Their diagnostics are accurate and intended to keep your vehicle running at its best . They completed my repair and some recommended repairs efficiently at reasonable prices and in the time quoted. My experiences with Sandia BMW keep me confident in returning for scheduled maintenance and any other repairs that I might need.

I had an appointment for a recall. I was greeted by a young lady who could barely break away from her cell phone long enough to tell me that my service representative was on the phone and would be with me momentarily. After 30 minutes, I asked again, nothing. After 60 minutes, I left. Completely unprofessional setting with no real interest in customer service. On a positive note, the automated Starbucks coffee machine was quite good.

Just purchased a 2021, M550i, it’s an awesome car! Our salesperson, Trish, did a great job! She was super patient and attentive through the entire sales process. Cameron is the bmw guru. Who helped program our car to our desired settings and helped program our garage door opener! Both were very professional and would highly recommended them.

Took my car in for service 2 months ago and car only got worse from that first visit, still no solution to problems with car. Hopefully this problem isn’t happening with most of their customers. Wish I could give half star rating.Update: contacted this person to their email as requested and got no answer. Just trying to making themselves look good of course.

Shout out to Alex at the Service Center. I needed some maintenance on my car. He set up a loaner for me and got my car serviced same day! And my car was vacuumed and washed when I picked it up. Highly recommend BMW Sandia for their level of service and quality work.

My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from Sandia BMW at the end of January, which was a great experience. However, an issue arose regarding the condition of the oil and conflicting oil service dates. If this hadnt been noticed, damage may have occured to the engine. After some exchanges with the dealership, the issue was eventually resolved, but not without some concern about how it was initially handled.

The reason we keep going back is the top notch customer service. Trish Montoya especially was so helpful and extremely kind to meet our car buying needs.

If you want to buy a BMW come to Sandia BMW they will sell you a brand new BMW or a used one. Im only here at Sandia BMW to charge up my Fiat 500e at their charging station. But its a great place to buy your first BMW or if youve already had the BMW so good place to buy your new one

Customer service was great, didnt get the service advisors name but he was very helpful and kept updating me on my wait time and service only complaint I had was the car wash slightly separated my rear bumper and I found pieces of cloth lodged in it
