Ryan and his sales team were extremely helpful getting me into a 2020 CT5 550T, they did not have the exact configuration of the vehicle I wanted on the lot but helped me get one shipped from another dealer in a different state and got me into the exact vehicle I wanted. Was happy with how I was treated, being only 23, most other dealers Id been too assumed I have no business trying to get into a new car (especially a luxury brand) and were quick to judge, but they were all very courteous and only wanted to help. Have had the vehicle for 5 months and havent had any issues either.
I don’t know if anyone actually reads these reviews but the service department here was wonderful to our family. We were traveling Route 66 in our new Cadillac XT5 and the front lower grill was hanging off. We left messages for Garcia Cadillac and they actually called us back and told us to come on by. In less than 15 minutes, they had us back on Route 66 and they refused to accept anything from us. They just told us to have a nice Road Trip. Business is tough all over with the pandemic but this dealership kept their ethics and their random act of kindness made our trip. We were stunned by their kindness and wanted to make sure we trumpeted it. These are food people.
My 1st time getting my vehicle serviced, im pleased with the assistance I received from Tim and Jaycob. Ty great job 👏🏽!!
Service manager was courteous and the service was on time and quickly done!
Great people to know when you need automotive repairs and services.
Ryan and Drew, we would like to thank you guys for your help in purchasing our new car. You guys have made this a very positive experience especially during this pandemic it was a seamless transaction. We picked up the car in a timely manner, when we arrived all paperwork was ready for us to sign and all went smoothly.Drew was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. We never felt pressured and explained the whole process clearly. We are very pleased with everything. We feel that we got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. The high level of professionalism and service you guys have provide us; your integrity; and the high reputation of your dealership. We would highly recommend Garcia Cadillac to family and friends, if youre in the market for a new or used vehicle and would definitely recommend working with Drew. Highly recommended.
Excellent customer service..
Buying a car is stressful, but Garcia Cadillacs service department keeps me coming back! Best service in New Mexico!
Recently, within one week I have had my Cadillac in for service at Garcia Cadillac. Both times my service advisor was Tim . I have never done an online public review such as this before, however I felt I needed to this time. Tim was outstanding, both times going above and beyond with the exceptional service he provided. Tim was informative, offered great customer service upon my arrival to drop off my car to when I arrived back to pick up my car the next day. Tim kept constant communication with me about the status of my car. I see Tim as a great asset to Garcia Cadillac team and look forward to doing business with Tim in the future when my Cadillac needs to be serviced.
I visited your dealership Monday to look at a 2020 CT5 on your lot. I had to flag down a salesman, informed him I was interested and would trade in my current vehicle, a 2009 Cadillac STS. He offered me $2k. I told him to talk to his sales manager and if he could give me $4k, Id buy the CT5 right there, cash......I have yet to hear back. Its bizarre to me that the salesman didnt immediately jump at the chance to make a sale. Guess Ill have to shop elsewhere.
Service department was a ghost town, waited around for over 15minutes for some sort of SERVICE and nothing. Called the service department phone number and the phone rang until it went to message. Needed major break work and an oil change on my Escalade. Now have to go to Santa Fe for an authorized Cadillac dealership which is fine because their service department was at least populated with people. Will probably do my suspension work in Santa Fe too. Avoid this place for service as theyve shown they dont care at all about your business. Sucks because this is the only Cadillac dealership in Albuquerque and
Long term excellent service
Drew provided a great experience in the purchase of my new XT4 Sport. I was impressed with the service, finance department and my new vehicle. I will return to Garcias when I purchase my next Cadi. NO pressure even after I test drove the car on two separate occasions.
Sales Manager Drew was really helpful as well as informative as well as friendly.
Great place
The sales staff arent pushy or arrogant and they want you to get what youre looking for in an automobile.
I own a Saab, which usually means that service departments just laugh and walk away. Not Garcia Cadillac. I was treated like a valued customer. My Saab is a GM Saab, which meant that the parts I needed were in stock, but even if they hadnt been (which is what I expected), the treatment I received would still have been a 5-star rating. Thank you Steven and all of your fine staff.
I love my Escalade and I feel the Service department has really been upgraded since I bought it in 2016. Quick, smooth experience making a service appointment, I appreciated him checking for open recalls. The service representative I checked my car in with was a different person, but just as friendly and thorough as the one I made my appointment with. He checked my service history to see if there were any services I hadnt had performed recently and recommended we add an air filter change (covered in service plan). Total service time was 15 minutes less than quoted and representatives were very customer service focused!
Our CTS broke down and we had it towed in to have the water pump changed. We had them change the oil pressure sensor, the air conditioner blower and recharged the system with Freon. Its a 2009 with 169,000 miles on it and never had a wrench on it other than routine oil changes, tires, brakesand the windows were changed after it was broken into and vandalized by theives. This car has been driven safely and comfortably to New York, California and all over the USA multiple times. Tim and company are top tier people who are doing their best. I am grateful for the talent they have. Considering alot of shops are going broke due to the Pandemic. Spend some money with Garcia Cadillac and keep a locally owned business in BUSINESS. Selling AMERICAN MADE LUXURY CARS. TRUE AMERICANA!
Service department is terrible
Daniel and the rest of the service team did a wonderful job when I brought my ATS-V in for its 10k service! They were responsive, professional, and I would highly recommend Garcia Cadillac for any service needs.
My experience there is bad, they told me that the issue is the tires, the manager said that they expend 6 hrs checking my escalade, i took it to a different dealer to be check and the real problem that they found is the transmission
The service department is horrible. The manager Tim Lacks knowledge in the warranty department, lacks the will to help customers and does not follow up like he says he is. On numerous occasions he was supposed to follow up for the same issue. Each time I had to call him and he still had no clue. I stopped waisting my time. I called Santa Fe Cadillac and with in 4 hours had a resolution to what Tim supposedly has been working on for 2 months.
I have been here several times in the past and was not impressed. The service was mediocre, the personnel was lacking and I would only come here as a last resort. Well as a last resort I had to bring our Escalade in for some service work to find that there was a new service advisor. His name is Daniel. I live 3 hours out of town and had issues with my front end. Taking into consideration my distance to travel he worked me in and got the job done and made sure it was done right. Kudos to the GM for seeing the talent in this young man and bringing him on board to turn things around. Garcia has now become my first choice for service on our automobile. Keep up the good work!!
I think the best way to show a dealership appreciation is to leave them an honest review. We purchased 2 vehicles from Garcia Cadillac over the last couple of months. I think one thing that sets this place apart is you dont have a gaggle of sales guys sitting around outside ready to pounce. Its a free environment to look around and you dont feel smothered right when you get out of your car. The staff I would say is great, we had a great salesman, Jake, that helped us through the process but also the manager Corey who was interacting with us from the first step after we found the vehicles we liked. Honest and upfront and great to deal with is how I would categorize them, especially Nora in finance. The last area that really blew us away with this place was after the purchase. The dealership has literally bent over backwards to accommodate all of our needs. I believe this is due to the manager Corey and his approach on customer service but I can honestly say they have gained a customer for life.
Kevin in Service is absolutely the best. He is always so kind and helpful. I feel confident that he will help me make the right decision in matters pertaining to my SRX. Thank you Kevin for your Outstanding Customer Service.
I wish I could give a negative star for this dealership. I had bought 2018 Toyota Prius three here and given $500 deposit. During test drive they showed me a dirty car so I did not come to know it had huge chips and too many scratches on the car. When I went for delivery I came to know they were giving me a broken car so I did not take the delivery and they told me I will be given a cheque back for the deposit I paid and they would call me when they send that out it’s been a week for this incident and there has been no call from them nor the cheque has been sent. When I had called yesterday to check on where is my cheque I was informed the sales manager is busy with other customers and I would get a call from him by end of the day. And now it’s the next day hasn’t his day ended where is the call. The sales manager was rude and shouted at me as if I was doing a crime by cancelling the deal with me when I said I won’t take the delivery and wasn’t ready to return my deposit at the first place I had to fight for it and have not received it yet I would never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. The sales people specially the manager is very sugary at the start of the deal and if u cancel the deal then they start showing their anger and true colors. I would recommend everyone to go to some other dealership but not this one as they are not at all trustworthy do not understand your time is important as well and just say they spent so much time with you etc. never go here never buy a car here else you will also be fooled and your money will be stuck forever. Also never buy used cars here as they are in their lot for months and months rotten there where no one takes good care of it. It’s accumulated with lots Nd lots of dust no protection no wonder the car was broken. Never buy a car here.
Ive been getting my vehicles serviced here (and DiLorenzo) for many years & have always received efficient, reliable & courteous service for my vehicle. The staff is very courteous & informative.
Had some tire issues that were covered under my extra Tire and Wheel warranty, brought it to the Santa Fe store (where I live)and they didnt even call in for a warranty claim and told me it wouldnt be covered(JUNK) Kevin Storz was able to get it handled by actually calling in the claim and had me back in my car very quickly. Great service and super nice staff.
Brought my Escalade in to get checked for windshield issues and Shane had it diagnosed quickly and returned my vehicle working properly. Thanks again!
Your Cadillac service department was excellent! Shane did a great job in keeping me updated on the work my car needed.
This dealership has always had a good service dept. And after Garcia took it over, it got even better. Angel, my service rep took excellent care of my car while it was being serviced. He called to give me an update while servicing and a call to let me know it was finished and that someone was on their way to get me to pick it up. After I got there he went over everything that was done to the car. I was extremely satisfied with the treatment of both myself and the car.
Service department was awesome. Work was done on time.
Excellent experience at Garcia Cadillac. I called to have my car serviced for a recall and Todd was knowledgeable, attentive, and seemed very seasoned in GM service. After a few phone calls and parts ordered, I brought my car in for service and everything couldn’t have gone better. Jacob at the service counter even reached out to me after I had left the service center when it was time to put my car up on the lift so I could join the mechanics and have a look underneath. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. Will absolutely return.
Nothing exceptional. Just there to do business.
The experience of breaking down in Albuquerque was an unfortunate one, but the service that we received at Garcia Cadillac made a bad situation bearable. Angel, the service manager, was a life saver for us. He was prompt in attending to our needs, he works a very busy dealership and was professional & courteous to every person that walked through the door and on the phone . He was instrumental in getting us a rental car and had us on our way in no time. We returned to a perfectly working and clean vehicle. Thank you to all of the service people who worked so diligently in getting these stranded Missourians back on the road!!
Kevin is a great service advisor. He provided us with clear explanation of the issue and the work to be performed. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the customer waiting area needs some serious updating - it is not what I would expect in a Cadillac service department.
I bought my 2010 Chevy Equinox about two years ago from Garcia Cadillac.. Recently, my car started making this rattling noise every time I drove it. I took it in and the work that was needed was pretty extensive! (I didnt realize it was so severe until I received their invoice detailing the work and repairs they did) I have a warranty so Marcos and the guys worked really hard with the warranty company on what theyd cover, etc. From my understanding, everyone finally agreed and they were finally able to start repairs!Guys, shes running better than when I first bought her! Im so impressed with the service and experience! They worked really hard and Im so extremely grateful! I also got to drive a really beautiful 2017 Cadillac CTS as a loner while they had her in the shop! SO AWESOME! You guys absolutely exceeded my expectations and I will absolutely keep you guys in mind when Im shopping for another car in a few years! You guys saved my assets! Thank you!
I recently took my vehicle in to get some maintenance done and the service team was awesome! Not only was the service writer, Jacob, courteous, he took the time to check on me as I waited in the lounge where l also got to talk to the service manager, Todd. Both gentlemen were kind, friendly and professional, which I havent come across in a long time! My vehicle was done within the hour, with no high price cost and I was out the door promptly! I will definitely be back again!
Fast and famous in my book. I got to Garcia Cadillac 25 minutes early, Angel, manager, checked me in and Drew Kent, service advisor, checked me out! Fast and famous! Im one happy customer!
Owned several Cadillacs in my lifetime but had ventured away to other brands, gratfeul to be back in an American Made product. Treated like royalty and not an interruption. My husband and I were impressed that Aubry, the General Manager, introduced herself and was genuinely interested in our needs and experience. Great job Garcia Cadillac!
Terrible customer service, were treated like vagrants, but the lost out on a sale. Cadillac if Santa Fe took care of us. Car getting detailed as we speak. That 46 mile trip is worth the drive.
I brought in my 2016 ATS V after the engine cooler broke. I had the best customer service and had the quickest possible service. I trust any time I have an issue to go see them.
Kevin was our service advisor. He is extremely thorough and very helpful. Great service.
Tim was amazing to work with keep up the great work
Great svc and oil changes there are less expensive than Jiffy Lube! Whod a thought?
Well walked around for 30 min looking at ats6 and Escalade no one helped it’s ok will go buy a Lincoln
The service department was incredibly unprofessional. My husband and I dropped my car off to get the airbag replaced because of the recall. They told us it would only take 3 hours, knowing that mechanics usually take longer, we figured it would actually be ready the next day. Two days went by and they hadnt even called us. When we called, they didnt have our name on record because they wrote down the wrong name and never corrected it after we called. They kept telling us they were waiting for a part to come in. Five days later, we called and they gave us the same line about waiting for a part and we told them that we had to have the car back that day, whether or not they had fixed it. After that, they finally called us an hour later and said it was done. It seems like they lied about waiting for a part. Even if they werent lying, they never called us to update the situation. When I picked it up, they still had it under the wrong name and acted like it was my fault. It was clear that they didnt care about our business so they wont be getting anymore of it.
Great staff, Brad and Aubry were awesome! Id been to many other dealerships and they were the only managers to introduce themselves. Great job Garcia Automotive, super impressed you have a female GM. Best experience Ive had at a dealership.
Great Customer service experience Kevin in Cadillac Service is Very Helpful and Professional Thanks for the help staff
The quintessential experience in car acquisition. Thanks again for another one!
Fantastic experience. Excellent technicians. Especially David Jones and Mike Fayter!
Garcia automotive group is ALWAYS great. Enjoyed dealing with Shane.
This is for for the sales department. I have recently been to the service department and they were awesome.I looked online and saw a 2017 CTS for $33,414 when I went in they told me it was $34,900. It was also around 5:30 and it seemed like I was being rushed so the sales representatives could leave for the day. They told me I had the price wrong and attempted to change the price online and mistakenly changed it to $3.00. I saw this the next morning when I looked at the car online. This dealership did not even attempt to work with me to see if a deal could be done and they did not honor the original internet price. False advertising is illegal. I was very interested in this vehicle and I reached out several times and still no attempt at a deal was made.
Had a huge screw in my tire and they fixed it within 20 minutes with no questions asked. Awesome service.
Have been taking my car to this place for nearly a year now. Not anymore. I had read some less than favorable reviews and did not heed the warnings. Their internet and phones go down A LOT, and therefore you might drop your car off and not hear from them for days. They have some real turnover in their service department, particularly service advisors. Some of the service advisors are not honest, they dont want to disappoint and tell you your car is not ready. Most recently, as in this week, I brought my car in for a check engine light. After holding onto it for over 48 hours, they claimed they could not find anything wrong that was causing the code that came up. They cleared it and sent me on my way. 2 miles and 3 minutes later, check engine light was already back on. Pretty sure they just dont want to honor 100K powertrain. We will see what BBB decides after they get involved. Now, as for management, not the greatest either. They have a brand new Service manager, would love to know what happened there. And Aubry did little to nothing, she said she wanted to meet with me upon receipt of my car, but she never did make it over to the service department. So there you have it. Sloppy, incompetent, disinterested, and lazy; I do believe that sums it up. Decide for yourself, but buyer beware.
See Update below initial post:The biggest and most expensive mistake of my life was buying a new Cadillac ATS coupe from Garcia Cadillac two years ago.First, the infotainment system never worked as stated. Almost a month in service and I paid over $500 on cables and new ipod to get it to work. Never happened and they would not take the car back. I ended up spending another $300 to use alternative devices. Now I have more issues with the car...only 17k miles. 2 days in service and the car was returned with the same issue I brought it in with.I am taking the car to another mechanic and will end up paying to get the car fixed even though the car is still under warranty.I would get rid of it, but the resale is so bad that I cant afford to get out of it without a huge loss.If you love cars like I do, NEVER buy a Cadillac!!!.****... New Addition: Wanted to add that I brought the car back after the new manager responded to my review. The service department did not fix the problem but tried to fool me that they actually did the work... They got caught because they forgot to tell an employee about the cover up who spilled the beans. I got lots of calls to apologize and they promised to fix the car right if I brought it back in. I did take it back in and was still unhappy.I have remedied my problem by getting rid of the new Cadillac because I can no longer deal with this dealership. It says a lot when you are willing to take a huge loss on a new car because the dealership is so disappointing and frustrating.
Went in for an oil change. I showed up at 1pm after talking to the service department only an hour prior. Got in with nobody ahead of me. They gave me a brand new escalade to drive me and my family around while they serviced our car.5/5 for this visit..Had to give it a 4 because of bad previous experiences..
I have been a Cadillac customer since 2005. I bought one of the first CTSs in Albuquerque. I have since owned two more Cadillacs. Over the years they have had ok to terrible customer service. Recently something has shifted. They must have had a change in Management because the last few times I have gone in the service was outstanding. The Service department was very responsive and I even got checked on by the General Manager Aubry Padilla. She went out of her way to make sure my needs were met and that I was satisfied with the service I received. This is the service you come to expect when being a Cadillac customer. Im glad things have turned around. I highly recommend this dealership! :)
See update below initial post.Took my 2014 CTSV sedan to get oil change. My right headlight was filling with water. Asked them.to look at it and repair. Service told me it was normal to get condensation in.lights and refused to replace. This was water, not condensation. Fast forward a few months. Right headlight went out. Took it back and of course it was just outside the factory warranty. Even though I brought it in under warranty originally. They said that the idiot who denied it should have fixed it. But now it is out of warranty and he doesnt work here anymore. We will see what we can do since you first brought it in under warranty. Surprise, it was denied! Of coarse it was the former employees fault. Lets not take responsibility for our own business that makes a ton of money. Save yourself a headache, money and time.**Update: Even though it is not the perfect answer for something that should have been covered, I received a call from Garcia Cadillac. The general manager alerted Angel in service as to my post. Angel called and they offered to discount the cost on the repair. My respect for them has gone up and so far they genuinely are trying to work this out with me. I dont have many options at this point as my extended warranty will not cover this. I may take them up on this offer even though it will cost me $600 plus. However its better than $1500. We will see what happens.
I purchased a 2016 Cadillac XTS in 2016. Its been two years now. Im happy with the car and the sales process although the financial guy at the end of the deal was a bit pushy. He kept trying to sell me additional warranty coverage which I declined. Now Im being inundated with phone calls and mail offers to purchase warranty coverage. That only means that Garcia Cadillac shares/sells personal/private information. Which also means, no more purchases there. Ive been a customer about 20 years since it was Galles Cadillac. This is the last one tho. So beware that your personal/private information will be shared/sold.
Bought a 15 Jeep Cherokee SRT from out of state. Aubry the General Manager worked with me and stayed in touch with me through the sales process. Completely happy with my purchase and this dealership.
Very bad. They lost my keys to my ATS Cadillac
Since it seemed to be an electrical problem, I had no problem leaving the car (1992 Sedan DeVille with only 110k miles) with them for 3 weeks, hoping that I would ultimately save money by allowing them all the time they needed. All dash-panel lights and switches went out. They said no parts were available and after 3 weeks said come. pick up the car, we couldnt fix it, there is no charge. After picking up the car I visited a couple of Facebook pages and websites featuring Cadillac. Within minutes I knew it was the body control module and I ordered a new (rebuilt) BCM. I think that they just didnt want to touch my car but didnt want to admit it. I have learned a lesson: like many U.S. companies, Cadillac simply wants to sell cars, not fix them. This is a shame since Cadillac introduces so many innovations in their cars that one would expect support for these features when trouble strikes. But, no, they dont. I didnt get so much as a suggestion as to how to get my car running properly again. At 110k miles my car shouldnt be a throw-away.
Service department here is definitely a brand love killer for Cadillac. Full of excuses and empty promises.
Dealing with Jake and Raymond was a great car buying experience.Negotiating was easy and when the numbers were right the sale was made quick.
My wife and I bought a car from here and had a outstanding experience. We worked with Joe who primarily works on the Suburu side. He was helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make things simply and easy. Would highly recommend buying a car from Garcia and asking for Joe Guillen.
Nice greeting, but seems like a ghost town with no cashiers on site
Work promised, work performed. Time said, time completed. Well done.
Everything was good except getting my car vaccum. That never happened.
I saw the Cadillac Escalade on your dealership website and sent an inquiry about it via email. Kip Westlake responded early the next morning and supplied a phone number where i could contact him. He was very helpful with any of my questions about the vehicle and was prompt with getting a price for us and a trade in quote. We were very satisfied with this dealership.
It was very good and fast
Thank you for your service . You do a great job taking care of my car,
The service department is outstanding, I would not take my cars anywhere else for service! An extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Friendly family like atmosphere and great overall experience! Thanks good job.
Got in and out of there quickly. Everyone was polite and the waiting area clean
This is by far the worst service department to ever get a hold of. I have called for days. I get transferred over I leave voicemails and no one ever calls you back.I might as well take my car up to Santa Fe where they actually answer the phone.I wish there was a zero Star option no wonder why this place has so many bad reviews. I will not purchase a car from any dealership in the Garcia group
The battery in my Cadillac died so I went to this dealership to get it replaced. I was given the run around and told the battery could not be replaced until Thursday. I went to go buy the battery from the parts department to have it changed elsewhere and the guy from the parts department said that was ridiculous, the service department was not busy. From there the parts guy called the service manager who told me they could replace it right now. The parts guy helped me more than the service department. I dont know if its because Im female that they couldnt replace it right away. Its sad when you have to talk to a manager when a service representative could have easily done this.
We were attempting to do a buyback on my recently deceased fathers CT6 and Garcia offered us almost $20,000 less than the N.A.D.A. trade-in value. The offer was insulting.
Really good service. Very efficient
Kevin in maintenance went above and beyond to get our car going again. Jake and sales manager took the time to show us all the new stuff in the vehicles nowadays....I was close to getting that new SUV.
The people there are awesome. Very friendly.
Garcia Cadillac gave me the worst experience. They sold me 2 cadillacs and sold me 2 maintenance plans combined worth over 10k. After failing to fix a manufacturer defect on the rear speaker several times and refusing to provide a loaner car after making me go back and forth to another town to get the same issue serviced, they finally refused to service my vehicles after I explained my frustrations on a review. They never told me they refused service until I needed service and took my car there. They also didnt send me back a check for the maintenance plan fees after deciding not to honor their portion of the contract. The service department and especially its manager angel is extremely unprofessional and I wouldnt waste my money on any extra warranties or maintenance plans from this business. Never detailed the cars when being serviced as promised other then one time when change came up missing in the car and the detailing was poor. Wasted several hours on different visits for the same problem, as well as gas and mileage. Wasted work time for theses appointments that took all day and left me with no transportation
Visit the most friendly people I’ve ever met, Aubry and Ray
I had a H1 Hummer and every time they fixed one part they messed up one or two other parts. I found out that they have been doing the same to other people with H1 Hummers. Guess what?, they closed the Hummer dealership !!!!!!???? The most unethical, rude, dishonest service department in the State. I also have an Escalade which they have started to play the same game with as they have done previously with my Hummer H1. We are starting legal investigation for their fraudulent service report and billing. Join in the class action law suit if you are the victim of this dealership.
Never have the parts i need and i try to get some simple tail light clips and they sell me the wrong ones even after i tell them they look wrong. Parts are very expensive but it is a caddy
Worst customer service I have ever received in my whole life!
Worst experience ever. Bought a used Chrysler 200, super excited, only thing was during the test drive we noticed the tire was low after they gave us a whole spill about how their vehichles go thru extensive tests & get new tires/ parts etc.. Raymond had the tire checked and said it was fine if I had any more trouble with it to bring it in and theyll take care of it. Long story short, I end up stranded in Santa Fe with a completely flat tire. Bring the car back to the dealership to get the tire replaced being that I had the car for 3 whole days before running into problems. I go to the service departnent & the service manager Angel tells me I need to take it to the subaru service department. Wait half an hour there for them to tell me I need to go back to Cadillac where I bought the car. Angel was super rude & condesending asking if I was going to be paying for the replacement....why would I? Anyways fast forward 3 and a half more hours, there service manager of shift comes into the waiting room where I have been sitting and tells me they do not have the tire in stock that I will have to come back Monday because they have to order said tire. FOUR HOURS for them to send me away still on the spare. They move mountains to get you to buy a car but cant even right their mistakes!!!!! Go to Cadillac Santa Fe, the trio there will be less of a wait & frustration than going to Garcia Cadillac.
Garcia Cadillac if you want buy a caddy this is where to go theyve got premium sales staff great service Great Cars really really friendly people and excellent maintain property for you to view all those sweet pimped-out dubs
I always had great things to say about this dealership when it was Galles and Davis Cadillac but cant say the same since the dealership changed ownership to Garcia Automotive group. The last few times I have been to the service/parts dept I have been less than pleased. Items not being fixed, unable to locate the problem, full retail price on parts are just a few of the disappointments. In all fairness at least I must say they are nice and do treat you with respect while they are apologizing to you.Even in the sales side of the business I also find they are not as competitive when it comes to pricing and find their used Cadillacs over priced by as much as 25 percent over a comparable vehicle at another GM dealer. IMHO I also feel they undervalue your trade (especially when I get an offer from Carmax 20 percent higher) and then mention how cheap they can purchase the same vehicle at the auto auction to justify the figure provided. I purchased vehicles from Galles and Davis but dont see me doing it again from Garcia as the numbers just are not there for me. After all, when you purchase a car you should feel you got a reasonable deal.I have since moved on and no longer use them for service, both my Cadillacs go to Galles Chevrolet or Marcs Casa Chevrolet and so far have done a great job. Honestly when both these vehicles are end of life I question if I will be switching to another brand. One would say why not go to Cadillac of Santa Fe buts its much further to drive and I like to support local business, besides, GM is GM, other then a little extra chrome an a jazzed up interior they all the same.Well, summing it up I never gave it much thought when the dealership changed hands but its pretty obvious much of the talent is no longer there. This is not to say this is a bad dealership just dont think they are as good as before the change over, at least in my eyes. Galles and Davis, sorry your gone.
Great service! Very Pleased!
Thank you for the repair service on our vandalized vehicle while visiting Albuquerque NM. Our nightmare was softened a little by a caring service department working with insurance coverage. Thank you, Kevin!
Kevin in the service department is super helpful!
Horrible. Broke my car and blamed me. I wont go back.
Lost my keys nd they help me to get new ones on a low price ❤
This was my best car buying experience ever. From the managers, Ryan and Curtis, to my vehicle set up tour with Manny, I was treated with the utmost respect, provided clear options on purchasing and leasing and feel that I was given a great deal on an amazing vehicle. I love my new Escalade! This will be the first of many purchases from Garcia Cadillac. It should be noted that I previously purchased a new 2011 Escalade from Superior Cadillac in Arkansas because I was not pleased with the salesperson or my dealer experience when this dealership was Galles Cadillac in 2011. I drove all the way to Arkansas and back to purchase an Escalade at a fair price. Im thrilled I was finally able to buy locally with Garcia Cadillac.
Prompt efficient service. Thank you.
