Great place! The quote was half the price of the other guys and my car looks as good as new. He color matched perfectly and even polished my headlights for me!

ABQ collision requested old parts: bumper, fender, bolts and clips. Reason being they needed a template to rebuild the car with. Meaning they would use the old parts to see how the car was put together. Regardless, seven days have passed since the car was picked up and has been sitting in the lot since. The insurance had gave them a timeframe of 9 days to repair the car. I went to go give them the old parts when I realized that a body shop would not need old parts to put a car back together. So, after contacting insurance and the shop. I had to pay 100 out of pocket to take it out of their lot, furthermore the insurance had to pay for the tow to take it to a certified place. The man claimed he worked on it but it looked exactly the same as when I took it in. And I even removed the damaged parts for them. I took it to a certified repair shop because I knew that experienced workers would know how to rebuild a car. The man claimed the car wouldn’t turn on when he jumped it, well sir that is because it’s electronic and of course it’s not gonna turn over after an accident. Also, why would you try to turn on a crashed car not knowing if it had internal damage? My guess is they never worked on newer cars (2018) and I was worried it wouldn’t be put back together right.

After a string of bad luck, I had 2 vehicles that needed collision repair in quick succession. The insurance companies I was dealing with were trying to gently get me to go with a bigger repair shop that had decent reviews. My gut told me to go with ABQ Collision. By far the best decision I made for my vehicles. Both cars look like new. Leroy kept me updated throughout the entire ordeal. I even got to help with a part that had a special wrap that was needed to make my wifes car look the same. Maggie was a delight to deal with. This place is a must if you need any repairs to your vehicle. The reviews that are here are true and I am glad to add to that legacy. If there is any criticism, they are a small local shop, so it is closed on weekends and early on Friday. That means it may take a little long than some bigger shops. But the high quality work makes it more than worth it. Cannot recommend enough.

I found ABQ Collision by typing Top 10 body repair shops in Albuquerque, and they came up in the top 2 or 3. I looked at some of the Yelp reviews, and they were all very positive. One guy said Leroy is the man. I dont do a lot of reviews, but I have to say, that I agree...Leroy IS the man. He made me feel comfortable leaving my new Tacoma with him, his estimate was right in line with the final price, and my truck looks better than before my accident, since he went the extra mile to buff out all of the scratches...including ones that had nothing to do with the accident. Another body shop had told me I couldnt take it in for a week, and then it would be 2 weeks before it was finished. Leroy finished it in under a week. Everyone I encountered while I was there were friendly, supportive, and helpful. I will definitely go back with any problem I may have in the future. 5 stars. I never give 5 stars. 5 stars.

From the moment we called ABQ collision and Maggie picked up the phone it felt like I was speaking to someone I already knew. We had been through quite an ordeal with Subaru already, and then with the insurance company. Maggie made us getting in so simple and easy. She was so nice and I already felt like my car was in excellent hands before it even got to the shop. The excellent service didnt stop there. Leroy walked us through every step and took it upon himself to go to bat for us with the insurance company. This business went above and beyond our expectations and made the entire nightmare we had been through so much easier. I got to shake Leroys hand and tell him thank you. Service like this is hard to come by. ABQ collision is truly the place to go for all your restoration needs. Should we ever need help again and are in the area I would not hesitate to go see them. Excellent customer service and work. I took my car there on a Monday and they let me know that it would be a 4 day repair, which was totally fine because I had a rental car to get me by. After my car was in a crash, I searched and researched the best place in ABQ to get it repaired. I read reviews on Angies List, reviews on other sites (e.g., Yelp), and reviews on Google. ABQ Collision came up at the top of all of these lists.I contacted ABQ Collision and spoke with Leroy (the king!) and he said to bring my car on by. After some great discussions and emails with Leroy and his wife, Maggie, Leroy started working on my car. He contacted me quickly whenever he found anything outside of the original estimate scope.The repairs to my car were finished exactly when Leroy said they would be finished. The car looked great! He matched the color, replaced the headlights, even replaced the little emblem on the front upper grill!The price was very fair and I believe I got the better end of the deal when I consider all of the work that was done to such a high standard.Right after I picked up my car, I drove it to my auto mechanic for additional repairs. I went to ABQ Collision to get a quote to replace the front bumper on my Dodge Ram. Leroy gave me a fair quote and upfront and honest about the level of work that needed to be done. I got an estimate from a big company collision company in town and while they gave me a comparable cost, they were setting me up for additional work that may be needed. I called Maggie back immediate and they schedule me for an appointment the next day and my truck was ready in a couple of hours. ABQ Collision is fast, friendly, trust worthy and performs quality work!

We visited a number of large, well known body shops to get an estimate for minor bodywork on a Mustang GT. Instead of an experienced body man they all sent out a salesperson who didnt know that much about the actual work involved. Finally we discovered ABQ Collisions. We were greeted by the owner and body man himself who has seventeen years experience in the same location. He was able to give us every detail of the process involved and at a price much lower than any other quote we had received. His work was exceptional and we highly recommend him for anything from a scratch to a full classic restoration.

I would easily give more than 5 stars if possible. I live several hours from Albuquerque and was in town for a week. After hitting a deer and having significant front end damage I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and it was repaired with very high quality work by the end of the week, even with having to deal with the insurance company. Leroy went above and beyond in every way, and I will gladly refer anyone here in the future!!

My car was damaged in a rear-end accident on the freeway, my mechanic recommended this place, its my first time dealing with a body shop. The owner and his wife were very helpful and friendly. She gave me the phone number of nearest Enterprise to get the rental. They returned my calls and clearly explained things to me. Before insurance haul it away as a totaled vehicle, the owner called me to ask me to come over to clear personal belongs, which saved me time to drive to a car junkyard. In summary, I am highly satisfied with my experience with them and highly recommend them.

I bought a new mustang and had it shipped across the country. I paid extra for enclosed transport and still the driver a scuffed up a wheel and put a 2 inch scratch down to bare metal in the fender. Obviously I was upset but ABQ Collision to the rescue! They painted the wheel and fixed the scratch to perfection. All for a very fair price. This is a high quality, trustworthy, and friendly family run shop. I will definitely use them again if need be.

Google reviews can definitely be hit or miss, but Im glad I had my body work done here. The work turned out to be more than Im sure they anticipated resulting in the vehicle staying there a few extra days, but they stuck to the price they quoted me on. The quality of work is what really sets this place apart. If I ever need body work done again, I will definitely be coming back.

Had a great experience with ABQ Collision. Not only were the staff fast and friendly, they even stayed open late on a Friday to ensure Id have my car back before the weekend (and that I wouldnt be charged more for my rental car!). Super happy with the repairs-paint is spot on and can barely tell anything ever happened! They even threw in some touch up paint free of charge. Had to take a few extra steps to get my insurance (USAA) to work with them but super glad I did. Will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future.

Leroy gave me a great deal and had the work done in a timely manner. My only complaint was that I had a taillight out when I got my car back and it looked like they had tried to replace the bulb, but it still didnt work. I had to get a new set of bulbs and install it myself. But as far as body work goes, you could definitely do a lot worse.

Leroy and his wife were nothing but amazing when it comes to customer service. They got my car in right away after having hail damage occur to my Chevy Malibu Leroy kept me in the loop how my car was doing and when it would be finished. The finishing product looked beautiful and back to normal. Abq collision also recovered a dent on my door that the hail did not damage thank you for that. I would recommend this place to anybody.

No stars! Worst place. These so called helpful mechanics. Wouldnt even give me the time of day. BAD CUSTONER SERVICE. I am a paying customer clearly needing work on my car. And this guy starts being Very rude and unprofessional....didnt even go take a look. Nothing. Just started saying how they cant and my car needs so much more than a front bumper. You think. Its gone. Duh. But wouldnt even go look. Nothing. I didnt even want to hear the rest of his speech Ill go somewhere where they can fix it....thanks for nothing. You charging $50 bucks to tell me you cant do anything. I would pay if it was helpful. But they didnt do anything. Wouldnt even take a look. You are a paint and body and body shop. At one point we owned 4 cars, all of which one time or another have been at ABQ Collision. Everything from total smashups to just a mirror replacement order have been through the shop. This is a family owned and run business and extremely professional. Both Leroy and his wife, Maggie, are very genial and accommodating to whatever problem we came in with. All work has been perfectly executed and all in keeping with whatever Leroy estimated. We have never, in about 10 years of using ABQ Collision, had a cause for complaint of any of the work.

I had a great experience at ABQ Collision. I had to get my rear bump fixed because of bumps and bruses. Leroy did an amazing job! I used the coupon and he gave me $100 off my deductible! Also I had some minor fixes that needed attention and he did that work for me too at no extra cost! If you are looking for a body shop, bring your car to ABQ Collision, you wont be disappointed!

Leroy, the one who worked on my vehicle replaced my radiator. He never installed it correctly. For the last year Ive been dealing with it over heating, not knowing it was my radiator. I had been replacing a fuse to my radiator fan monthly thinking that was what it was. Today I took it to a mechanic and he told me the one who repaired my vehicle in the first place didnt replace the broken mount which is puncturing my radiator. I know he charged my insurance for all these parts that never made it to my vehicle. It shouldnt matter how long its been since he replaced it if he didnt do it right in the first place. If I could give this a 0 star I would. Go with the place your insurance picks not the place you pick. If I would have went with my insurance pick they would pay for the mess up. Now Im out of pocket for a radiator. Ill see Abq collision in court if thats what it comes down to.

I recently had some serious hail damage on my 2014 Honda Civic. I called ABQ collision and he said he could fit me in next week. I waited a week then took my car in. Leroy remembered me and treated me like a King. My car was repaired in 2 weeks and when I went to pick it up it up it looked like a new car! He did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend this place. I have had bad experiences at Quanz and Car Crafters but I found someone that I can trust and charges a fair price and does awesome work. It is never fun to take your car in but if I ever need to I know where I’m going to take all my cars. I would highly recommend this place! He is a winner! The service is excellent as well.

I have taken 2 vehicles to ABQ Collision this last year and am very satisfied with the service, and my vehicles. I won’t take them anywhere else the quality is top notch and honestly second to none in this city. I have never been more satisfied with a paint and body shop like I am with ABQ Collision. After my car door had its trim broken off by another car in a parking lot, I came to ABQ Collision for a quote to get it fixed. They recommended putting on a new door which would require waiting for one to become available, costing approximately $1000. I asked of we couldnt just stick the old trim back on (it had been bent). They said no and that I may as well throw the old trim away, which we did. But then I came back for the trim after driving off the lot and he pulled it out of the trash for me. I then took it to another shop where they did put the old trim back on and paint it over, costing approximately $180.I was treated very professionally at ABQ Collision. Im sure they do a great job based on all the good reviews, but just make sure to shop around.

Just got my car back today, and honestly couldnt be happier with the way my car came out. it looks like new, they did a awesome job taking out the dents that colorados hail storms did!! 10/10 recommend!

They are the best! I had an unfortunate event happen and i had to find a place to get my car repaired after just getting to Albuquerque and I am so happy I found them on google. I could have gone to a bigger and more known shop in town but I went with my gut instinct to take it to abq collision and boy am I happy I did! They were so quick at getting the car repaired and they communicated with me all along the way. I have 2 babies, a 13 month and a 3 month old so to say the least trying to get my car fixed with lugging them around could have been so much work but they were so understanding and helpful when it came to them as well! I am not from Albuquerque but I would definitely take my car there again if anything happened to it again and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Took a project of mine to ABQ Collision, A little 89 Honda, to get a much needed make over. Every inch of this car needed body work. I mean everything. The entire car got taken down to bare metal. To think that there was 1/4 to a 1/2 inch of bondo in some places and Mr. Garcia and the family were able to get the whole car back to all metal was absolutely incredible. True skilled tradesmen. Super customer service! The reason I say that is because I requested that a special type of clear coat to be used that is fairly new on the market and hasnt been used much. Mr. Garcia has never used it but he saw my vision and took a chance. From what I know, Im the first person in Abq let alone NM to have this type of paint job and the team at ABQ Collision nailed it! The car is amazing! Its so straight! Not a wave, ripple or dimpple On the car. If you dont believe me, Ill show you the car in person.

Ive used ABQ Collision numerous times over many years. THey can to me recommended by two close friends who had excellent work down there. Leroy Garcia and his wife Maggie run a top notch friendly business. Pricing is good and they have always done the most excellent work, expeditiously and with great communication about what they are doing. I even had them de-dent and repaint some 50s era curved metal kitchen cabinets, which I would only trust ABQ Collision to handle. They rehabilitated those metal cabinets to new. They have worked on at least four of my vehicles, numerous times. I have never seen a body shop provide such great service. I think they are the best in Albuuerque. Several insurance adjusters have told me they are the best.
