Gil Gallegos helped me and my grandparents purchase a vehicle today. We had gone to Lexus and the Toyota dealership off alameda and both places had terrible customer service. Gil was extremely helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived! If you have a choice, choose the Toyota dealership on Copper and ask for Gil if you want to shop around, hassle and pressure free! My grandparents ended up with a Highlander and couldn’t be happier!
We have been in the market for a new sienna and haven’t been able to find one. We got in touch with Rudy and he let us know every time there was one available until they had one we wanted. The whole process was extremely easy and very straightforward.
Beware!We had to wait two weeks for an oil change and tire rotation. The day of our so called “appointment “ we waited three hours for our vehicle to be completed with oil change and tire rotation. Before they took my vehicle I marked my rim so that I know my tires are truly rotated. Well after being reassured by our representative that our tires were pressure checked, and rotated..I come to find the same mark on the same side, same tire still there. I confront the rep, and he’s embarrassed of course. They then take my vehicle again and rotate my tires. The air pressure was likely not checked again! This is a service I paid for! I have three words for these shysters..DO YOUR JOB! Just beware everyone, you’re probably paying for service that’s not being provided. If Toyota is short handed then stop making so many appointments in one day. Get the job done right!
Just wanted the thank the sales staff for getting us our new Rav4 Hybrid Limited. I know Im not the easiest to get along with but the staff at Larry H. Miller Toyota were very patient with me and there were not any surprises when I came in to sign the paperwork. The price was the invoice price on the window. This was during a time when most other dealers were charging anywhere from $2,000 to $10,000 over the sticker price because of the Covid 19 Pandemic. You literally had to buy the car before it arrived at the dealership. This is because of the limited supply of new cars. So, we purchased ours sight unseen while it was on the transport truck being delivered to the dealership. Everything turned out good and the dealership did not try to take advantage of us. Thanks again!

If i could give zero stars i 100% would. There was a 2018 ford mustang on their lot that my buddy had purchased with a loan. Not even 2 weeks later, the check engine light came on, the exhaust is smoking, the car doesnt turn on most of the time, the steering wheel locks. They didnt do a full routine check on the car at all! I serviced it the first time they didnt even look at the car because it was ford and just reset a cylinder misfire check engine light and sent us on our way and said to come back! I did because the car got worse in the next couple days. For 4 hours had the car sitting on their lot just for them to say they cant do anything about it and to go to Ford, yall shouldve told that the FIRST TIME. KNOW im filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a possible lawsuit for providing a customer with an unreliable, unsafe car! Thanks Toyota for ur unreliable services!!

I understand that due to the pandemic a lot of businesss are experiencing difficulties in staffing their businesss, and remain diligent in taking precautions to ensure the safety and health of their current employees and their customers. However, my recent experience with this business while receiving an oil change was anything but ideal and pleasant.I waited a little over 2 hours for my oil change to finish. After watching the dealership drive my car from the garage to the parking lot, i waited an additional 20 minutes. I informed the clerk that my car was in the parking lot and asked when I would be able to get the keys, at which time I was told I would need to wait 20 minutes after the car was parked to allow for the disinfectant to kill all bacteria- appreciate the precaution- I told her that it had been roughly 25 minutes since it was parked. I was told to wait, I then waited another 15 minutes before being told I could get my car. I was directed to walk over to an area where I would get my keys from the service person. I walked over and stood at the counter where 2 men proceeded to talk and completely ignore me for about 5 minutes, finally I spoke up and asked where I could go to retrieve my keys, neither of them was helpful in any way. Finally, after walking around and asking multiple people if they knew where I would locate my keys, my service person came out of the back and finally handed me my keys.This oil change, which I was told when scheduling would take about an hour ended up leaving me stranded with my 3 kids at the dealership for over 3 hours on a Friday night. Use this as a warning, as I was mislead- COME PREPARED TO STAY FOR HOURS.I would have liked for the expectation to have been set when scheduling. I would have also appreciated better customer service and assistance.

He was so patient during the sale when I was flipping back and forth on how I wanted to finance the vehicle, and very detailed when explaining on how to work all the bells and whistles. We worked closely with Rudy, and let me tell you I have never seen someone put so much pride and joy into their work and care so much about their customers. Not only did Rudy share his love of his work with us, but the flood of loyal customers said that much more. He made us feel like his Toyota family and that’s what meant the most to us. I am changing my review as I don’t remember what made me so mad. They usually do good work but it is expensive. Sales are somewhat hard sell so make sure you know what you’re doing. Do your research and be prepared and proactive.

As usual, your service personnel were polite and helpful. The only thing I would have appreciated is an update at the 2-hr point. I had a 9 am appointment and was told it could take up to 2 hours for a technician to run the diagnostics on my engine warning light. Unfortunately, I was there for almost 4 hours. Fortunately, I didnt have any other commitments that day.

We are Costco members and live in NM. We are also members of Consumer Reports. We registered on both for their auto purchasing agreements. There were many members of the consumer’s report that contacted us so we visited one of those dealerships first as it was closer. Their best offer was $4000 higher than the price from Larry H Miller Toyota in Albuquerque. There was a lot of pressure from the dealership in Alamogordo to commit to them which made us uncomfortable. We next contacted the El Paso Toyota dealership. They might have been competitive but they didn’t have the inventory choices in the Avalon hybrid limited we were looking for. I had Costco expand our area to include Albuquerque and it was so professional, clean and simple. Our assigned salesman was Tony and he was so helpful, no pressure at all and he was able to find us the perfect car for $4000 less than the initial dealership and with so much ease and class. We got the car and 50% off the extended warranty, thanks to Costco’s agreement with Larry h Miller Toyota in Albuquerque. We are so proud our new car and proud of ourselves for finding the best deal saving us thousands.
I was travelling through Alburquerque on my way from CA to AL. We are a military family changing duty stations. I was with my 3 kids and dog and there was a metallic banging sound coming from my car. First thing Saturday morning I showed up asking if they could see if my Sequoia was safe to drive so we could get to AL. They were very helpful and made room for my car and took care of it right away. It was a tiny thing they had to adjust and didnt charge me either. If this is the way they treat all their customers, I would not hesitate to use them for my regular service. Thank you for all your help and professional service.

Have you ever had a three and a half hour oil change? Would you like to? Oh, and thats after a scheduled time and when they said, repeatedly, it would take no more than three hours for an oil change and alignment. Also, after an appointment was made for an earlier day, but apparently they didnt put it into the system. So, this was a rescheduled appointment due to a scheduling error/failure on their end.When I dropped the car off, I again, checked that it would take no more than three hours for an alignment and oil change. They assured that it would not take that long. After three hours, and not hearing from them, I called and was told they were just finishing up the oil change and it would take another hour for the alignment that they have not yet started.I understand that things happen, but then it would be common courtesy to let the client know, especially when they have let you know that time is of the essence to them.Would not recommend.

Bought the car online. I was able to handle all the details, numbers, etc through that and text. Went into the dealership for pickup and the vehicle was clean, fueled up and ready to go. Just a few signatures and it was all done.
Interesting dealership. Seems outdated, and ran down. Small inventory selection and facilities could use a face lift. Very different than most Toyota dealerships Ive been too over the entire country. Not sure whats going on here. Seems service dept. Is keeping them alive.They offer a okay deal for oil change and tire rotation. 3 for $160. They have a huge service facility, yet I was informed on average a oil change takes over 2.5 hours with a scheduled appt. Due to a extreme labor shortage. They do offer a Uber ride for free anywhere in the city which is nice.
I took my car into Larry H Miller service department and also the car was purchased from them. Told him I’ve been having a problem with my transmission when it warms up it slips slams into gear. They said they couldn’t replicate the problem but when they pulled the codes that showed the transmission temp sensor which is directly related to the transmission problem all they did was clear the code. I picked it up this morning and on my way home it started doing the same thing. Bunch of clowns very very poor customer service I would recommend taking you

Let me just start off by saying we went in with the intention to just LOOK for a vehicle. Omar was friendly, listened to our concerns and was overall amazing. We didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable during this process whatsoever! Not only did he care about finding us a great car, but he also gave us so much great advise. When I bought my Corolla I bought the 3 oil changed package from Larry H. Miller on Eubank. Today I went to use the third and final change and was told that I could not use it since 8 months had elapsed since my last change.Update: Larry H. Miller has responded that they’re sorry that I was unaware how the oil change package worked. I’m sorry that Larry H. Miller is unaware of how the Pandemic affected their customers. It wouldn’t take much for Larry H. Miller to make it right, but every person I’ve spoken to has wanted to explain to me why it’s my fault. I’m sorry but that isn’t good customer service.I did point out that we were all driving less and getting fewer routine services due to COVID but I was told that it doesn’t matter, the oil change I paid for in advance could no longer be redeemed.When I last brought my car in (July 2020) at the height of COVID, I spent 4 hours in the waiting area with people unmasked, eating and drinking, sitting close together, and no bathroom hand soap. Now that it’s safer, I bring my car in only to learn I’ve been scammed.

Normally, I’m pleased with the service and still am. I always go here for oil changes, because they generally do a multi point inspection, and car wash, tire rotation. This time, for some reason, they were completely overwhelmed, despite my allowing a week delay. Maybe word is out? It was a 4 hour wait even with the appointment, and while the car got a once-through their repaired car wash, it was not given any final attention. Labor shortage?
I have had a very bad experience here at 1st they were really nice not all are mean but I bought a used car I live out of town, I have had issues with my car I had to take my car back like 3 times then I went again I dont even want this car anymore we were going to trade it for another one the guy Dave says dont worry bout the price for the inconvenience and no our payment was higher they did nothing to make me a happy customer.

Waited 3.5 hours for just an oil change .. terrible... been a customer for over 17 years now and never have I waited this long for just an oil change.. I mean not bad for this being the 1st time but, 3.5 hours for just an oil change is ridiculous. For this experience, I have to give 1 our 5 stars.

Bought a prepaid oil change and tire rotation 3-pack. Each service was easy to schedule, courteous staff and relatively quick service for a dealership. One time their courtesy van dropped off/picked me up to/from work. Other 2 times I waited in the service waiting room (COVID precautions in place). Clean faculty. Service staff gave a full assessment of any potential issues, maintenance priorities with no sales pressure. Would recommend.
If the people working the day of my oil change hadnt been EXTREMELY professional and kind and apologetic theres no way wed ever to back.Our oil change took 4 1/2 hours- our appointment was at 10:15 and we werent out until almost three. Why do they even have am appointment system? There were 30 or more cars in front of us when we got there. Meanwhile, we were in the middle of moving and lost almost the whole day. And we nearly missed my sons doctors appointment which was at two and a friend had to come pick us up and take us.I have one oil change left and then we will be finding another place to service my vehicle.The thing that bothers me the most is that the staff is taking the brunt of the customers frustrations. It isnt their fault that the system is so poorly managed.
Had to wait- didnt have a ride, and dont trust ride services. Only 4 stars cause it took 3 hours for an oil change & replacement of an engine belt, but the service people were friendly and knowledgeable.
As usual the service was very good. Some sugestions were given for what may become a problem in the future. I appreciated that there was no pressure applied to have things done immediately.I certainly liked the William Liechty helped me during this visit. I will be back!
The gentleman who greeted me was not only polite and friendly, he started and maintained a personable conversation with me while initiating my service. I wish I remembered his name. Our free maintenance service had expired and the service department still provided the oil change free of charge forgiving our late return for service. Our vehicle was clean an ready within an hour and a half as promised.
I have to thank my friend friend Anthony West for recommending Manny as our sales person person. We had a wonderful experience and we were not pressured and he was very informative and explained everything so we understood. The work on the vehicle was fine however the service person who handled me was very frustrating. I had an appointment at 9:15 a.m. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. and with an appointment I was a little frustrated to hear it was going to be 2 hours, but okay. Then he contacted me to tell me what other things needed to be done and I asked how long it would take. He said about an hour and a half. 2 hours later I called and asked for an update and he said about 30 minutes. An hour after that I called again explaining that I had a meeting I needed to get to to forget about washing the car and give me an accurate update because I needed to leave it still took longer than he told me and part of that was that they did not delete washing the car so that had me waiting even longer and being late for my meeting with a 9:15 appointment I didnt leave there until 1:30. And there were grease spots on my front car seat but at that point I didnt even have time to point it out to him I had to leave. I was very angry at him underestimating the time each time I asked
Got to talk to Steve, the shop foreman about the repair, which was going to be expensive but I love my vehicle and on a Toyota, it’s still worth fixing. The service writer, Todd kept me informed and in the loop and they were even able to put a second technician on the job and return it to me by the end of the day, which is incredible for removing and opening a transfer case. I generally avoid dealers, but I really enjoyed this experience and would work with this service department again.
Good customer service but my check engine light came back on. This is the second time I brought it in for this problem.Hopefully it will get fixed the next time I take my truck in.

My vehicle was taken in to Larry H Miller Toyota for an alignment. When I left I noticed that to drive forward I had to have the steering wheel at an angle. I had to bring my vehicle in the next day to correct the problem. Management did not have consideration for the lack of quality maintenance performed on my vehicle nor the fact that I had to use my valuable time the next day to have the correction made.
The financial guy did terrible services we had to go twice in the office, it was waste of time. He tired selling us the auto care service, which he mention it would only be couple hundred dollars, which was a big lie. He didnt explain how much each service cost for the gap insurances. SMART KEY FOB BUYER BEWARE- I bought my vehicle from this location and needed another spare smart key fob. The initial key fob price is expensive but the dealership wanted to charge another $120 to program the new fob. This is a little absurd and unnecessary to charge a programming fee on top of the marked up cost of the fob.I called up Larry H Miller American Toyota on Alameda and they programmed my new key fob for FREE. Do not go to the Copper location if you want to save some money unless you can program it on your own.

My experience in the waiting room was also stress free as the customers were able to practice social distancing due to the furniture placement. The mechanics are timely and reliable. Employees seemed knowledgeable and efficient. They replaced my recalled air bag.I was a little nervous with so many other cars going in for repairs that it would take forever... then I saw how many repair stations they had! It took 2 hours instead of the 90 minutes i was quoted. Not that big of a deal. I might go back.
I bought my 2015 Corolla from them several years ago and have since brought my car in for all of my service needs. The service staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m always promptly greeted by the porter who hands me off to a service writer who are always very friendly and great at explaining what my car needs. I generally wait in the waiting area where they keep snacks and drinks for customers. This past time during Covid, I noticed the service receptionist worked very diligently to keep the waiting area clean and sanitized. I 100% recommend taking your vehicle here.
I came into this dealership wanting a specific Rav4. I spoke to Gabe who helped me get the car I want. At the time, the dealership didn’t have my Rav4, but Gabe was able to let me know of one coming in the next month. I put my deposit down to put it on hold for me. The biggest thing I appreciated about that was that Gabe wasn’t pushing me to buy a car that day. He was patient and was very responsive with me when I had questions. The whole paperwork and financing process was very quick. Eduardo in financing was very professional and easy to talk to. Overall, I had a great experience at this dealership, thank you Gabe for your patience. I love my new car!
