We have been looking for Stacy Adams shoes in stores for a while now and I was surprised to find that Burlington Coat Factory carried them. Between that and their great deals on designer clothing, I couldnt have enjoyed the experience more.i saw in another review that their customer service may have been lacking. To this I respond with the fact that labor costs have increased recently which means that by having more employees, the product prices would increase as well, which is what the place is all about. I am willing to accept the lack of customer service if society is dumb enough to raise minimum wage and forcing businesses to cut costs

Love this store!! Shelves are full again!! I was so scared they were going outta business. This is great for the whole family!! Prices are great!! This location is so organized and always has good finds.. The location in alb is awful!.

They were good post Covid. Not sure if there going out of business or what. Maybe cant source inventory?? Nothing but barren shelves and racks.

Prices are very good. You can find close out beauty products at an amazing price. Baby clothes are all well priced continuing the brand. Housewares is very well priced .

The place is horrible! I was treated with an attitude when I was checking out. No one told me hello and no staff members came up to me and asked if I needed anything.I will never be returning because of the rudeness of the staff.

Went there to get a coat for my 6 yr old. They have a wonderful selection. Prices are what youd expect if you know anything about Burlington. Great prices.

I dont care about Burlington. Its what youd expect. But their in house tailor is the worst. Hes by appointment only but doesnt bother to show up for those appointments. Nor is he willing to make his appointments for his posted open hours. When I asked for a discount to compensate for his absence he told me I could take my business elsewhere. No problem. Ill do that from now on!

Some blonde lady kept staring at me as if I was going to steal something. I used to be a regular and never seen her before. But because of her actions I will not shop there anymore and also they cannot keep up with mens inventory or mens shoes at this point.

I love Burlington but employees are so rude. No smile, no hello, the only thing they say is whats your phone number after you check out..

Great prices for some quality stuff. Has way more than just clothes (fitness equipment, toys, colognes/perfumes, etc.) but the prices on suits are stellar. Kept clean and orderly.

Much Improved since my last visit. Clean, well laid out and helpful employees. I will start shopping here again.

The manager Bridgeette was rude. She didn’t say anything to me as she walked up to the counter. I told her I’d like to return something. She grabbed the item, the recipet and the other few items I got. Handed me back the items, for me to put back in the bag I brought. Handed me my cash, didn’t say how much I got back. The only time she spoke to me was to ask for my phone number and to give me her name.

Experienced the worst customer service here!! The lady at the door Approached me and my cousin saying to never come back to the store she claimed that a customer said that we were stealing which I said would you like to check my bag she said no that my kind are not welcome here I’m Hispanic I said to her what race are you Ignored me I asked her to give me her name and all she did was scribble letters so if you come to this store expect to be racism discrimination total disappointment

Great location & selection. Very friendly staff. Perfect for all around shopping for yourself or gifts. But the womans bathroom is not great, usually dirty, smelly, and broken. My only issue with the store.

Found what I wanted and more. Good prices. Checkout could of been a little faster though.

Always a great place to find the items your searching for and other items you forgot you wanted. Great selection of various items for kids, women and men. The prices are wonderful and you feel like everything you purchase is a deal of a price! Were from Tucson, Az and everytime we come to abq this is the Burlington Coat Factory we shop at. Our family recommends this location for some great shopping! 🙂

I love the prices every year we come to get layaway! And the employees are very nice!

It says there open till 10, but at 6pm i walk in and a woman comes to me and says do you know what you want, because were going to close now since your the only person here. she couldnt at least wait till i was finished

This burlington is horrible! The selection is so bad! They habe sooo much wasted space in the back where they could put more clothes or more house wear or anything but its just empty space! I strongly suggest visiting a different burlington!

Yeah, theyre supposed to have coats, but coat selection seemed pretty pathetic. More of a focus on clothes and home accessories. Dont know if well be back.

Worst place ever to shop, I bought a pair of shoes the cashier asked for the phone number I gave her the number after a week a decided to return it but I lost the receipt, i told them she took my phone number but they couldnt find the transaction ( idont know why) and they refused to return it even for store credit. Very bad customer service, low quality business. Never buy anything from burlington I dont recommend it as well....

I was there last night to do some last minute Christmas shopping, and not only did one of the workers yank a jacket out of my sons hand to hang it back on the rack the lady at the register left me there waiting for her to press the button for my card. Never said anything to me she just walked away! I will never go there again.
