We had to wait 6 months for our new dining room set, due to the Manufacturer Covid related backlog. But it was worth the wait! The quality of the merchandise and the delivery service were both excellent. We have been purchasing furniture from American Furniture for over 25 years and have not been disappointed.

Never again will I ever purchase any furniture from American Home Furniture!!!!!! First sale man lies about arrival date! Then lies about how long the delivery will be. At time of purchase he said with in one week of the arrival date. Not, more like 3-4 weeks from the arrival date would we have our furniture I then was told. Ok its here so I go a pick the furniture saving 129.00 delivery fees. Get loaded up so excited to sit down on our new furniture. We take it in. Love seat oooo.nice. uncover the couch and wrong color. We look at the tags and say Gray but its not gray but Brown. We call trying to get this fix. Every one gives us the run around. 4 weeks if they were to pick up the wrong couch and 6 weeks to hopefully get the correct one. No management calls us back as well to help fix the mistakes. Not sorry we are returning both and taking our business elsewhere.

Purchasing was great. Very helpful sales staff. But we set up our purchases for DELIVERY. We bought 2 chairs that were back ordered. Salesman put the items in for DELIVERY. First chair came in earlier than the other and called to set up DELIVERY 4 weeks out. Today we were supposed to get the first chair DELIVERED but received no confirmation. Called to confirm and they said its not coming because they had it set up for PICK UP today. So apparently, we set a PICK UP date for four weeks out. Bravo on furniture DELIVERY American Home.

He did not follow us around the showroom hounding us like all the other salespersons. When we were ready to buy, we went directly to Quintin. Others need to take lessons from him. From the beginning Cynthia Pena and Johnny Baillio were very patient and helpful in our process of buying a new mattress and sofa. They explained the delivery process and followed up to ensure that we were getting all of the communications. The delivery team was friendly and professional when they delivered our mattress. They quickly got the mattress setup and made sure I knew all the details for mounting the bed to our new headboard when it arrived, as well as how to operate the mechanics of the bed. We recently relocated from out of state and I am so thankful I found American Home.

The movers were professional and acted appropriately.My only surprise was them expecting the homeowner to where mask when they themselves were wearing a mask. I felt offended by that request in my own home.

I had originally given this place 5 stars. However, that was before my items were suppise to be delivered in June its now going on to November. I still have yet to receive items. The store could care less. Especially Kim with her sarcastic rude tone. Not to mention we still have to pay for items we dont even have. Terrible customer service. Terrible business over all. I will never shop here. I advise you dont either.

The associate Anna was great! After a little meeting of the associates, a bunch of them passed us and ignored us. Anna was the only one that greeted us and told us about the promotions going on. We checked out another furniture store and then came back and asked for Anna. Another thing that I don’t like is when associates follow me around the store, which a couple other associates did. It was quite annoying!

Love the quality of their product. Sales and other staff were very helpful and willing to work with me when I needed to change the transaction.

Great in-store experience--no salespeople jumping you when you come thru the door. Furniture seems well-built, not cheap. Good notifications if you purchase. Delivery and setup efficient and when promised. Only issue? Most of it is traditional and southwestern, so if your taste is beyond that, you probably wont find something that you love. Id still go there first and take a look before checking elsewhere.

During a phone call to purchase a sofa, Mr. Russell was rude and kurt in responding to simple questions. I asked for 1st salesman that wrote the quote. Similarly, the originally sales person MR. ANDREW saw me when I walked in, but walked away to fluff pillows.I SAT on the sofa that I wanted to purchase and WAS IGNORED FOR 10 minutes.Finally, I approached MR. andrew and asked if he would help me.I hope the America philosophy is not until ignore people. Went to the store to shop for outdoor furniture, probably the rudest salesman EVER! Mr. Berry was condescending and rude to my sister when she was asking questions about stools. We left and went to the warehouse who have the nicest sells people. Everyone at the warehouse was so friendly and answered all of our questions. So of course we bought from from them. We purchased a gorgeous sectional sofa from American and couldnt be happier!! We refinished our Media room/Office and wanted a large, comfy sectional to lounge in and entertain. We couldnt figure out how to make this happen so we worked with Elaine Roy on how to best utilize our space. She switched the configuration of our original layout which opened up the entire room and allowed us to have a beautiful sectional that seats a lot of people ( or just the two of us stretched out! ) without crowding the room. It changed the the way the entire downstairs feels! We love it!!! We would have never thought of changing things the way she did. Yay! Thank you!!!

This is the sixth time we have purchased from American Home....We did have some trouble with the bar stools we purchased but that was not the fault of American Home. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy. It took some time but in the end we love our bar stools and all the furniture we have purchased. We will be looking to purchase again soon.

As is common with most, the selection of a piece of furniture can be overwhelming, especially when shopping at American Home. They have such a vast variety of extremely nice, quality furniture that it can be a daunting task to make a decision & stick with it on your way to pay. Prices are equivalent to the quality of the items, definitely not cheap.I had been hopeful after seeing commercial stating they did not have the stalkers anymore. However, I ended up with a stalker and had to ask him to give me some space so I could look at my own pace. This would be a 5 if I hadnt been stalked.

What a fun place to visit! This store reminds me of a vintage Ikea circa 1980. Its pretty drab and has a dusty without being dusty kinda feel to it, but somehow that just works and makes this place an EXPERIENCE. Theres selection of furniture items and some really great deals. We managed to snag a great deal on a new mattress, foundation, and bed frame - all for about $1,000.

I am pleased to say that the Italian Leather furniture set we recently purchased from American Home is far more enjoyable than we had imagined. After having outfitted several homes at American Home Furnishings, we have enjoyed the quality, selection and pricing each time. On those rare occasions when we purchased furniture at one of the other big stores we werent as happy. There is no reason to go any place else. We highly recommend American Home Furnishings.
