I could not be more pleased with the attention to detail and craftsmanship that was placed in the collision repair that they did to my Audi. I had heard good things about them but you are always still a little worried. When they called me to inform me that my vehicle was ready I left work early and was beyond pleased with the repairs. Art even helped me recover diminished value from my insurance company. I took in my 2015 Jeep Renegade to Goodfellas for the first time. The quality of care and patience that went into my collision repair are by far greater than I could have expected. Not only did Goodfellas do an outstanding job on replacing parts, but they also made my Jeep look brand new. I must say, my Jeep looks better than the day I bought it 5 years ago.

I had an excellent experience with Goodfellas Auto Care. Art was extremely helpful with the estimate for damage to my cars front fender. The work they did was beautiful and so was the detailing that they did on the inside of the car. I highly recommend this very professional business.

I reached out to Art on Yelp to get an estimate on how much it would be to fix my vehicle after it was damaged in a collision; I sent him photos of the damage and he responded in less than one hour, asking if I would be able to come in on that same day for him to give me a fair estimate in person. From the beginning to the end of the repair, he was flexible with me (he allowed me to drop off my vehicle after work instead of in the morning and he allowed me to keep my vehicle at the shop for an extra day because I couldn’t pick it up on the day it was ready).This was my first collision and Art treated me with respect throughout the process and always responded promptly to my questions on Yelp; I never felt dumb asking him questions about the process. On the day that I went into the shop for an in-person estimate, he walked me through contacting my insurance company and was patient while I was on the phone with them.When I went to get my car, it looked brand new. My bumper was replaced, my quarter panel was fixed, and they perfectly matched the paint on my vehicle. They were kind enough to detail my car; the engine was incredibly clean and it looked like my car was brand new. I interacted with two other employees while at the shop and they were as kind as Art.Thank you so much!

I had a pre-purchase inspection done on my vehicle, and Isaac and Art were fabulous on that. The oil change was very reasonable and lower priced than Valvoline and Lexus. They are getting ready to do some other work on my vehicle and Im just so grateful to have found such an ethical and professional shop.

Had my 18 Mustang GT Convertible and my wifes 18 Ford Edge Sport fully detailed by Goodfellas and the results for both cars were as close to perfect as anyone could expect to get. Simply outstanding service and results overall. I plan on making this a quarterly to semi-annual event. I dont show my mustang at car shows, but I could with the way that Goodfellas details it. They even gave me a ride to work after I dropped off my car!I got my car detailed by them and it looks better than when I first bought it.If youre looking for a great place, your search is over.Thank you Goodfellas! Pricey for what services I received. Lack for attention to detail, left wax around all emblems and left wax on exterior weatherstripping. Customer service was awful. Will not be doing business here again.

Initially I had high hopes in reading the previous reviews. However I left disappointed once I picked up my car after it was “detailed” on 10/5/20. For the price that I paid, I did not get anywhere near the value one should get. When picking up the car, found numerous areas of the car that were left untouched or poorly done. These include, passenger side which was not properly cleaned, backseat headrests still had a lot of dirt/dust, driver side pedals were dirty still, area wasn’t vacuumed. The windows still had cleaning residue that wasn’t properly taken off and the seats had dripping stains of the polish that was used. All of this was a striking examples of lack of detail which is ironic for a place that should be good at it...Lastly, The inside tire well was left very dirty and untouched. When asked why it wasn’t cleaned, a nonsensical answer of “the wheels need to be taken off and an extra charge of course”. I’m Pretty sure the wheels can be cleaned with a brush from the outside without having to take it off. Again, another example of poor professionalism, effort and detail service given - for the price paid.Very disappointed in the value and service I received for the price that was paid. I would highly suggest finding another place for car detailing in the ABQ area. Contact me for any questions regarding the detail. For reference my car was an Audi A4

We took our 2019 Dodge Charger here after we bought it used about a month ago. We wanted to make it look as new as it drove so we brought it over to Goodfellas after reading their reviews. They did a great job detailing, repairing the dents and tinting the windows. Issac was great to work with and overall an outstanding experience. Dont hesitate to bring your vehicle here, you wont regret it!!

For starters I took my truck here about a year ago. (I could have sworn I did a review but I guess not) my wife wreaked my truck (women drivers smh lol just a joke) Art and his crew not only made the damage disappear but they also detailed my truck and it came out looking brand new. They were highly professional and took great care of my family and I. Not to mention he held great conversation. We did a walk through on my truck and there was a blemish if was from waxing it that I didn’t even notice. He wouldn’t let it slide and had the crew buff the wax off that I still didn’t see after showing me. You can’t get customer service like that anywhere. Anyways long and behold my wife wreaked my truck again pretty much one year later about a week ago or so. (This time not her fault it was a 5 car accident) Needless to say I took it to them again after winning over my business the first time around. I haven’t got it back yet but I’m sure it will come out just as good as the first time around. I’m a business owner my self and in a sense that makes me picky on who I go to. Art is Truly amazing and highly recommended by me.

Art and his team did such a good job on my F-350 king ranch that when I picked it up I made an appointment right then and there for my wifes F-150 king ranch both trucks came out looking as good as new!!! I was amazed with the outcome! Would definitely recommend GOODFELLAS 👍

I came to Goodfellas to repair a damaged car door and broken car door handle after someone broke into my car. They did a good job repairing the car door and the car door handle. The car handle had a part that looked like it was a different color to the other part of the handle and to the rest of the car. Art communicated that it was because of the plastic on the part and that that was why the paint looked different and he offered for it to be painted again to try to match it better. We ended up doing the paint again when the vehicle needed to have the lock re-keyed and Art had them paint over one of the parts that was damaged on a separate part of the car, which was a thoughtful extra. They also had the car washed, they took good care to keep the car clean inside and in the condition it was delivered, and they also kept the gas at the level that it was when the car was brought in. I appreciated that he was willing to try again so that it would be a closer color match, that he wanted to me to be happy with the work that was done on my vehicle, and the overall quality of the work. Thank you, Goodfellas!

We were traveling home to Kansas City from New Mexico on a Sunday and hit something on the highway. We called the first automotive shop we could find that was open. Although Art was not technically open he agreed to take a look. Unfortunately there was a lot of damage. Art not only agreed to fix the car, he helped us get a hotel room and took us to the hotel! He was truly our guardian angel. A month later the car repairs were complete and the car was beautifully detailed! It looked better than it did when I bought it! I would highly recommend Goodfellas to everyone in Albuquerque for all their automotive needs.

These guys are the best in town. I have used other detailers in town. both mobile and at some pretty sketchy locations but these guys are legit. They left my 2009 Lexus looking great. They polished it to look like a fresh paint job was just layed down on it. I didnt think that could be done but they pulled it off. I highly recommend them.

I chose Goodfellas after reading others positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I took my truck in after I was rear ended. Art took care of the entire claim process including getting me set up with a rental car while the truck was in the shop. When I picked up my truck I couldnt have been happier. Not only was the truck repaired it was also completely detailed inside and out. Art and the guys really go above and beyond simply repairing your vehicle. They make the entire repair process a no hassle affair. Ill definitely be going back for their detailing services in the future. I am very happy with the work on my Honda Civic. They made it look brand new. The entire driver side had dents and scratches and the passenger side mirror was completely broken, but you would not be able to tell now. Thank you for the great and affordable service!

These guys did an amazing job fixing a very large scratch that I had tried to repair myself and I botched it bad. Now it looks like new! They also fixed a few small scratches and pulled out all of the minor door dents from parking lot mishaps. My truck looks great! AND as if it wasnt enough...they detailed my truck inside and under the hood! WOW!!!! Totally unexpected and sooo appreciated!!! Love you guys!!! I love my car again!!! They did a fanatastic job fixing my 2020 Acura after is was crashed. Its looks perfect all the way down to the detail they did. It looks like the day I bought it.

I took my Durango in to Goodfellas for a complete detail, some small body/paint repair, and a full ceramic coating. The area which was repaired and painted is flawless and it looks perfect. The ceramic coating added shine and smoothness to the Durango; and makes it look like a brand new vehicle again. Goodfellas is a business that I will continue to use, and I will be referring all my family, friends, and colleagues. It is a place where a handshake is a binding agreement and that is something that you dont really find these days. They have a solid team and I highly recommend them. I will be back.

Art is a scammer

This will be long:My car was T-boned at an intersection on Saturday 10/17 and was rendered undrivable.Called my insurance and a tow truck came to pick up my car, watched him load my car and then had to figure out where to take my car for repairs. Upon looking up options goodfellas was the only one open and had pretty good reviews. So gave them a call and they were more than willing to accommodate my car so it was towed to the location.My adjuster comes by on Monday 10/19 first thing to look at my car, it is totaled.In the confusion of the accident I had left my wireless earbuds and charging case in my car($140 value). Upon returning on Monday to grab all of my stuff from my car they were missing. I ask the technicians if they had left the garage unlocked or otherwise had kept my car locked since it had arrived. They swore that the only ones who had access to the car had been them and the adjuster and that if anything was missing it had to be the tow truck driver. Didn’t seem likely to me but I didn’t have irrefutable evidence to prove that it was them, so I dropped it.I talked to my adjuster shortly after the earbuds went missing and he swore that he saw them in the car the same day that I went to pick up my stuff. Armed with this information I went back to Goodfellas and told the owner who asked for my adjuster’s number to confirm that he had seen the items in my car. Once the adjuster confirmed this they decided that they would reimburse the item and that he would “get to the bottom of this” and check his cameras.If they had cameras from the start, why would it take a second person(Which I was lucky enough to have) to confirm the theft to even consider checking the cameras!? I get that sometimes people lie, but it is easily confirmable by simply going through your video footage and seeing if someone walks off with my stuff.In the end I did get reimbursed for my earbuds by the owner, however the fact that I had to jump through so many hoops(and the fact that my stuff was stolen in the first place) made the entire experience miserable.

My friend recommended Goodfellas to me after my car accident and they did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. It’s a black car and every flaw jumps right out at you if not repaired or painted correctly but my car turned out beautiful. You could not tel where repairs were done and the paint was seamless. I requested a quote for headlight restoration thru Yelp and Goodfellas responded pretty quickly. I went the next day and they were fast and friendly. The owner provided sound advice which I appreciated. I will definitely be going back!

I was amazed at the the hospitality that was extended to me. Im from California and on our way through town my son spilled an Ice cream all over the back seat and carpet. I tried to clean it but the mess just got worse. I tried call other detail shops but they just gave me the run around and one shop even quoted me a ridiculous price then I called Goodfellas and spoke with Art. He said he understood my dilemma because he also has a little boy who has done this so he was kind enough to fit me in and they did a great job. All the ice cream was cleaned and when I asked if they could change my oil he said yes. They took great care of us and even checked and topped off all our fluids with the oil change. These are a great group of guys. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was involved in an accident exiting the smiths gas station and Art and his employees came to help since their shop is next door. They check on me and brought me water because I was shaken up. After the dust settled I brought my truck to them to have it fixed from the accident damage. Art remembered me right away and assisted me with the claims process because I have never experienced and accident before. He took care of my truck and even gave me great advise on how to take care of my new paint job. My truck is my baby and Im glad I took it to them for a great experience and repair.

I stopped by to get a quote to have my Acura MDX detailed and pointed out a few scratches and dents I was concerned about and I was told they would try and work them out. I was not really expecting much that they could do but when I arrived to pick up my SUV I was amazed at the fantastic job they did. Not only did they remove all the scratches and swirl marks but they had fixed all but one dent. They explained that the dent that they could not fix was because their was no access to the area without drilling a hole. They offers to repair it by conventional body repair methods at a later date if I was interested. I figured it was not obvious enough to get it fixed but I was amazed at how great my SUV looks again. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Excellent work, customer service and value. I needed headlight restoration on my car and I wanted it done correctly -- with wetsanding and polishing compounds -- and NOT with clear coat paint that not only doesnt last, but doesnt belong on plastic lights in the first place. Goodfellas got it done right and at a great value! Will defintely be coming back for other detail work and will recommend to my friends and family.

We got into our Jeep and the battery was dead. We called Goodfellas and the owner Art Archuleta came out with a new battery. This is not a service Art offers, but this is the kind of person he is. The price was fair when he could could have easily squeezed us. Goodfellas just got a new customer. Art was there when the chips were down.
