Oil, filter, general checks, 2 new tires, rotation and balancing, transmission fluid replacement. Nicholas is great, detailed, and communicative. 100% Positive experience.The other Nissan in town is 10 minutes from my house. This Nissan is 25 minutes away. Its worth going out of the way.My technician was Joe. He fixed a problem with Android Auto Ive had for almost a year. Hes the third Nissan dealership tech thats worked on it. I got an oil change (this Nissan was $10 cheaper than the other Nissan).The third problem I had was a damaged part near my grill. I knew what was damaged before I went in and thought I knew about how much it would be. The price I was quoted was a bit more than I expected, so I decided to make it a fun do-it yourself project instead. Joe was understanding and gave me the breakdown of the cost of the part and how long it would take for the part to come in, etc. All the details I would need to know if I decided to have them fix it.Id ask for Joe on future visits.Everyone I interacted with was friendly and my car was returned to me washed. They ordered a lyft for me to go home from the dealership and to take me back.
