I came to this place for the second time. First time was okay. Today, I am quite disappointed. I brought my two bikes for a $65 maintenance each. They did a poorly job. They didnt shine bike frames and parts as it claimed. They did it rapidly when I showed up. Just superficial. They did not change cables housing as they claimed. They didnt clean the cassettes and derailleur either. I asked them to change the handle grips. They charged me $30 for two pairs, but for sure they are the cheapest ones. Poor quality. I requested a change of brake pads. I had to asked to check the tightness. They said, they had a new technician. I suggest hire a new one again.I dont know if I am going to make it again.Thanks

In from out of town visiting family. Stopped in to grab some tire sealant to deal with the goat head thorns along the Bosque trail while out riding. Awesome shop. Forgot to get the name of the guy who help us. He was awesome very welcoming and extreamly helpful. Nice little shop and he definitely gained some long time customer.

Perhaps a small shop, but with the biggest heart! Very knowledgeable and professional. Dont skip them.

I tooked my bike for a tune up and had couple of friends too and we all experienced that they didnt even bothered tuning the bikes. All they do and clean the bike and call it good.

I walked in the employees didnt say hi or anything just had to stand there until I said something. I asked If they had bikes to sell I was expecting help. And they told me was yeah go look outside thats all we have. Talk about helping small businesses

Stopped in to ask questions about a bike I was considering buying off Facebook Marketplace. Rob was so polite and patient and answered all my questions. He even took a look at the ad and told me what to look for to make sure it was worth the cost.Brought the bike right to him for a tune up. Guys are great, old school. I had a flat riding and stopped for a replacement. After they couldnt replace it cause of my tire size they put a patch to help me get back home and denied charging me.

What a sweet little bike shop. I took my old Gary Fischer here, which hadnt seen much, if any use for about 10 years.The owners were very communicative, up front, and helpful. It is clear they take a lot of pride in their work. I am very glad I took my bike to a locally owned shop. They even cleaned all the dust and dirt off the bike, which they didnt have to do.

After trying to get my kids out to the bosque to ride my own bike took a dump and I was completely flustered. They were slammed when I walked in to see if I could get a new bike or anything just to be able to take my kids out. Nothing. So as I was leaving the gentleman came out and totally helped! He changed out the tube and helped me load my bike happily. They saved our day and we will be loyal customers forever!! Thank you for bringing a little hope to this crazy place right now

Brought the bike by today cause the brakes were out. I was fortunate enough to receive prompt services and the bike pad repair only cost ten bucks.

I needed bicycles for all of my kids (which is a tall order) but I was able to buy all of us nice bicycles at a very fair price. I wouldnt even try to go anywhere else!

The Little Bike Shop on Central and Rio Grande next to Baskin Robbins. The Owners here are amazing I totally recommend them! We definitely will be going to them for all of our bike needs.

Its amazing how all the bikes are donated and they build them like they were right out the box!

Great people, but failed to mention that tube install is $10 per tire (which seems a little ridiculous). Had I known that, I would have put them in myself.

I was texting/calling people off of Craigslist looking for four bikes. Couldn’t keep up. I went into The Little Bike Shop and came out with all four, for a great price. John Lane is one cool dude. Great place to go.

Worst bike shop in town staff is very unprofessional and there is no business license to show its a business. Worst customer service ever. Prices are outrageous my opinion is to look some were else.
