Broke my driver door on my F250 and came to these guys to have it fixed. So happy I did! Just picked up it up today and it looked great, their service from the beginning was great and very helpful. They kept in touch during the process to keep me updated, truck took a bit longer than originally anticipated but it was well worth the wait. Definitely recommend going here!

This place was amazing, they towed our car after an accident and we ended up going with them for the repairs as well. They were kind, courteous, and the service we received was excellent. The repairs came out fantastic can’t even tell the car was in an accident at all. Also when my husband picked up the car he was expecting to get it back the way we left it which wasn’t very clean AT ALL, but when he got in they had cleaned it so nicely inside and out! Amazing service!

They steal from workers and lie to customers about new parts on there car the owner is a lier and fired someone for having covid with no warning or write up I highly recommend not going to this shop if u want quality and the proper clips

Recieved some front bumper damage while driving. Chose the shop based off Google reviews, was definitely not disappointed! The shop flawlessly worked with my insurance and car rental company, taking care of all the details hassle free. Bodywork was done exceptionally fast and looks great. They were helpful for letting me know that a car registered in my name still was at their tow and collision yard.

I was very pleased with their service until it came to making the payment. The driver miscommunicated how to pay, saying the bill will be added to the work done by our mechanic. A week later I get call from Discount Towing demanding the money straight away. After they threatened to tow my car away from the shop, I was able to convince them to give me an hour to talk with insurance and get this squared away. Unfortunately our insurance representative was not available within that hour. Discount Towing needs to communicate better with their customers when a problem arises, especially when the problem is on their end. The way they treated me was unacceptable.

This is the place to go for a wonderful customer service experience. Everything is explained with patience and courtesy.If you have collision issues this is the place you can trust.

24 Hours after I purchased my Ram 1500, a portable basketball court fell on the hood and put a couple of large dents in it. I took it to Discount towing & Collision Center, and they fixed it. Like new again. Moses was awesome. Has showed me all that needed to be done for the repair. Gave me a date and did not fall short on his word. And then my sons car got impounded, and was towed to Discount towing & Collision Center. Jonathan was so helpful, and did everything in his power to get my sons car back on the road. I was in an accident where a semi sideswiped my Mazda3 into the next lane causing me to be rear ended. My poor car was crunched on both sides, looking at it today you would have no idea. Picked up my car the first time it was held together with self tapping screws the owners Jonathan and Joseph asked for a chance to fix it and make it right well all they did was super glue it together to try to make it right Well the superglue were off and the bumpers back to how it was the first time I picked it up this is a monkey Garage I don’t recommend them to anybody I could’ve did this for free

I cant say enough about the service I received from Discount Collision.I purchased a new car in January, and was hit by a distracted driver in October.Geico told me about this shop, and Im glad I chose them to do the repair work.Everyone is professional, nice and knowledgeable. I was kept informed the entire time. They finished a week ahead of time. I didnt even have to return the rental car to Enterprise, as Discount Collision did that for me.Lastly, my car looks amazing. I highly recommend them.

I needed a truck tow because my rig broke down. A driver from Santa Fe towing was dispatched to my location by Triple A for me. The driver refused to tow my vehicle saying It was too big. I called Discount towing, they arrived 20 minutes later, and had my truck delivered to Bruckners for repairs within an hour. Discount towing is now my go to guys for all tow work. Their prices are reasonable and their tows are reliable. I highly recommend them.

Had a wreck and police towed my car not allowing me to make a choice, i go to pickup the car...i get there male receptionist was very rude raised his voice at me, when confronted about the attitude they almost kicked me out, horrible service! they take advantage of people when their most vulnerable! Stay away...

The sign on the door says they close at 530 but they actually close at 5. They seem to be numb and used to every and any hard time story and they wont budge on any rule. Even if its there fault. I guess customer service goes out the door when dealing with angry people is the norm. I wouldnt look to them to turn your frown upside down. Just your wallet as they take every dollar you got

Went to Joseph to get my bumper fixed, and during the quote process he was extremely helpful and we agreed to a price to fix it (it had some minor tears on the side). Fast forward to the completed job, and it looks good so I pay him and go on my merry way. A week later after some interstate driving, the side of the bumper is hanging off! I asked him what it was about and he said to bring it back in to get it fixed. I bring it in the next day and he tells me that the bracket wont fit the bumper and I need to set aside a full day to drop the car off and get it the bracket adjusted. I work full time and am getting my masters, so it took me about 3 weeks to coordinate rides, my schedule etc. I call him today and he tells me that theres NOTHING HE CAN DO. That last he remembers, my job was completed. He has to audacity to tell me that hes too busy for me now and that the only way the bracket will fit is with an entirely new bumper.Thats not what we agreed to and not what I paid for. The quote/contract clearly stated that the bumper be fixed 100%. Not 90%. I tell him its not ethical and if we agreed to something he should follow through, and all he tells me is we cant do it, either get a brand new bumper or youre basically screwed.I warn you, do not do business with Joseph and Discount Towing. You dont need the headache. Now I have to go attempt to cancel the credit card transaction and look into seeing him and his company in small claims court. Its not worth it, find someone else for your body work needs.

They sent a tow truck driver by the name of Dak to our house to pick up a car for the insurance company and scrapped our driveway. My girlfriend asked the driver to stop but he continued. She called and a person supposedly by the name of Hendricks said the rain will wash it away and she asked what if it didnt and he said if not then he will rub it off with his foot. We will be pursuing this with the owner

Police forced me to tow my vehicle with this company when I wrecked my car! They did not allow me to pick a company of my choice! I mentioned that I called a tow truck and they were on their way and police disregarded & violated my right to choose a company! My vehicle was at discount towing from 10pm-2pm, less then 24 hours and they charged me OVER 300! I used a different company to remove my car from this location and the other company only charged me 100. I don’t know if APD has a contract with this company but I’m looking forward to reporting the officer who forced me to use this company. They are VERY expensive and staff (receptionist)  is VERY rude and unprofessional!  She told me they charge that much because they have over 500 cars??? And gave me attitude when ever I attempted to ask questions on how they charge, she said the state makes up the prices not her, that she just works there!   And They also gave me a DIFFERENT price range when they were towing my car the night of the accident, which was WAY LESS. They also charged an additional ~6% for paying with a card, I had to get money out of the bank and was being told that if my car wasn’t out of there by 2pm they were going to charge me even more, which is understandable but it was said in a very rude, insensitive way, practically making fun of my for thinking it was already expensive enough. This company ONLY cares about making profit one way or another! I feel very violated and disrespect, I would like to speak to someone in regards to how I was treated & what can be done

I had my BMW towed last week and it was the best customer service experience I had. The drivers name was Ernesto he was very professional and polite. He definitely knew what he was doing. I really recommend this company. They got there really fast, didn’t have to wait for long like other companies. I will definitely call them next time.

I talked with Jonathan about towing my Alfa Romeo Spider from ABQ to SF, and he was courteous and gave me helpful information. He also honored a discount for GEICO members even though I was the one paying (I have GEICO insurance for this car but it is comprehensive only as it is not drivable). The tow truck driver, Ray, was the best. He called me 20-30 minutes before the pickup and the drop off location. He was also careful with my car and helped me place it in my outside storage space. Overall a stellar experience! Highly recommend!

These guys are crooks. They lurk around town and steal Harleys. Use their yard to fence them. Also have some kind of hacker that doctors paperwork enabling them to title stolen property.Not recommended for anyone.

My stolen car was recovered and towed at this location. paid full amount owed $287.30 on 05/10/2018 at 15:37 hrs. car was released to me for pickup, which I did in 1 hr. Today may 12, 2018, I received a certified mail for Mechanics lien from Jonathon Gonzales for the same charge that I already paid. a very confused business, or the very least consider unwarranted issues if dealing with this company.

Towing driver pulled out infront of a truck that had to swerve to miss him then proceeded to do 70 through a construction area. Definitely wont be calling for a tow.

I advise management of Discount Towing - to review very unethical practices from every member of staff. Not only was the staff rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional in every approach, the vehicle that was towed was damaged in ways and places that baffled me. They refused to repair this damage, that was done by inexperienced personnel. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in operations you allow at this business. Never again.

The manger/ Owner is very rude and disrespectful. My family memebers got their vehicle impounded and Discount was the ones who towed it and i tried to get the proper information what i needed to get my sisters car out they said I DONT KNOW THATS NOT MY PROBLEM they dont want to help in any way because the longer a vehicle is there in their possesion the more money they make. This company thinks they can do and say whatever they please without repercussions. so people hire another towing company dont go to them because if they stop getting business they will change their nasy ways and hopefully act right. They are unprofessional and greedy.
