John at Ethan Allen helped us find the right combination of fabrics for our new sofas and chairs. He was patient and had great suggestions. When our furniture was delivered, there was a slight defect in one of the zippers. The deliverymen immediately came back to get the piece and had it repaired and back to us in one day. We absolutely love our new furniture. Not only does it look great, but its solidly made. We can really tell the difference from our old, cheap furniture. We recommend Ethan Allen highly.

Our stylist was great and we love the finished product! My only complaint was the timing. We were told the official estimated time to complete the order was 6 weeks, but not expect anything before 8 weeks. The order was not delivered until 13 weeks after we placed it.

EA Albuquerque and designer John were absolutely wonderful to work with. John helped us pick the perfect couch and fabric to recover two chairs. We are so grateful and we lovvvve our furniture!!

Excellent service and great advice. My sofa was delivered and the guys were friendly and efficient. The best part is that the sofa is so well made. I had a Basset sofa in the same design, same pillow configuration - the Ethan Allen just blows it away. The fabric is so much better and the workmanship is impeccable. Oh, and I paid as much or more for the bassett!

Helping a friend buy a couch. Nice stuff, very pretty. Seems like a trend for couches is a back that leans back a lot, so not many of them were that comfortable, especially for a short person. Lovely design choices, though.

Albuquerque is lucky to have an Ethan Allen, and those of us who have figured that out have the most beautiful homes in the city. Those of you who bought elsewhere know it most. Why buy your dream home and fill it with things you dont love? If you take pride in your home and want heirloom pieces to pass down, this is the only store in town you need to visit.

I have done business with Ethan Allen in Albuquerque over the years. The last time I contacted them, they didn’t even try to help me. I ended up making my purchase at a competitor.

Yes, their furniture is more expensive than most, but the quality and enduring styling are well worth it. I have nine different pieces from Ethan Allen and I’ve never been disappointed with any of them. If you’re looking for really trendy avant-garde styles, this isn’t the store for you although they do have contemporary, modern and kid furniture lines.

Used them for reupholstery only and they took forever. Management would not listen when mistake was made. Still waiting for finished product. Way overpriced and would not go there again.
