turn on the bike? All I wanted to do was buy that bike . The salesman brought out the key turned it on for 3 seconds than turned it back off, I turned it back on to hear radio? He reached over me to turn it back off.?? Then he said let me get you a different salesman!! Marchel was a good guy, he let me hear radio!! But they still lost the sale.

Visited this place around 3 pm on 03/20/2021. Took my son to get some goggles, gloves and an exhaust for his dirtbike. As we got in line at the counter a guy walked up and asked if we found everything we were looking for. We told him yes and that we were ready to check out. He told us 1 of the guys behind the counters would help us when they were done. As we waited there was a couple in front of us chatting with the guys behind the counter. They had already purchased what they came in for when we got in line. We waited for about 15 mins while they talked about inappropriate things with each other. The conversation turned to pictures that they were showing each other. As my son was looking down reading the box of the goggles he chose they pointed a phone to the customer who was in line. It had very inappropriate pictures that were clearly seen from where we were behind them. I told my son lets go. Told him we would go somewhere else. As we were walking out we notified a lady who said she was the manager. She asked my son if he still wanted the products but he himself told her no because of how those guys were acting. I told her they need better coaching on customer service and the inappropriate chatting and especially the picture showing should never be allowed especially in a family oriented establishment. Very disappointed. Took our business and spent my sons hard earned money at a competitor. I wouldnt recommend this establishment.

So I but a x3 can am in December of last year. I was referred to r&s west by a couple of friends and after looking around I decided to make my buy with them... the second time I took out my x3 for a ride a light came up, so I took it back not thinking that it was going to take over 3 week to get it back... what Im not happy about is that if I dont call the service department every week is not like Im calling every day, they dont call back to let me now whats going on. At this point in not happy with my buy or the way they are handling my case. It is a brand new machine I think a bit of priority work of work just fine..

Pretty good inventory as a whole. They are a dealer for several lines so you have a breadth of options but not a ton of depth in any one manufacturer.

Always great customer service. Ruben is funny and always remembers us. Hard to find service like that anymore.

WOW just wow, what service. Returning home to Missouri from a cross country trip, my bike just guit running, about 14 miles West of Albuquerque on Interstate 40. Thanks to the AMA my bike was trailered by TJs Motorcycle Taxi, also another great service provider, ended up at this amazing dealership. Working me in with all their appointments. Absolutely every one from office personnel, sales staff, parts staff, service writer, mechanics everyone was extremely, friendly, helpful, professional did everything to make my wait as comfortable as possible. Observation, as other guest came in to conduct business this did not appear to be out of norm for this business but rather their business profile. They got me back on the road and 860 miles later, I arrived home, bike running great. Thanks guys, my trip was amazing including this breakdown time.I highly recommend R & S Motorsports West for all your Motorcycle, ATV needs if you are in, around or anywhere close to Albuquerque, NM

Had my new canam x3 light come on and overheat 3rd time riding it they wouldnt warranty it and was charge 500$ two weeks later for the fan and had to replace the belt myself not happy with the purchase

A waste of my time. Salesman was helpful, but was not knowledgeable on watercraft. What I wanted was not on the floor, but in-stock. After waiting, I asked when o could see it. I was told it would be weeks before I could see it. I asked if I bought it right now, when could I get it....7 days. I guess they really didnt want to sell it.

I bought a can am defender max xt from here and now i am having issues with the machine and all they can tell me is they dont know whats wrong with it. The machine keeps going into limp home mode and was in limp home mode when i dropped it off about three weeks ago. They just keep saying that the cant figure out the issue. Worst experience ever dealing with these people. They said that it might possibly need a new battery but not sure. They want me to pay for the battery so they can see if it fixed the issue or still needs to be diagnosed. They also stated that it might need to have the wiring harness replaced but that is very costly. The machine is still under warranty so get the harness replaced. This machine has left me walking in the middle of the mountains even after the first time i took it in to have it fixed and the company has done nothing to help compensate me in any way. This is the last time i will ever do business with r and s and will never recommend anybody to this company to do business.

Figured Id update my review since itd been a while. I actually ended up buying a new motorcycle from them. Financing was quick and easy. The sales guys there let me test ride a couple different motorcycles until I found the one that was right for me, and Ive been super happy with it ever since. I still use the parts department regularly for maintenance items, and they always have what Im looking for. The service guys did some piston work for me on a past as well as some tire replacements, and I was very satisfied with their work.

All the employees here are great folks to chat with. Some have more knowledge than others but hey, you gotta start somewhere. The used selection is always interesting and changes over.

So shiny, clean, and inviting! Tevan at the parts-desk/sales-desk is always helpful and conscientious about giving the customer a good deal and finding alternatives to rare-expensive parts.

Amazing service for starters, i just bought a 2015 ninja 1000 from them. They treated me really well and got me an amazing deal on the bike. It took a bit for the paperwork to finally go through but once it did it was smooth sailing going forward. They have an amazing staff who is always there for you if you need help with anything. i will be going back if i ever buy another bike :)

R&S West was excellent in servicing my Ninja. Bernard & Red exhibited great communication with me and had the job done when they said it would be. Additionally, the actual price was cheaper than what i was quoted which is always a nice surprise. Their rates are higher than independent shops, but not by much and having a Kawasaki dealer service my Kawasaki motorcycle is worth the small extra fee for the professionalism that comes from this service department.

Every time I go to this dealership it’s been problems, looked for a four wheeler asked if the sportsmen came in orange....they said no. Looked on line and sure enough orange. Went to buy my son a rc390 that was two year old although new and they would not negotiate needles to say we left. Went back to buy a ninja 400 and they refused to show me the black in the warehouse. So again went to another dealership and got a ninja 400. Today I sent my son in to test ride a ninja zx6 that we are ready to buy And basically management want me to do financing and all the paperwork then do a test ride??? Off to Bobby js...again

I recently went to look at a 1300cc Stateline. While talking to the salesman (Andy) I noticed a 1700cc Nomad. The Nomad was lower miles and lower price while in my opinion a better bike. I bought it and frankly was the most enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever done. Kristen the sales manger was pleasant and fun during the signing. They even kept my Honda shadow on site while I tried to work a title issue. All in all if your looking for a great deal with great service this is the place!

Marshall has sold me 2 KTM race dirt bikes. He was so helpful and cool the first time, that I went back and specially asked for him again. Very laid back and went out of his way to introduce me to all the mechanics and additional staff in case I had any questions down the line. R&S West isn’t the closest KTM dealership to me, but I’ll continue to give them my business. Somebody give that guy a raise!

Spent 30 minutes in the store not one employee even acknowledged my presence will elsewhere

Getting insurance work done here is a joke. Purchased after warranty insurance when we bought the can cam RTS. Now they dont want to honor it. We have to pay up front and collect from insurance company. R&S should be filing as claim with the insurance company. We would pay the deductible. Very disappointing.

Good help and advice. Customer service is great. Bike selection ATV and quad selection is great.

I walked in ready to purchase a Ryker and a Four wheel. Walked around for 25 mins...sat on several Rykers and four wheelers. No one approached me and the employees helped other customers that came in after me. Wonder if it had to do with the way I look. On the flip side I went to the Lamos one and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the West location take some tips from the Lomas location.
