On 10/25/2021 MARVIN worked the self check out are his patience and courtesy was refreshing. So many selections here. I LOVE that I was able to find VEGAN KIMCHI and their Vegan selection is growing. Clean, spacious NO military discount here.

One of my favorite targets to go to. I always feel safe. It can get pretty crazy & busy inside but for the most part it’s smooth.The employees can be grouchy but also leave you alone so it’s 50/50.

Well-lit store with courteous staff. Better selection on most goods in terms of quality compared to Walmart.

People were entering the building and were not wearing a mask. People who were shopping were not wearing a mask. This place is too dangerous to shop in without security enforcement of mask wearing. This is a violation of the governors mask mandate. This business does not care about the health or safety of customers or their employees.

Target Uptown is the Target---No signage to show store entrance in parking lot. No signage to show entrance while driving. No signage- I found electric power plant. I found shopping cart storage building. No signage to show that roads in and out are one way-or 2 way. I was going one way-the wrong way. All maps show Target on north side of Indian School. TARGET IS ON SOUTH SIDE. Its easy and safe to make left turn to Target garage.

This is probably one of the nicest-looking Target stores in all of Albuquerque. It has a nice store design and is very well stocked.The downside is that it is extremely busy no matter what time of day you go. If youre not into crowds Id stay away from this one.However, the busy aspect of it is also part of its charm.The snack bar and Starbucks located on the inside are large and very conducive to hanging out. The parking structure is clean and well lit and well-paved.The Customer Service is very good. The Staff is very much on-the-ball.

I love shopping at target! They sell everything which makes it so easy to stop there for clothes, shoes, household supplies, baby items, health items and beauty items. My kids love walking up and down the aisles and just looking around. They always have great sales or deals with their app. All the staff are very helpful and cheerful and ask if you need assistance or just greet you.

The lines here are always insane, and there’s no reasoning for who gets pulled to what line for whatever reason. We were waiting in line for 15 minutes but then some random person got pulled the the front of the cashier line. Meanwhile there is an elderly cashier running circles around these young “managers” just standing around, talking, she took stuff to the back from a non payment sell, they wouldn’t even lift a finger, see pic. Then one of them had the gall to walk up and tell her she had to wait to go on break. Pretty sad. Target, teach your floor leads how to be leaders, not just ineffective managers.

Hector was the young man that helped me. When I arrived they were already in the parking lot with my items. As I pulled into the parking spot, I needed to pull out my phone and check in. At other stores, you feel rushed with associates running to your window before you can even park the car. They let the app do its job and after i checked in, then proceeded to come and offer assistance. Hector was training and made sure to greet me with a smile and after i checked in proceeded to turn and place the items in the trunk, where I noted on the app that I wanted them. He thanked me for shopping with you today and wished me a great rest of the day. I left feeling great and as if my visit was welcomed. I will shop at this location again and kudos to the trainer, you are doing a great job because the service that I received from Hector today is how we all want to be treated!

Its more inviting than most other stores.

Great location love it a lot but it need a huge update with the location it’s at you’d expect more when you walk in but it’s still the same boring look as all other targets. And customer service isn’t the best here.

Madison at the uptown location is a very valuable asset to Target. She provides the type of customer service at the checkout that sets this location above the rest.

What a beautiful store! This was my first time being at this location and I couldnt have had a better experience! I came to buy my baby a specific teether. I looked everywhere for it but I figure I just might be overlooking it. My husband and I asked a wonderful worker for assistance and he actually went and found the exact item we were looking for that was in the back. Big thank you to Emilio Moya for making our first experience a great one!

Love target in general but I had 5 different employers check in to make sure I was finding everything ok in a 10 minute span. Even as an extrovert it was too much interaction. It made me miss another grocery store infamous for their employees purposefully ignoring you

Always a great selection of products. Curbside is amazing!

The cashier (Pattie) was extremely helpful in telling me about and signing me up for the Red Card. Also other employees often would ask me if I had found everything I needed or if I needed assistance.

The curb-side pickup was very fast and convenient; the app was very easy to use and read. The crew members were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The business was very clean. The food inside was accurate, hot and delicious. It was a very good experience. I will return.

Such a coooool Target! It’s a must see. We couldn’t find isle A51...the website said we could find moleskin there, and we needed some for our hiking trip. Now that we think about it, it makes sense that we couldn’t find it...ahem...Area51. 🤪 But seriously, our kids loved visiting this Target. Awesome design.

Looked for an item online, it was right where the website said it was when I arrived. Quick and efficient trip, this Target is particularly well run. Still the best place for wardrobe and household staples. And seemingly the only place left that you can get an inexpensive bundle of socks that arent hideous. Always drive further to go to this store. Target for the win!

No one will answer the phone!!!!! We just spent $223 at this store and got home with one missing bag and was never given the receipt. Tried to call EVERY SINGLE DEPARTMENT and no one answers the phone.

We love Target so it’s no surprise that we visit Target while out of town. This Target was pretty cool and the employees were all phenomenal! I kid you not, EVERY SINGLE employee (we saw about 15) greeted us and offered to help us find something. My husband was blown away. We come from Boise where everyone is friendly. I’m visiting to care for my ill Dad and I have not been to a single place where people have been friendly. This Target totally made up for it. Thank you!

Uptown target is the best! Huge store so lots of shopping but I also really enjoy pick up!! They are always so nice and happy!!! Its in a great spot too right at uptown so lots of food and shopping near by!!!

Target had the thing me and my friend wanted.

This target is a two-story building in the middle of the Uptown area. The parking lot structure is the first floor and the target is actually on the second floor. Im not sure Ive ever seen a Target like this before in my life. Very interesting. it seems like a pretty large Target. Very clean.

The store is clean and the cashier was so friendly and nice!! I wish I had caught his name, this man went the extra mile asking if I found everything, keeping a friendly upbeat attitude and engaged me with conversation.

Really quick process for a drive up pick-up order I did online. It took about 30 min for them to process from purchase to notification to pick up. I only waited 2 min at drive up before they brought out my purchase.

I enjoy shopping at the Uptown Target. The store is clean and has what products I want. They are relatively fast when I need to get in and out quickly too.

Aside from the updated urban prototype that finally broke the tired unchanged since the 70s look of most stores, Uptown is also just plain well run. Arriving around 5pm on a Monday evening, we waited about an hour and a half to enter the store. The lines and numbers inside are managed fairly and efficiently. On gaining entry, the store is like a giant warm sparkling gift box (it was a relief to get out of the cold!). Honestly the store was flawlessly clean, and refreshingly in stock. Especially happy to find pre-lockdown stocked meat and vegetable section. Everything dairy. Freezers full except the seafood section. I felt guilty because i knew others were freezing outside, but really had to take a few extra minutes to look at the Christmas presentations. Like most people this year, the cheer and warmth of Christmas is a bit more important than usual, and Uptown is a visual feast right now. I spent a decade of my. Life managing 🎯 so Im a harsh critic. I felt uplifted after shopping Uptown! And got everything Id hoped to find. Uptown has it right.

I made a mistake and chose pickup up instead of curb delivery. the manager of curb delivery didnt hesitate a minute and put me into the que of his team of curb deliveries. I really appreciate his willingness to help me out, above and beyond! the young man who brought me my purchases was especially kind and thoughtful. Good job Eric

The selection of young girls clothing was slim to none. The toys werent impressive and I just wasnt satisfied with anything they had

This target has the worst inventory of all Targets in the city. At least five times they have claimed they have an item in stock via their app, i go to the store and it is not in stock. This target is closest to to where I live, but I am done going here! Fix your inventory, I am done.

I love this Target. They normally have everything I need. Drive up orders are so easy to place and pick up. There are also three Pokestops that I can get to from the drive up parking spaces.

Every employee is over the top friendly. Much appreciated; but borderline annoying when it’s every minute. Love the customer service hustle but would appreciate the shelves being stocked instead. Every time we come here shelves are empty. Sometimes entire rows (not just cleaning supplies), half the items aren’t priced and line is always hella long. Target is usually great but not this one.

My first time doing the target drive up to pick up groceries. Quick & easy. I had to change locations as the one closet to me you have to go inside. 2 of my items weren’t available. Otherwise it was simple. Can’t get cold or freezer items either. Ok for simple things.

The Drive Up with the app was incredibly handy... The line was extremely long to get into the store, and since I was only picking up one item, I would have been very irritated if Id had to wait in it.

Barely walk into the store and security is already following me around. Clearly I was clean cut and had my smartphone, which should be a clear indication that Im there to shop or to look around. Stopped a few times and sure enough security was following me around... hate to say this, but if my skin color makes me a suspect then straight up tell me or do something about it. If I get harassed by security again,Im not gonna shop here anymore

I went to Walmart first for this product and the substituted the product. So, now my family is going to be shopping at target

COVID-19 Safety Protocols, especially masks are not being followed! What is it with NO Shoes, NO Shirt, NO Mask; NO Service. This is not only endangering the public but YOUR employees!We did not even enter, turned around and left!!This event, described above, occurred in May of 2020. We have not returned but I would HOPE that they are following pandemic health and safety guidelines.- At the time of writing my review we needed to have a product serviced at this store!- In the past customer service at this and other Targets has been VERY POOR! Still wont shop here...👎👎

Managed Sooo poorly now...lines So extraordinarily long that many (myself included) dropped the items they were going to purchase and left!! I am headed to walmart and I HATE Walmart...but Much better than the mess this store has become in the last year and a half!! UNFORGIVABLE

While I was getting essentials I saw a sweater I loved, but it wasnt on sale in the store. I did a quick search on the website and saw it was on sale online. I ordered it online and picked it up in the store without any additional fees. The pick-up was quick, easy, and seamless! I cant wait to try the drive-up!

Terrible service today while having an order which was placed on their web site brought to our car. Next time, I will try the same method of ordering and pickup at Walmart. Daughter does it often and likes it.

Usually have what I need

Convenient and pleasant shopping experience. Order on the app, say when you are on your way and *boom* you have what you need without going inside and risking yours or loved ones health during these strange times of uncertainty. Note: not all items, like dairy, are available for drive up.

Always stocked up when I go there. Parking is easy, although sometimes crowded, but always room to park. The pick up service is convenient when you need a couple things and have kids in car seats and dont wanna pull them out just to run in for a minute. Staff is always helpful at any place in the store.
