Walked in on a Saturday evening about 30 minutes before closing time. The assistant manager, Benjamin Girlamo, was eager to help us test drive the vehicle we were interested in and answered all questions we had. He assisted us throughout the application and finance process without any pressure and was more than willing to explore all of our options to make the deal work. Overall, great buying experience and everybody in the office was friendly and attentive. I Highly recommend Ben and his team.

Wonderful Staff! Benjamin, Levi and the rest of the staff really took care of us! We came in to really just look around but found a reasonably priced outback. They took care of all our questions, left us alone to talk and give us privacy but never failed to offer a bottle of water or light hearted conversation. It did not feel like they were trying to force us to buy the car, but more like we were dealing with friends. In the end we took the outback home and have been EXTREMELY happy with it ever since!
If I didnt really like the car, Id probably have walked.First they told me the car was $1000 cheaper than it really was, and refused to match the price told to me.Then strike two was when they were explaining warranties and service plans they started promising stuff not in the fine print... When I asked to have the contract modified to match what they were saying... They couldnt do it.Id probably have walked after the first go.. and never experienced the second go... BUT I liked the car and sadly didnt have much shop around time.. So they got my cash.
To start, I do NOT liking going to car dealership or interacting with car dealers. That being said, take notice that I gave this place five stars. They immediately noticed my hesitation, and Mr. Montes, our sales rep, did his best and succeeded in knocking down these barriers.Great all around sales team. Please be patient with the car dealerships as it is NOT a good time to buy vehicles due to chip and steel shortage. The process from beginning to end took about 5 weeks because the vehicle was not on the lot yet. Mr. Montes communicated with my spouse (whose vehicle we were purchasing) the entire time and provided timely updates.Great job Garcia Subaru in turning this car dealer hater into a car dealer tolerator.
Worst service ever, I would say more like minus stars! I took in my new 2021 Subaru to have tire pressure checked (I purchased my car at another dealership). I was told I need a new tire and this was on a different tire with the tire light on. I was told a new tire almost $300 and cost to fix a leak on another tire. I have full coverage on the tires, which Garcia reluctantly looked my paperwork. I left Garcia and took my car back to my dealership with tire fixed and no need for a new tire (no out-of-pocket cost)... Beware, of this place.
Horrible new car buying experience due to the finance department and now I get the pain of dealing with their service department. I bought a 2021 Impreza and now I am having repeat problems with the check engine light coming on. Service department is awful and do not care about making things right the first time. I told the service rep this morning that I should not keep having to come in every 2 weeks because the check engine light keeps coming on. I asked rhetorically, what on a brand new car I will have to keep coming back in and dropping the car off all day and you find nothing? Her response….maybe. She also told me that there could be a charge to investigate what is wrong. When I said it is only 2 months old and has a bumper to bumper warranty, she dismissively said, that’s not what bumper to bumper means.I so regret coming to Garcia and I am regretting getting a Subaru. I thought they were reliable.Update; Garcia posted a canned response to a customer complaint which says all you need to know about their indifference to customer service.My car is still at the dealer being assessed. If Garcia is sincere and wanted to reach out to address a legitimate complaint, they could do something novel, like picking up the phone and calling. This canned response is just pouring salt in the wound.

I bought a forester in 2021. Garcia Subaru North owes me money and nothing has been done about it. On my contract the pay off amount on my trade in was more than what was actually payed to the bank. Subaru North has ignored my calls. Beware of this dealership. They are only after your money and once you buy they totally forget about you. I will never do business with them again.
Worst experience of my life. One they didnt believe me when the engine broke. They said I was doing 120mph which I have never done in my car so lie #1. Two apparently the engine throwing a rod is not covered under factory warranty, so lie #2. Then after I paid $2000 to fix it the check engine light comes on and the transmission made a loud bang and now the check engine light is on AFTER GARCIA SUBARU SUPPOSEDLY FIXED IT. Worst customer experience I have ever had dealing with this location. I will never buy a Subaru again after this. Why would I buy a car that throws a rod after 14,000 miles? Also oil consumption is a really bad issue. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM SUBARU UNLESS YOU WANT A JUNK CAR THAT CANTR LAST 14,OOO MILES.
We had the most unpleasant experience with Garcia Subaru North!! I will never go to this place again! Just in general no one answers the phone in the service department and they do not call you back. I was told that I would have to have my car towed to the dealership and that it would take 3-5 days to finish the work. On Tuesday, July 13, 2021 I called the service department and told them #1) I was having my car towed to their dealership that day and that #2) my keys were with the parts department. I spoke with Brett. He said he would call once the car arrived. I did not receive a call back. At this point I realize I should have followed up (should NOT HAVE TO, but I should have) Monday morning, July 19, 2021 I called to see when I can pick up my car. No one knew anything about my car. No one looked for my car, as far as they are concerned, it was MY problem that I had a car dropped off and they couldnt account for it. I spent ALL DAY Monday asking if someone could find my car. Brett was not in and no one could find any paper work or anything. In addition, I could not get a call back from anyone, nor did anyone answer the phone in the service department. (I called the sales department and left messages with them as I could not get any one in the service department.) I did speak one time with Billy the Service Manager, after calling the sales department several times. Tuesday morning, July 20, 2021 I started calling again. STILL NO ONE COULD FIND MY CAR. (WHICH REALLY MEANS, NO ONE CARED ENOUGH TO WALK THE LOT) I got a call from Brett who said he never got the car. (Meanwhile the driver of the tow truck said he TALKED with Brett when he dropped it off) Later that morning Bretts story was that he doesnt know what kind of car it is...so he cant find it, he doesnt know what he is looking for....(never mind that he had a copy of the title which would have given him a few clues..) . After 24 hours of no one finding my car, I put two calls into AUBRY PADILLA, the General Manger. Both times I asked for return calls. Needless to say, I HEARD NOTHING. Finally at 10:30 Brett texted me that he had been able to locate my car....it had been sitting there FOR A WEEK, and obviously no service had been started.I would have let this huge debacle go if I felt like my concerns were addressed in a timely manner (less than 26 hours to find my car, for example) and/or the General Manager had called to discuss the situation. Since that did not happen I feel the only way to let management know my disappointment with the service I received at Garcia Subaru North is to leave a Google review. Do not go to this place if you are looking for good service or even common decency.UPDATE: August 4, 2021: I posted this review on July 21, 2021 just after I picked up my car. I HAVE NOT heard from Garcia Subaru North since my post. It has been a full two weeks. Seems like hope to speak to you soon is about as reliable as their service! Do not expect good service from Garcia Subaru North.

I will update if it actually works out. Also Kayla quoted my initial service a little high, BUT the ending bill was about 60 bucks less. Thanks Kalya and Billy. I pray this works out.
Discriminated at this place for being a Latino. Made an appointment with a represented. When I showed up he was with a different client. They had to ask a diffent guy to show me cars. Jared, was very rude, insensitive and played the game to sell a car. I would not recommend this place at all. They need to change!
I’m very disappointed in the service department and the lack of customer service. I called on Wednesday I had to leave a message because no one answered the phone. I let them know I would like to bring my 2020 Forrester in for the 12,000 mile service on June 2. I never heard back from them so I called again the next day and was told I already have an appointment for June 2 at 10:30, no one from Subaru bothered to let me know I had an appointment. The person I talked to could not even apologize for the fact that no one called to let me know I had an appointment extremely rude! I sure hope the service on the car is better than the customer service that I received making the appointment.
My first experience with Garcia Subaru was in 2019 during the installation of a new phone system. and a problem with a repair. These issues that caused me to view this dealership unfavorably. I have NEVER had a bad experience at Subaru dealership, but there were issues in 2019.Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Billy Scribner, Service Manager. I sat down with him immediately to explain the issue and expecting excuses or pushback to the resolution. He was professional, never questioned my previous experience and proceeded to systematically address the repair issue. I am beyond pleased with my experience with Billy Scribner and Garcia Subaru. While driving from North Carolina to Utah we needed the oil changed in our 2017 Subaru Outback. We saw Garcia had Express Service and spoke with Jeremy Barney, a service coordinator and could not be more grateful for his guidance, direction and enthusiasm! He explained several aspects of our service that had not been explained to us by the dealership that sold us the car in North Carolina. This is the kind of service that will keep me in a Subaru!!! I took my Subaru Legacy in to Garcia to get an appraisal of its value. I filled out some forms and they said they could not do it that day and would get back to me. That afternoon they called and scheduled an appointment for the following day at 11:00am. I got there on time, told them it was an appointment and waited until 12:00. Still no one was available and they did not know when someone would be and said the appraisal would take another 30 minutes. I had been sitting for an hour. I left.I am planning to buy another Subaru in Spring but will not go there. Perhaps Fiesta or Santa Fe will treat me better.

I have been taking my vehicle exlusively to this Subaru dealership for about 5 years now. We love Subarus and are looking to upgrade, but the last two visits to their service center have diminished my trust in this local dealership.Before heading out on a road trip at the beginning of 2020, we needed to have an oil change and rear brake light replaced. They charged me for the brake light but never replaced it. When I returned, they didnt really believe me. Eventually they changed the brake light right there in the check-in bay but had trouble accepting responsibility for this incident. This was more of an inconvenience than anything!The most recent incident occured about a month ago and is more problematic! After dropping off my vehicle around 8:45 am on a Saturday morning, I waited until after 2:00 pm for my car to be ready. Thats not really a huge problem in and of itself, but I called my service tech around noon, and he said the car was being pulled into the garage; it wasnt! I arrived at the service center about an hour later, and ended up waiting another hour with my family in tow. The car didnt even get pulled into the garage for the oil change until I was able to communicate directly with the service tech in person. Previous to this, another employee patronizingly asked me if I had an appointment, which has never been needed for oil changes, and moreover, is clearly marked on a giant banner inside their garage and outside as well! And on their website. They said they have changed this policy, though. Why all the signage then? It seems they wanted to blame the delay on me and used being busy and me not having an appointment (Ive never needed one) as an excuse. The issue is they lied, multiple times!Why not just tell me that the car wont be ready until 2:30?Finally, after the car was serviced and payment made, they told me that I should expect a call from their service manager on Tuesday, as he was currently out of town due to the Labor Day weekend. I never received a phone call. So, another lie!I have lost trust in this dealership.

Bought a 2020 Subaru Legacy and was told 6 months warranty but doesnt cover factory defect for cracked windshield. They never called back when I left messages for windshield ordered too. I got a message from Aubry Padilla to fix the services not met, and I tried calling her and left my number, but she hasnt called me back to remedy the problem! Wonder if Aubry Padilla is lying to me too? Waiting to hear from you....
I live in Pueblo and Travel back home to Albuquerque frequently I thought this Subaru was going to be my dedicated dealer ship for any service on my 2020 wrx while in town unfortunately one of the service guys didn’t include a crush washer to complete my oil change and was forced to use my old one. With the new oil already in the motor chancing my way back home to Pueblo the same night “the best Garcia Subaru north could do for me was bring my wrx in and they can take care of it free of charge this time” lol I swear this dealership is a joke didn’t want to refund my money even though it was their mistake so I won’t be going here no longer and I highly recommend anyone else dont take your vehicles there as well. Everyone seems nice down there too I don’t understand why they would treat a loyal customer like this crazy crazy

I came from out of town to have my car serviced here. I was able to get everything done on one trip, and I didnt have to wait too long. Kudos to Ronelle for helping me out and her excellent customer service! Shes a hard worker and deserves a raise! I wish there was more outdoor seating available, but the indoor waiting room was comfy and still socially distanced.
Bought a used Crosstrek at this location in 2018 and everyone was very friendly and professional. We recently went to get the car service and again the service was excellent. Ronelle helped us and was fantastic. She kept us updated and when the repairs were going to take longer than anticipated she offered to lend us a loaner vehicle until the car was fine, which we happily took her up on. The car was done earlier than estimated which was also great. Thank you Ronelle and the service team!

This pass monday, 8/24/20, I took our Subaru for a airbag recall, it was simple to set up the appointment, we arrived on time. They employees were very helpful, and as it was mentioned to us on the phone, they told us that it may take up to 4 hours to fixed, but as they saw that we were accompanied by a senior, the employee that assisted us told us that he didnt promise anything, but will try to have our vehicle sooner . I really appreciated their kindness, and on top of having our vehicle ready only in about an hour and a half, they washed our vehicle!. Will I consider going back to them for our vehicle maintenance? You can be sure, because they offer us more than what we expected, without any cost. Have a great day.

I recently bought a used 2007 Honda Accord from them. Lucas was the sales man who helped me and I felt very relaxed around him. I dont know anything about cars but to put gas in them and drive them so having Lucas help me was great. Get on their website and see what they have available for a new or used car.
Service Dept visit. I had arranged a loner vehicle I didnt need because the service techs tried to handle my warranty concerns as promptly as possible. Usually doesnt work out like this but I feel Garcia Subaru tries to be professional and accommodating to their guests. I feel valued here, i will return.
We had an exceptional experience with the dealership, particularly salesman Lucas Shirley. Lucas was extremely professional and courteous--during a time when the dealership was very busy. He operated quickly and efficiently in a very short time frame, and even delivered the vehicle to Santa Fe where he spent over an hour educating us on the car and its various features. We could not have been more pleased with the buying experience.
I had the greatest experience buying a car from Garcia Subaru today. Lucas was phenomenal in making the process enjoyable and super easy. He was incredibly knowledgeable and just super laid back, something we absolutely appreciated. Nora was wonderful in the financing portion of the purchase. I’m so grateful they were the first location to pop up when I googled “Subaru Albuquerque”, because I am certain I would have not had nearly as great of an experience anywhere else.

I rarely take the time to review/rate businesses unless I feel strongly about my experience there. Ray and Torie were awesome. They really cared about listening to my needs and exceeded my expectations. Im hoping I wont need to buy a vehicle again for several years, but when the time comes, Im definitely going to ask for Rays help again.

When I checked out I was presented with a bill I wasnt expecting because they did the rear/front differential. When I told the check out girl I had said NO to this service she did NOTHING to rectify it. I did not make a big deal about it because I am not that type of person to do so. Now I am faced with paying a bill that I didnt ask for and now I have to find away to pay for it! Thanks for the heart ache and the huge disappointment and financial stress, awful customer Service. Needless to say I will not be returning.
Very unprofessional with parts and management. Make customers wait 2+ weeks for a refund and won’t correct mistakes. As a Mechanic I will never do business here again and will keep others from doing business with Garcia ever again when Fiesta is nicer and better priced! Aubrey Padilla (the GM) even had me call the dealership to resolve the issue and still weeks later no call back and even get hung up on by other Management like one guy named Mike who is extremely unprofessional as a whole just like this whole place as a whole!
Aubry Padilla exceeded my expectations. I inquired about a beautiful white and black suv that I fell in love with her the moment I saw it. However it was pledged to another and was not currently available. I retired from a technology company that starts with a G and I can tell you, we would be happy to have someone like Aubry with her poise and grace working in carpinteria. Kept saying they ordered my radio, and it was 2 months out. I called today, and they said the person I spoke with these last few months has quit and I have to restart the process. Now I’m waiting months again for them to restart my repair.
These guys know theyre stuff. Been working with Subarus for a long time now and I love the fact that I can have a conversation with the employees here about the cars and they actually know what theyre talking about. Mostly go for parts and the service in that department is just as good as the sales people. I do prefer the other dealership on Lomas (just because Ive known the employees at the parts department for awhile now) but if your on the north or west side this is closer and just as good. If your looking for a car Id highly recommend a Subaru, you wont be disappointed, and youll probably get hooked (especially if you get a turbo model)

I took my 2017 Subaru Forester in to have the rack and pinion replaced under warranty and they decided the best way to reinstall my skid plate and was backwards and bend it with a wrench. It took them about twice as long as they estimated to get the part in. They said they would call me the following week to schedule an appointment and they never did. I had to attempt to call them, which took all day. I had to call and leave 5 different voicemails and finally told the secretary no one was calling me back and she finally transferred me to one of the guys I left a voicemail with who hadnt called me back.The actual replacement of the rack and pinion under warranty went fine. However I went to change the front differential fluid a week later and noticed the mid skid plate was badly bent. It had giant scratches in it from a wrench. They are literally the only people other than myself who have ever worked on the car. It took all my body weight and 2 large plumbers wrenches to bend the plate back since its made out of 3/16 aluminum. I realized when I put it back on that the technician had reversed the spacers and had bent the plate because it was rubbing on the muffler. So instead of taking the couple of minutes to reverse the spacers the tech decided to find a giant wrench and bend it thinking I would never notice. That is a truly special level of incompetence and laziness, which Ive come to expect from most dealers.I called the service manager and he said hed talk to the tech to make sure it didnt happen again, but Ill never be bringing it back and will be looking at other Subaru dealers when its time to buy a new car in a few years.
Very poor customer service in the service department. I came to get a bulb replace and they couldn’t find the bulb after looking for it for an hour. I am not a Subaru owner has I bring my moms car in for since my dad is handicapped. They don’t communicate very well here. They found the bulb when I was getting ready to leave but just the fact the rep told my mom they would Have my in and out in minutes which didn’t not happened.
Best car purchasing experience ever. I bought a new Subaru yesterday and the team or Raymond and Aubry were fantastic. I had done a ton of research before contacting the dealership. Aubry answered a ton of questions for me via e-mail then made an appointment for me to come in and test drive the car. From there Raymond took over- he was so low pressure and relaxed, he made the process easy. We actually hugged at the end!! I have bought MANY new and used cars in my life and this was by far the most pleasant of all the experiences I ever had.

I took in my 2011 Subaru Outback to repair a passenger side CV axle and routine maintenance. The routine maintenance was performed with no problem at all. I received a call from the service representative, Bryan, who informed me that my head gasket was leaking and it was going to cost $3200 to repair. I tried to inquire more about the nature of the issue and was simply told that the majority of the cost for repair was due to the labor of having to remove the engine.I told Bryan that I would take some time to make an informed decision about the head gasket repair and that they could proceed with the axle repair. Later that evening I received a call that the axle they used to repair my Subaru was faulty so they re-installed the old axle, put more lubricant, told me that they ordered another part that would arrive potentially 2 days later, and sent me home with my unfixed car.One of the major issues with this transaction was that I went in there originally because I did not want to be driving on a faulty axle which would ultimately create unsafe driving conditions. Driving on a bad CV axle can lead to losing control of the whole vehicle leaving the car undrivable and moreover putting lives at risk.Unfortunately, in my experience, Garcia Subaru treated me like a quick sale. They did not address what I originally went in there for and quickly tacked on $3200+ without a thorough explanation. There were a lot of people being serviced there so perhaps they are more about quantity than quality. If you are going for quick routine maintenance than you may be just fine using this business. As for me I will take my Subaru elsewhere.
The service manager, Billy Scribner, went far and above to help us out with a serious issue with our car. He did all he could to take care of our needs and get us safely back in the road! We may drive from Texas to buy our next Subaru (this is our 4th) from Garcia North👍

This dealerships managers are worthless. They have lack of respect for customers and refuse to make any wrongs on their end right. Refusal to refund for incorrect parts and accusing people of harrasment because they try to get their refund in a timely manor. I would not recommend going to this place. They lack respect and dignity. I would give 0 stars if i could because the way they operate is completely unethical.
Best dealership in town. They sold me a extended warranty and they take really food care of me. If you ever buy a new STI I highly recommend you get a warranty through them. Best Subaru dealer in the state. The mechanics there go a good job, they really know there stuff. The service advisors are super professional and respectful.

He was able to help her narrow it down to 3 models, then set an appointment time to test drive. UPDATE 12/18/19: So I scheduled another oil change, but before taking in my vehicle, I kept calling the store to get an anticipated cost. After MANY attempts to actually talk to someone on the phone, I finally get an answer that the base price for an oil change is $89. So it seems that Garcia Subaru just charges more than ANYONE else in town. No attempt at being competitive. This must be a recent change because I had taken all my Subarus there before and paid approximately half that amount. Not sure why the change?Lastly, I kept trying to call Aubry Padilla at 837-5200, but that line NEVER gets answered. Whats the point of writing please reach out to us when absolutely NOTHING happens????*****************************************I just paid $100 dollars for an oil change!? Seriously overpriced service. Never have I ever heard of any car service department ever come close to charging that amount for 5 quarts of oil and a filter change.I called around to other dealerships, and all were charging HALF that amount, or less. Looks like Im not taking my car back there ever again.
It is impossible to speak to a service department person and consequently get an appointment here for service. I call and call goes to Voice Mail. I leave a message that I want to schedule an appointment to get my car serviced. They never call me back! They obviously have more business than they need as they cant seem to take the time to return someones call to schedule an appointment for them. Its been a problem every since Iv ever tried to work with these people. Im done!

The service at Subaru has always been top of the line. But I took my car in on Saturday and was so so disappointed that NOT one employee was wearing a mask for the safety of employee and customers. Theres was only 3 customers wearing. It really should be mandatory along w social distancing.
We recently purchased a vehicle at Garcia Subaru North and enjoyed working with sales rep Pamela Razo, who was very friendly and helpful. It took a very long time for us to consummate our sale because it took hours to meet with a financial person. But, overall, it was a pleasant experience. Everybody who worked there cooperated with each other and treated us well.
There for service and the place was very friendly.
We had a great experience with Ray. This is my first new car ever @66. He was never pushy. Very attentive and cared about what we wanted. Curtis in finance was also wonderful. What a pleasant buying experience. I went in to just look and Ivan was so good at explaining all the safety features we came back a few days later and bought a car. Ray Montes helped us through the entire buying process. Of all the cars I have purchased over the years this was the best experience. Ray took his time to make sure we were getting what we wanted and taking time to teach me to use all of the features, which was fantastic. I have never had anyone have me come back just to review how to use all the wonderful features. Thanks Ray! I hope to have my new car for many years but when I need a new one I will be back to see Ray.
I first met Ray on a Sunday evening when he called me in response to an online request for information. I went online because I simply wanted some information without any of the high pressure you usually get from a salesperson. Ray was wonderful from the beginning, I felt comfortable and confident in his honesty right away. Ray was great with follow up and staying in touch without ever being pushy. It was his openness and willingness to work with us on our schedule that convinced us that he was the person we wanted to buy our car from.Delivery was great. Late in the day on a Saturday we finally agreed on all terms and we were ready to move forward with the completion of the deal. When I asked if we could do this now Ray said come on over. We had not met Ray in person until we got there and saw our car being prepared for delivery. Transaction was painless and just as we had agreed. Thanks Ray!
It is August 2020, since December of 2019 I’ve been calling this dealership to get my Subaru serviced for a recall (exhaust leaking into cabin) and for repair of a safety item (Horn failure) both extremely important to address. I’ve spoken to multiple employees, including the service manager, and every time instead of action, instead of scheduling me, I get told I’ll be called back to schedule and address my issues....not once have I been despite calling multiple times each month since last year. It’s no wonder Garcia keeps having to sell their dealerships when this is the way they run. Fiesta Subaru got me in within a week...

Brook Gibson helped us purchase our first car. She was very knowledgeable about the different features of each vehicle. We did not feel pressured to sign right there and then. We were able to go home and think about our decision and then come back the next day. The process to sign papers did not take very long. There were no hidden costs or fees. Everything was explained in a simple way for us to understand. We had a fantastic experience at Garcia Subaru! We will be returning for our next vehicle purchase when the time comes.
Joe was really nice to work with. Explained the options that were available as well as the value for buying local. Listened to what we wanted and then presented options that were appropriate. They dont have a huge inventory so based on the model youre looking at they may not have it in stock. This was the only reason that I didnt rate it a 5. Since their inventory isnt large they do a great job at finding what your looking for that they can bring in.
Not only is the sales team awesome but their service team is awesome as well. I went to have my new car serviced for the first time. I arrive early and observed the service team preparing to open. One of the mechanics took a lint roller to his uniform to ensure the vehicles stay clean. Attention to detail. If you are going to buy a Subaru, this is the place to go! Great job!
This location is always very helpful and friendly. I have never had any issue and I like that they do walk- ins and I dont have to wait a week for an appointment. They have a comfortable waiting room and it is conveniently located near coffee and food. Ashley B. always makes it a pleasurable experience- what a great service advisor!
Parts guy was really helpful and quick retrieving my parts that they actually had in stock. very niceIve had great experiences with service there. Ive dealt with numerous service writers and theyve all been very friendly and helpful and professional I wouldnt hesitate to bring my Subaru back to them for any other service needs or repairs
I was very disappointed by the service department. I brought my car in for express service at 1:40 in the afternoon, I was told the service would take an hour and half. I asked to be taken to the gym. I did not hear from the department at all. I tried calling and texting starting at 4;00. No one responded to texts so I called. I called over 9 times. I let the phone ring for over 4 minutes twice. I was finally able to reach someone in sales who walked over to the service area. I was finally picked up at 5:13. If it was going to take longer than an hour and a half, I would have really appreciated a phone call or text. Garcia Subaru needs to train the staff to reach out to customers if the service is delayed and have them answer the phone . If the phone system isnt working, inform the customers.Note: I did receive a call from Aubry. Her comment is that they were having trouble with their phone systems and that it must have been frustrating. My comment is that if they knew they were having problems with the phone system, why didnt they have someone,even a temp, actually answer the phones. Also, when I expressed my concerns to the service adviser, he offered another phone number I could call then next time I brought my car in. Why wasnt that phone number offered in the first place? Why should I need three different phone numbers to contact them?
I would not recommend working here if you are trying to be a technician.. this company does not want to see their employees succeed with running them into the ground with too much work to comprehend. If you try and better yourself with a new job and put your two weeks in the service manager Billy Scribner will fire you without explanation and leave you high and dry. They have lost over 3 employees because of their poor management in the last month. Poor excuse for a SUBARU dealership. I reccomend everyone take their cars to KIA subaru to have your mantience one correctly.
My wife and I went to look at vehicles with a very particular budget, and they bent over backwards, sideways, and inside out to make sure that we left with not only a great car, but that we left with exactly what we wanted. Josie was our sales person, and she was amazing. We felt a little bad for her because she was running around for us all evening. Torie was great! We loved the fact she was honest and straightforward, and really seemed to want was was best. The GM Aubrey was quick, knowledgeable, and really wanted us to get something great (in fact, she probably lost money making sure we were happy). They all gladly stayed until way passed their closing time in order to iron out details and answer our questions. All-in-all we will definitely go back when my wife needs a new car, and well be real quick to suggest Subaru North to all of our friends. We are extremely happy and cant thank them enough!!!
I have taken my car to Garcia North for regular service since I bought it new in 2012. They are always courteous and helpful. The waiting area is wonderful, as it is clean, roomy, and provides drinks and snacks. Years ago, I had a problem with the gas tank pipe. Gas would just not go into the gas pipe. A local automotive shop quoted me $1400 to fix it (they said they would have to remove the whole gas tank). I took it to Garcia North and they ended up fixing it in a couple of hours for around $200.00.

My 2013 outback currently burns 2-3 courts of oil between oil changes. I took it in as it is under warranty. And the mechanic told us there is nothing they can do because there was a law suit and referred me to a national number. The national office said it is normal for Subarus to consume this amount of oil and it was my fault for not adding oil every other gas stop. I have owned many cars and trucks, but have never had a vehicle that the check oil light comes on 3 times during the scheduled time between service. I understand that this corporate issue and not the fault of the specific dealer. But when I asked the mechanic if he felt it is normal for a car to consume this amount of oil, he would say he could not answer that question. Is it to much to ask for someone to have integrity and take a little pride in their work? At Garcia Subaru, the answer is yes.
We finally bought a new Subaru from Garcia Subaru North. Salesperson Josie Walton gave us the best new car buying experience weve ever had . Josie was Informative, thorough, knowledgeable. She had answers for every question we asked and that is rare these days ! ! GM Aubry Padilla and Josie Walton did everything right and above board. I highly recommend them and Garcia Subaru North . My wife got the car she wanted and I got a great deal on a great SUV. 5 STARS
