Was having a good experience until I heard the guy who was helping me make a crack about the boots I picked to another employee. I was with my son so I decided to let it go and not go off on them. Will have to find a new place to buy his boots come December. The first lady who helped me was great though.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection, especially for boots which is unsurprising. The fitting rooms are convenient.

Trevor helped me shape my grandfathers hat. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He really made my day. They have a great selection of western wear I browsed while Trevor saved my deceased grandfathers hat.

The guy who assisted me on finding the right work boot, had refreshing customer service. The lady at the cash register was polite and helpful.

Boot barn is always solid 4 me. Especially when I in jamm & have 2 travel. Old man that only wear Carhart & they had just what I need. All my clothes in 1 stop, perfect 4 man shopping.

This is a classic, western, wear store that has been at Coronado mall forever. It has beautiful clothes, boots, hats, accessories. My problem with it is that I recently went in to get a short sleeve, snap button shirt for my husbands birthday. I was really disappointed to see so many things made in China, and specifically, a very nice Pendleton shirt for $50 made in China which I was initially drawn to. Thats Pendleton, Oregon which is known for its beautiful wool blankets and other goods made from the wool of sheep farmers from all over the northwest, including Native American tribes It took me some time, but I found a Wrangler shirt half the price made in another country. Im not xenophobic, but I think a $50 shirt made in a communist country is too much for my stomach to handle. Im sorry to pick on Boot Barn. Its just one of millions of businesses in America that supports an unfriendly country; unfriendly to the U.S. and to its own workforce.

I don’t mean to be the one to complain but someone inexperienced in selling comfortable work boots is needed here. Because I got the exact size of my toes and thin socks my toes are beat up from uncomfortable work boots. Cost me more money then what it’s worth. Never get shoes newly brought onto the market!.

Looking for a pair of boots. The website advised they had the boots in stock and while looking for them at the store it was difficult to go through the inventory. I located a pair of boots I believed were them and they were missing a tag. An employee went out if his way to help me and identify of the boots were correct. He was a great help.Cashier was courteous and nice.

I got a boot barn card and was told i still had 2 pay cash.. stor is great .system not so much.

Went today for some boots and the employees dont let you shop comfortably every other minute they come up and ask if you need help and stay watching you like youre a robber or something. Not just me every customer gets asked repeatedly if they need help when the customers are just looking around

Yet another retail nightmare in Albuquerque. The mannequins you have working the cash registers are completely devoid of any personality let alone courteous. Plenty of employees in the store but only one that was willing to be bothered. The gentleman in the black Cowboy hat did his best to salvage what was already an annoying experience. I still bought my Stetson, but rest assured I wont be giving my money to any boot barn franchise in the future. Did I mention that my $129.00 Stetson was sold to me without a box...Not even a shopping bag was offered. Never again, boot barn...Never again.

Customer service was rude did not apologize for mistakes! They made me go all to way to Santa Fe for nothing! All I ask for was an apology we all make mistakes but cashiers seemed to not care.

I agree with previous post. No one helps in the store besides boots. I have been having issues for over 2 weeks with a pair of jeans I returned and they didnt have the size to replace in the store. They ordered jeans online however, they didnt and no one in the store knows what is going on or calls me back to take care of the situation. Their website states EASY RETURNS ONLINE & IN STORE. Not true! Manager at store is very rude. Still no resolve after calling 800 number. Local farm stores are much better to deal with and they help you in the store as well. Just want my jeans or refund....... will not shop there any more!

After the initial entering into the store received no help or recognition eventually having to go beg for help but only 1 Boot Barn this side of town so wanting what I found myself, I still needed someone to get item, clerk at least knew how register worked because having to get other things from back or salesfloor requires looking for a sales associate in groups which seemed to hide in the far corner of the store so shopping experience continues hide and seek all night so one need lots of patience and willingness to do by self, kind of disappointed of course. Product okay, unbelievable that i had to ask for hat box for my new expensive cowboy hat which should come with your hat when you pay over $300 for a hat I believe you should receive a brand new one in a box not one off the shelf still pondering over if I should go return this hat and request new one what would you do.

I just left this Boot Barn location at Coronado mall, I decided to go to another location in Albuquerque. Hopefully where I will get friendly service. I went in looking for boots and asked an employee (did not catch her name) who was a wearing a black vest for help. I asked if they had boots in a certain size that were on the $20 off rack at the entrance of the store which she look bothered when I asked for help but she advised they did have the boot in the size I wanted so we went to the aisle and she showed me as I was looking at the boot from the aisle and the boot she was carrying from the rack I noticed the colors were different..as I was looking she says so yes or no? not allowing me to take time to look, I felt rushed. I asked her if they had the boot from the rack in the size I needed because the boot from the aisle was a different color. Before I could finish my question she told me I cant sell you two different colored boots So I told her that wasnt my question had she let me finish my question she would know that. Second who in hell wants to buy two different colored boots?! This was my first time buying boots and unfortunately it was an unpleasant experience. I will not be returning to this location if these are the type of employees who are going to be helping.

No one bothered to help any customers. The workers were not friendly helpful or nice. They should all find other jobs that are in contact with people like janitorial.

All, every single womens work boot I tried was too narrow. I gave up and am still wearing my old boots. I have money . Sell me something

Went a few weeks ago and Robyn provided excellent customer service. They didnt have my size in stock and she was more than happy to call one of the other stores that did and have it transferred. Didnt receive a call when it came in but when I went in today she recognized me right away and went and grabbed it from the back. Everyone is always so friendly and quick to greet customers and offer assistance.

I was really disappointed with the selection of womens safety attire. At most there were about 5 different styles of boots as opposed to several isles for men. In addition, they dont carry any womens bib overalls only mens.

Service was the worst I’ve had from a lady named Amanda never felt so belittled till I went to deal with her service 30 min I waited she never came back to confirm a special order even after I saw her over and over with 5 other people and making eye contact with me several times all she kept saying I’ll be right with you a few more minutes another 20 min later still no help from her after all that I settled for a pair of boots I didn’t want just to get out of there instead of dealing with AmandaI ended up ordering the boots I wanted online and ended up with not only what I wanted but 4 pairs of boots spending 1200 but didn’t have to deal with the rude customer service I got from Amanda not just for having me standing around waiting for her and questioning all my forms of payments out loud for other customers to be listening too on how I want my transactions to be handledI did end up 5 min before I left had a Spanish speaking young man notice how bad I was treated and began to try and help me and apologized for Amanda’s actions I yet had a small amount of help by another lady working next to Alexa at the time her and the young man we’re excellent and helpful and apologetic even though they didn’t do anything wrong except the one person I clearly remember the name Amanda never will I do business at that location after this this is only a short summary of all the action that day but this page is short won’t allow for the full explanation of Amanda’s actions

I used to buy my boots thru Sears, well once they closed, i had to find somwherd else to find my work boots. So i went to the boot barn at the Coronado mall and purchased a pair of Georgia boots for everyday use and was not happy with the quality of the material they literally fell apart on me. They only lasted me 7 months not happy with the product. I will continue my search else where for good work boots

I entered the store and immediately was greeted very warmly..One minute into the store I was offered help by employee Manuel, who was very helpful and friendly..The female manager (didnt get her name :(..btw) was also very professional..Compared to my neighborhood Boot Barn, Ill surely be back to this location. Thanks to the staff im enjoying my new boots with comfort..Keep up the good work..

One star because I feel like Im profiled every time Im in here. All of a sudden the employees bombard me with their good service. One after another. Talk about feeling akward. I wish they had an employee of color than maybe I wouldnt feel left out. I wont be spending anymore of my hard earned money here just to leave feeling disgusted.

I decided to get a pair of cowboy boots from this store. First I got the same size of boots as my tennis shoes, then soon I found out they felt loose when I was trying to do country dancing. I went back to the store clueless of what I should really do next as I started trying different sizes of the same type of boots. Then a salesman Lee came up and really helped me size the boots. He was poking and rubbing my toes and insole to make sure I have the proper insole support inside the boots and told me I really need to drop down one size. He let me exchange the boots which I really appreciated. Now feel comfortable in these smaller boots. He also recommended me to get the insole pad which I think I am getting them later as the boots break in more or when I wear thinner socks. I like how they wanted to make sure I have the right fit on the boots even though I took the ones I turned in for walk a couple times because fitting these cowboy boots just isnt quite the same as normal shoes.

Came out with new boots, staff very attentive

Ordered a pair of boot online and did not like them so I took them in to exhange them for a pair that were twice as expensive. The manager Lee was very arrogant and condescending. I had just gotten my Boot Barn credit card and was given a 20% off entire transaction coupon. Instead of doing the exchange and giving me 20% off of the entire amount he would only take 20% off of the difference. I have never heard such a ridiculous made up rule. I have purchased over $1500 in last couple of months but I will be cancelling my card and not shopping with Bootbarn ever again.

Awesome as always love the clothes and stuff, 4 stars because Everytime I go into this specific store, Im usually followed by employees like Im going to steal rather than helped lol
