This store is just okay. I was expecting a better experience based on the reviews.Small store, so footwear selection is limited. The girls that were working were welcoming at first, but after about 20 minutes they became a little snooty.My experience is that customer service is better at Boot Barn and Dan’s. BootBarn also has more options.

I came in a year ago to get some work boots and once again, the customer service experience here was unreal...I LOVE it! I came in to get new boots and a gentleman by the name of Ryan was not only helpful but very knowledgeable about the selection of work boots they had to offer. Got me fitted and out the door with exactly what I was looking for, WITH soles still under my budget. On the way out, Janie was also super helpful and courteous in getting me squared away at the register. I will continue to come here for any business I may have and wish other businesses would take note!

Our first time here. We were greeted immediately and asked what type of boot we were looking for. Both Ximena and Janie were very knowledgeable and were prepared to answer any questions we had (even when my 5yr old asked how they got all the shoes there). They were happy to explain what works best for my line of work! Overall we had a great experience and will be back when it’s time for more boots!

Ryan gave me great service today when I went in shopping for new electricians boots. I had never purchased boots before and he was very helpful. Last week dropped in for a pair of safety shoes. I decided on a pair of Florsheim 👞safety shoes. I wanted something more causal instead of the usual Ariat work boots. Ximena was awesome! I have dealt with her on other visits. Her attitude is always pleasant. Even though I can be indecisive when looking for shoes, (lol) she always makes me feel welcome. 😎

I went in to Work Wear for the first time recently to get myself a new pair of boots. Im by no means an aficionado when it comes to work attire, so I didnt really know what I was looking for.I was very impressed with the customer service. The girl who helped me was upbeat and extremely helpful. There were other customers in the store at the same time and the employees made sure to attend to each customer, including myself, in a professional and timely manner.The only downside is that their selection is a bit smaller than places like Boot Barn or Red Wing. However, when the customer service is on point and the store is local, something like that can easily be overlooked.Ill definitely check out Work Wear again when I need another pair of work boots.

My husband gets his shoes here and the says they are the best quality. I went in with him and was surprised what good customer service he received. I don’t know what I expected but the manager was very knowledgeable about the shoes and made recommendations based on his really high arch. I wish people were this helpful at women’s shoe stores!

Good selection of men’s shoes, boots and footwear, good staff on the floor and at check out with good knowledge.I was sent from work and first time being at this store it was busy but the sales rep Janie was hustling and making sure she greeted and touched base with everyone. She insured to make sure I had the right sizes and right steel toe shoes to try on and suggested anti fatigue insoles for myself.I ended up finding the right shoes and insoles Natasha informed me my company covered.

The staff is very friendly, and attentive to customer needs. Their selection of footwear is diverse, and the prices are great. The store is clean, and well organized. The store also has customer restrooms for both genders. I strongly recommend this business for both mens and womens work and safety footwear.

I bought boots here and wore them for 2 weeks and the soles started to fall off. So I took them back with and was told since they were clearance all sales were final. They offered a 50٪ refund and half off insoles but I would have rather have boots. Theyre selling defective boots and not offering returns so they must know of the poor quality. For as much as they make overcharging local governments you would think they would take care of them. My purchase orders will be for boot barn next year. Thanks.

Best selection of work shoes Ive seen practically anywhere but definitely the place to go for selection in Albuquerque. The customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! Reasonable prices, great selection, and a good amount of clearance shoes as well.... and if they dont have what youre looking for theyll find it and get it brought in for you within a few days!!! I highly recommend this place!!! Their service was so impressive I wouldnt even consider going any place else for my work shoes.

Theres a difference between trying to help and being pushy, and when a customer says let me look you dont ask them another ? or leave and come back 5 seconds later asking and being pushy again! If you dont want people going in certain areas you guys should put up signs! You guys are running a shoe store peolpe should be able to look around without somebody hounding them! If your that serious about sales, why dont you find a job where you can make real money! Very unprofessional!!!!

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Upon walking in we were almost immediately thrown out. The woman there rudely stopped my wife and told her that if we are not buying anything we NEED TO LEAVE THE STORE. And if we decided to buy something we then are allowed back inside to purchase the item. I suppose she wanted us to window shop?.
