We were satisfied from finance signing to help from tech specialist that stayed late and went over inside technology of vehicle. Overall extremely satisfied.

Update: I posted the below review well over a month ago. The business responded by saying they were looking into the matter. They ended up refunding the price of the part but not the shipping they charged me for sending the wrong part. They have never tried to contact me since this review. So anyone that sees their comment saying they are looking into the matter I believe they posted that to make readers think they care. The fact that they charged me shipping on a part I did not order shows they only care about money. If you do business with them be careful, you may end up paying for their mistake.This review is related to their online parts department. On 7/28/21 I ordered a part. I confirm it was for my truck by Vin. On 8/6/21 I received a completely different part, that would not work for my needs. I tried to call but they don’t answer phones. I sent an email and after several hours they responded by sending a mailing label, saying to ship the part back for a full refund. I did and they received it on 8/9/21. After several days and no refund I sent another email. Finally on 8/16/21 they sent an email saying they were only refunding the price of the part, not the shipping. When I sent an email asking why the pending refund disappeared from my credit statement, so it appears they cancelled the refund. They then sent an email stating they do not refund shipping. I have started a dispute investigation with my credit card company. I would avoid this business. They send the wrong parts and then make you pay for their mistakes. There is no way to talk to a person.
When you buy a car from this company they assure you everything is perfect you wont have any problems with your extended warranty or your service issues thats what they promise they jump up-and-down they take you to another person they promise you the same thing and then when it comes down to just have a look at something after you paid for your extended warranty youve owned car less than a year and they tell you its gonna be a 100 bucks and probably wont be covered on Youre extended warranty plan. They dont greet you when you walk in theyre rude to you when you try to ask questions but but the sale staff oh no theyll assure you that everythings gonna be perfect I can promise you I will not be returning with my vehicle I will trade it in another dealership dealership I will never give you my business ever again and have your salespeople stop calling me trying to get me to trade in my car.

The experience was great. The Dealership Agent and car Dealership Accountants both were great because of their customer service skills and knowledge. Even the young man that went over the information about how to use the technology in my vehicle was excellent. Him being knowledgeable and skill in giving me my training about how to use my vehicle was impeccable. All the Car Dealership Agents there were wonderful to the up most. Yes I would purchase a vehicle from them again in the future to come.
I have been a customer at Quality GMC for over a decade. Every employee, from the sales people to the service staff, have always been kind and courteous. I will continue to be a customer, and I will try and send as many new customers there as possible.
Dealer told me my vehicle needed an alignment and that they performed one. Dealer also attempted to charge me for the alignment. When I asked for a copy of the alignment report the initial alignment readings were within spec and the final readings were almost (to within a hundredth of a degree) exactly the same as the initial alignment readings. This means that the alignment was not needed nor was the alignment performed. When I asked the service advisor about this she stated that an alignment was performed and that the alignment was only adjusted a hundredth of a degree in some areas. When I stated that it is impossible to adjust the alignment to within a hundredth of a degree she then proceeded to tell me that an alignment was performed but she will not charge me for it. The service order also states an alignment was performed. The next day I took my vehicle to a local shop and inspected the alignment points on my vehicle. It was apparent that an alignment was not performed because there would have been fresh tooling marks on the nuts and bolts associated with the alignment points.

I brought in my 2019 GMC truck to the Collision Repair for minor damage on my driver side of my truck. The work was done but few request wasnt address to my needs with their service. Plus, the customer service was poor. The employees at the front desk didnt address to me immediately. I waited for 5 mins for someone to acknowledge to me.I rate this survey as a poor services and they need to improve their customer service and to ensure to call their customer for updates.
I have a 2009 Traverse that I purchased from your dealership in 2010. The timing chain was replaced in 2018 at 80,0000 miles the vehicle now has 111,000 miles and the engine light came on again. I contacted the dealership to set up a time to run a diagnostic test. The appointment was scheduled for Friday 6/11/21 at 7:00 am. I took the vehicle to the services department and dropped it off. I waited all day and never received the status of my vehicle. I called at 4:00 inquiring about my car. The woman stated the have not even looked at my care yet and probably would not get to it until Monday. I told her I did not understand a diagnostic should not take that long and why did she schedule the appt. at 7:00 that day. I could have brought it another time the following week. She apologized and said she would call me before 6:00 to tell me the status of my car. I never received a call I then had to call Saturday morning to see the status and the was told it was not be seen until Monday, I am out a car now for three whole days. Finally on Monday I received a call around 11:00 to tell me it was the timing chain and it would be a $3,000 repair. I told him no I would just pick up the vehicle. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was handed the wrong keys. I told the staff member those are not my keys, she stated yes they are, this is how they are tagged. I told her I am pretty sure I know my own keys. I have owned my car for over 11 years now. I finally had to show point out my keys to her. I know that this email will not go any where, but I am hoping that you will do better for the next customer. I have been a loyal customer for many years. But now I will not even step foot on your lot ever again. Not that it matters but you lost a sale. I would have traded the traverse in and purchased another car but never again. I know that my business does not mean much to you, I wont make or break you. But if you continue to treat customers this way you will be out of business soon. Please do better
Very poorly we took our 2017 g m c Terrain to have them look at it engine issues that we purchased from them they said we had a 72 months warranty we towed it down there on a trailer and find out that they deny all knowledge of 72 months party I would not recommend this place to anyone

Best dealership at every level. I was a first time visitor and customer just over 3 years ago. I have purchased 2 vehicles and had all my service done here since. Amazing people that make up the total car experience from sales to service and everything in between.
The finance manager Michael Brodd, the and title person Luce, her supervisor Jan, and sales manager here dont return phone calls or emails. They all made false promises, guarantees, and gave false information to their customers (me). I have been waiting on a return email and return calls for almost a month now and I am not holding my breath. I would not recommend them to anyone. The only positive from this horrible place was working with the sales guy Josh. Everyone else was awful to work with and does not communicate well. Thats even if they communicate at all after they get money.
Having bought cars for the last 50 years, I don’t think I’ve ever had a nicer experience. Taylor, the sales professional who helped me buy ( and ship!) a great car is just incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and a genuinely great person. My wife and I sincerely appreciate the friendly, professional and rapid response in coming to our aid after our auto (2019 GMC Sierra) required towing and repair near the city of Albuquerque on April 11, 2021. Quality Buick GMC worked with GMC to obtain required parts (this part is not kept on hand as it rarely malfunctions) and made the repairs in a timely manner. Additionally, they provided a loaner auto for my convenience until my vehicle was repaired. Well done for the Quality Buick GMC team!!

No assistance from the at all.The male service attendants still just stand around together at their station jaw jacking. I walked in and they kept talking looked at me and continued on with their conversation. As usual the Service FEMALE at the very end (passing 3-4 male desk stations) assisted and checked my car in. This has always been the standard each time I have went to get my car serviced that I am paying for. WOW!!!

Had my brand new vehicle break down in Arizona with my family. Had to tow my vehicle back to NM myself because onstar was limited on its ability to help. Once back in NM the dealership picked up my vehicle, after I insisted I would not tow it any further. Having it for a day told me it was a computer glitch and that it was reset. Got the vehicle back and started hearing noises. Called the dealership, was told I was being more sensitive to noises that were probably already there and that are indeed normal. The next day, my check engine light comes on (6pm on a Friday night) so naturally the service department was closed. Unable to drive the vehicle all weekend again. I had to make over a dozen phone calls to get someone to once again come pick up my vehicle. They kept it for a day, didn’t return my calls like promised and gave me a tiny clown car as a rental. After having to reach out to the service department again and again I finally got an answer. Was told my vehicle had a mapping sensor go out and that they needed to order the part and wasn’t sure how long the part would take to come in. Received a call the next day, they replaced that part but that the car still wasn’t running correct so they had to replace the entire turbo (the first error I was receiving the first time the vehicle broke down in Arizona). I attempted to process a buy back claim considering the vehicle has 2200 miles on it and is already needing major parts replaced and was denied. I was told that I would be reimbursed all of my expenses of $1300 and was offered a “car payment” and an extended warranty for all of my trouble. I have yet to see any of my reimbursement back and am now being told that I won’t even get it all back. I have spent an entire month arguing with at least 7 different people, none of which can get on the same page or even know the entire story. GM and Quality GMC have let me down in so many ways that I can’t even put into words how frustrated I am. I’ve missed hours of my own work attempting to just get my money back that it cost me when we broke down in another state. To top it off, the first time they brought my vehicle back to me they couldn’t even run it through a car wash. I’ve never worked with a dealership that doesn’t just do that as basic customer service The second time the service manager tells me that he would go ahead and get my car cleaned and fill it up with a full tank of gas for all of my troubles (this should be a given), well it shows up half cleaned and on EMPTY! What’s even more comical about it is that I called them to let them know and I was told to go ahead and swing up to the dealership and they’d be happy to fill me up. I work the same exact hours as them and they’re on the opposite side of town which is why they needed to deliver my car to me in the first place. And as far as the cleaning of my vehicle went, it’s like they ran it though a sprinkle of water and left all their grease and grime on the inside of my car. My once white drivers side seat was delivered back to me black from where their service guys were in and out of the vehicle.
We had some severe overheating issues immediately after the last service, in which we had requested a complete truck inspection and preparation for an RV trip the following week. Had to be emergency towed near Telluride, Colorado. Also our RV had to be towed separately to Dolores, and a family member had to come pull it back to New Mexico.Our Duramax is fried (and still in Colorado) so were now looking for a replacement engine. So were less than tickled about the last service we received from Quality GMC! An experienced Colorado mechanic suspects the problems could be directly related to glow-plug replacement procedures rendered by Quality immediately preceeding our trip. So we are assembling documentation and will be addressing that with Quality soon. Up until that time, we were satisfied with their service.
I happened to find my perfect Yukon at Quality Buick GMC and was lucky they connected me with Phil Garcia. We did the deal over the phone and when the vehicle was delivered, Phil stayed true to his word. The entire staff at Quality was super friendly/knowledgeable and I was out of the dealership in 60 mins. Ive purchased a lot of vehicles throughout the years and this was my best buying experience yet.
My lyft was not called untial after my intake and took 20 minutes to arrive. I also do not trust your staff as everytime I bring my car in, something else breaks or goes wrong within a week or two. I took it in for an oil change the other day - they did not top off my fluids and my dash still showed, quite clearly. The I will no longer take my car in for any major service
Worst experience ever! My car was broken into and my insurance had it towed to this shop for repairs. No one in the service department answers the phone. They only reason they called me back was because I complained to my insurance agent and she contacted them. After the manager said he would keep me updated, I still didnt hear anything back days later...I had to call AGAIN for an update, but of course no one answered. This service department is a joke!

Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered multiple parts online on 03/29/2021. I Paid for expedited shipped and was supposed to receive my order on 04/02/2021. On 03/31/2021 i received an email saying my order was canceled because they can not sell the part i bought (then why is it listed for sale on the website??). I called and requested they send everything else. As of 04/05/2021 my parts still have not shipped. 3 days in a row they tell me “it will ship today”. Save yourself time, buy elsewhere. Also it takes about 10 minutes to get the parts counter to answer the phone? I hate leaving bad reviews but this is terrible customer serviceUpdate: upon reading this review they canceled my order in whole. Great customer service 👍Just Ordered parts from another Chevrolet dealership for less money. What a joke

Scheduled an appointment for oil changes, came in and was told that they couldnt do it cause they close in an hr and had 3 cars still to do and that the computer made an error. Then after expressing my frustration they were like fine...well just stay late. Now Im like, do I want them working on my car with that attitude...no thanks.
My recent dealership experience was excellent. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour. My service agent Cord Trail was very professional and knowledgeable and recommended additional services that were recommended.
The wait was long but worth it. The service team is always so helpful. They identified a problem and got me an appointment the same week to get it fixed to make sure it was still under warranty.
Brent was very helpful and not pushy as a car salesman. He helped us get a great Mazda and made the whole process very quick and easy. Definitely the best experience we have had visiting a car lot, and we got a great purchase too!

This was the first time I made an appointment and was told by the service writer that it didnt mater I was just in a first come first served line. So why bother to make an appointment?The service writer was unplesant when talking to me said it would be one to one and a half hours. I waited and it was, Right?s 2 hours. I recently scheduled an appointment with Quality Buick’s Service Department due to the check engine light coming on in my 2013 Buick Regal GS. I called the dealership and was routed to their new call center where appointments are made. My initial call was on Thursday, July 1. I was told by the call center that there was an appointment opening on Friday, July 2, at 8:00 am. I assumed that if I was given an appointment on Friday at 8:00, that meant my car would be diagnosed at that time. Also, when I talked to the rep at the call center, they were unable to answer any questions I had such as what the diagnostic fee was for the check engine light nor when my car would be ready. The rep stated she would have someone from the dealership call me back ASAP to answer any questions I had. That call never came. I dropped my car off on Thursday evening and was told by the service advisor at Quality Buick that most likely they would not get to my car on Friday because there were too many cars in front of mine and the call center just books appointments anyway without regard as to whether or not there is time on the appointment day to get to every car they book for an appointment. My car was not even taken in to be looked at by a mechanic until late Monday afternoon and then the repair was actually not done until Tuesday morning, July 6. When I dropped off the car on the previous Thursday, the service advisor did give me the option of taking my car back home. I did not want to do that as I didn’t want to risk further damage to my car’s engine without knowing what the check engine light was indicating. This entire experience was very inconvenient as I was left without transportation for 5 days. The service advisor was very apologetic and explained things thoroughly once I got the car to the dealership and communicated with me throughout the entire time my car was there. My main complaint is with this dealership’s decision to use a call center instead of allowing customers to call their service department directly to schedule appointments. In the past, the service department advisors would schedule appointments on a specific date and my car was almost always ready on the same day unless a part had to be ordered in which case a rental car was sometimes provided to me. Service advisors at this dealership are always courteous and professional and I have no complaints with any of the service advisors. I may continue to use the dealership for oil changes because an appointment is not needed, but for future repairs, I will no longer take my car to this dealership due to their use of a call center and the call center’s method of booking appointments and inability to answer questions regarding cost of services. I’m not sure if the use of a call center is the dealership’s way of generating more traffic into their service department and therefore generating more income, but it is obviously not working as I believe I will not be the only customer to take their business elsewhere.
I called GMC Chevrolet to get a free oil change that came free with my warranty on my certified vehicle which I couldnt get because of the COVID-19. They told me they would honor the warranty and scheduled my appointment. So I drove from Santa Fe to Albuquerque and the service manager wouldnt honor my warranty for this oil change.....very, very disappointed....

We felt in taking our car into the dealership to be worked on the work would be more thorough and better. Instead it was inferior and even shoddy. Things we initially brought it in for werent addressed and things that werent even issues to begin with that were not issues suddenly were, causing us to have to bring it in for a second time. We were charged double diagnostic fees for the exact same things and it seemed the dealership was nickeling and diming us to death. We were very disappointed with our experience and will not be back!

Got my car back within the 3hours they stated! Great. When I got home I received a call from the Service department and they said I was not welcomed there anymore. If they didnt want my review comments the shouldnt have asked. They only want good words about their service.Note everyone I bought a 2019 Buick Encore from them in February 2021, now they refuse to service it!Now its Monday July 12th. I was notified on July 9th parts came in and we scheduled for today 7.12.21. I took in and by a miracle my car went in at 0800 and came out just before 10. They tried to talk me into getting a Lyft and I said no that I will wait to make sure they kept the technician working on it. I still do not recommend this shop as I have no confidence on the people hired by the company!It is now July, 7, 2021 and my 2014 Chevy Captive is still not complete! When I picked up my vehicle on June 25, 2019 they told me a part was still on order for the ignition, that they would call me when it arrived. On July 30, 2021 I took vehicle to the shop Foreman Mark Beegle and showed him dust covers, 3 each see pictures, were not installed correctly so we agreed the shop technician would fix these discrepancies when my part came in. It is now a week later still no part! Still not happy and when I went to their Facebook page to complain I see I am blocked, a Veteran who fought for my and their First Amendment rights. No confidence with this company!My vehicle has been in the service department since may 27. 2021. Today is June 22, 2021. I gave all my information on my 2014 Chevy Captiva to Brett Dylla that I would have to cycle shifter from 1 to park several times before key would go to off position. I talked to Perla, another service adviser on June 7th and she told me the needed to order part. On June 17th 10 days later I called her at 8:30amno answer left message for her to call me. at 505pm pm she still had not called so I called her number and by a miracle she answered, she then told me the parts received were faulty and reordered that part would be in next day June 18th. I asked why I was not getting any information and she said that she had to do both hers and Bretts job. I felt because I belonged to Brett I am second to others! It is June 22nd 330pm and still no call from any service adviser good or bad about my vehicle! We came in after seeing a car online. We were not expecting to buy a car at our first stop, however the certified pre-owned vehicle value and the AMAZING customer service we received from Joshua Stewart and the rest of the Quality Buick staff sold us on the new to us Encore. I can not recommend Joshua enough! If you give him a call, I am sure he can help you find the perfect car for you.

Marty Sullivan did a super excellent job. He helped order a 2021 Buick Enclave and kept us up to date on the delivery. I use a wheelchair and need hand controls and he personally brought the new Buick to the installer and then delivered it to our residence. He was VERY easy to deal with and a true professional in a industry NOT know for that. He also established a appointment with Qualitys IT guy and made sure we understood all facets of our new vehicle, We would HIGHLY recommend Marty & Quality Buick. Of note is we went to the other Buick Dealer in ABQ and left quickly based on their old school sales approach.

Went to start my Yukon Xl and my Battery was dead. I jumped it and drove right to the dealer. I only have 14201 miles on a 2016. was greeted by Mario and he was very nice and informative. checked my battery and it had a bad cell. he told me the cost of a new battery which was competitively priced. told told him to replace and also change oil as they do the best. Rick was called over to go over something and he also was very well informed and extremely helpful. Was done fast and friendly, what more could you ask.

They will run your credit and let you drive off and then after a month or so they will need more and more information and then they will tell u they cant approve u and need the car back. After coming here dont worry about going anywhere else cause they ran your credit everywhere dropping your credit score making it impossible to get a car. Look elsewhere before even dealing with this place.

Went to your dealership two days ago looking to purchase a Buick Enclave. Spoke with one of your salesman and expressed what I was interested in a Buick Enclave Essence. He took me to the vehicle and told me how much it was which i already knew what I was looking at before I got there. He then told me I was not allowed to take it for a drive or look inside because of Covid and that hed get in trouble if he did so. I asked if I can at least look at the trunk to see if a double stroller would fit. He replied, Fine, but are you a cop or something since I really cant show you. He let me see the trunk but I couldnt touch the car. I left feeling weird and discouraged. Two days later, I went to another dealership and had a totally different experience and gladly spent my money where I was wanted.The saddest part of it all is that Im a Frontline worker. I dont discriminate in the people I serve. Its my honor to assist. But coming to your facility made me feel so disrespected. Made me realize not everyone deserves my business and your company didnt because of your salesman.

The GOOD/GREAT - Was very happy with the communication from Quality Buick during our lease process. The vehicle we selected (Encore GX) is outstanding any my wife is very happy with the vehicle.. James Vigil who worked with us was top notch during the vehicle selection/sale process (vehicle readiness, options, discounts, etc)The BAD. Was very disappointed with the parent Buick.Com web site and the info it gave during the buy/lease process. Specifically, we built the vehicle - the web site generated a car, location, and a price. When we got to the dealership, the Buick corporate incentives we not available to us (bummer). We did get reasonably close to what the web site generated, but should not have been that much difference.

I had issues with my bank finalizing my car because it was too high of an amount even though I was approved for it so he was able to get the off the bank wanted for the car and then some he honestly made my day I even offered to buy him dinner lol go see this guy if you want a used car I was a first time buyer well first time financing a car and he earned my business bi will be buying from him again in about a year once again go see Dillon Cervantes

The Staff, the financial manager & Manuel, the guy thats explains all the features the car has is amazing. Im very blessed to have dealt with Quality Buick. No complaints here, they were efficient. We were traveling when truck broke down, called and your people bent over backwards to get it looked at and parts ordered.
Took in on Sat. as advised and no technicians there that could do electrical work. Ended up leaving for weekend which I was not thrilled about, I garage this vehicle, and it was obvious it was out side. Out side was dirty, Repairs seem to be working at this time, but I am surpriseda car with 1270 miles needs an update. i am give 4 stars because repairs are working.

I absolutely loved dealing with Quality! I got my 2020 GMC Terrain from Marty S. and he was a pleasure working with. All the of the gentlemen were easy to work with, funny, and accommodating. They made sure I knew everything my car had to offer and all my options. I actually drove 3.5 hours to deal with them and would do it again!!!

Marty Sullivan was VERY helpful with getting the Terrain of my choice and worked with me through the necessary precautions I need to take as a high risk individual during the pandemic. He was always very courteous and helped me with any questions. I would also like to thank Dominic Jaramillo in the parts department as well for helping me get additional parts for the car in a more than timely manner and having them installed correctly.
Seems like the lady there has short man syndrome. Instead of investigating proper tax protocol to bennefit the customer, she would rather invent her own rules. Bought something online, fom a different state, to take to texas and then Mexico. Taxes shouldnt have been applied but instead of researching it she charged it.
I have purchased a few vehicles at this dealership and I will continue to do so. They ha e always treated me great. From the Sales department all the way to the Service Department. Great experience every time. Thank You!!!

I have a really bad service last time when i take my gmc sierra for oil change they take to long and some people when after me and they walk before me so i when and ask whats going on with my truck and they tell me there busy ..b..s.... And they charge me $96 just for oil change... I hope i dont need to take my truck again..
This review is directly for the service dept. of this dealership. I went round and round with them just 2 weeks ago when I brought my truck in about it being under warranty. Finally when it was covered under warranty I got the truck back on Monday with no CEL on. The truck sat in my garage until Saturday when I started it I had a check engine light on, upon returning to the dealer to perla (worst service writer I’ve ever dealt with avoid her at all costs if you bring your vehicles here for service) she informs me that I left my funnel in the truck causing an EVAP leak. Ironically I was going to return the leased truck Saturday so I emptied out before bringing back in for service and I happened to take the funnel out of the glovebox(brand new in bag never used) None the less this truck sits in a locked garage, I have the factory funnel in my possession yet she is demanding on me paying diag not even mentioning the mud flap the tech broke the last time the truck was in there. When it comes to sales this dealer is by far one of the best I’ve dealt with, the sales team here is flat out outstanding. Do not use the service at this dealer I’ve used them 4 times now and all times have been very poor experiences. Again to buy a vehicle here you won’t find a better sales team around. To service here you can go anywhere else and find technicians and service writers that are more honest then these ones.

Ive been taking my Buick Encore to Quality GMC ever since I moved to ABQ 3 years ago. The service is great, especially Perla! Ill continue going there for sure.
