I went to Uptown Bride for two different fittings and both times, Stephanie was amazing. She was so helpful, so informative and wonderful. The first time I went, I didnt find the dress. But the second time I came back, she helped me and my sister find THE dress on the first try. I came in for our appointment, saw the dress on a mannequin that I LOVED, didnt even tell her about it, and she pulled it for me. It was perfect. I highly recommend Stephanie. The whole experience was so wonderful. I will cherish that memory for a long time.

She put me back in my favorite dress (which turned out to be THE ONE) several times so I could compare to the others. If I could leave less than one star I would! First, they have no signage on the street to tell you where to turn into. Had to multiple u-turns. Then they have a bogus policy about not allowing children under the age of 12. Which I get for toddlers and children that can be disruptive and cause damage to the dresses. But an infant who still relies on their mother as their sole source of nutrition should be exempt. As a matter of fact, that’s considered a medical exemption and discrimination against nursing mothers. I know a crying baby isn’t fun to be around but would they rather the baby starve while the mother is away?? Absolutely ridiculous! Would never recommend anyone to ever go there!

My entire experience was amazing. I went in twice, once by myself to pick my top 3 and then again with my family to make the final choice. Stephanie was amazing! She reviewed my Pinterest pictures, picked great gowns and was more than willing to put me in the dresses multiple times since we were having trouble deciding. I have nothing but great things to say about this place but I will say Stephanie is was made it even more special. I really loved how she listened and advocated for me during our family discussions. I would say definitely check them out and ask for Stephanie!

Customer service was good and they did an excellent job delivering the dress on time.Unfortunately the staff sized me larger than I wanted, made it difficult to order a smaller size (I had to insist, get managerial approval, and sign extra paperwork). When I did get my dress, I needed alterations that would have been unnecessary had I ordered a smaller size, driving up the cost higher than the quote I was given beforehand. Other than the sizing issue, and related unexpected costs, the experience was a good one.

My bridesmaid dress was canceled at another shop (3 weeks after I ordered it) and I called Uptown Bridal to see if they could squeeze me into an appointment and they got me in the same day! They were so nice and let me try on as many dresses as I needed. And I ended up finding the perfect one and they even gave me a discount because it was a little over my budget! Great experience and wonderful people. Thanks so much!

They are definitely the experts in bridal care. Wow. The entire time I was there they were very kind and friendly and it was just the best experience. Aliyah knew what I wanted from a few photographs and some brief conversation. I didnt even know what I wanted. Im so thrilled and the dress I picked is stunning! Also completely in my budget. I found my wedding dress so overall I was pleased. The stylist was very helpful. I didn’t get a private room but I do feel that the stylist should have been more prepared for the appointment. It seemed as though she just walked in the door when we did. She didn’t look over the gowns I had sent over email and didn’t have my name written on the chalkboard.

Super unprofessional. Made my family and I feel unwelcomed. Lost my business for sure. I was so excited to try on wedding dresses with my mom, nieces, and aunt when a short lady in darker hair met them at the door and turned them away. The lady was very rude and treated us as if we were an annoyance.If you want to be treated like a bride and have an amazing experience don’t go there.We went to Ann Matthews and they are by far the best place we went to. I went in to make an appt. When I advised the blonde woman there what my budget was, she seemed less interested in making the appt and mentioned that I would have less of a selection. This was a complete turn off. I can afford any dress in that store; however, I’m not interested in spending a ridiculous amount of money for something I’m only wearing for a few hours. The vibe she gave off was unwelcoming. If you’re interested in being with someone who seems like they’re only going to help you if you have lots of money to spend, this is your place. I took my business elsewhere & got a beautiful dress in my budget at David’s Bridal with more pleasant people.

We had an amazing experience with Stephanie at Uptown Bride. We had tried another bridal store the weekend before and the difference between that and Uptown Bride was night and day. I went to three different bridal boutiques in Albuquerque. Uptown Bride was easily the most comfortable, warming, and genuine place I went. Aliyah went above and beyond for me. We tried so many gowns together and Aliyah talked me through each one (just how I needed her to). My experience was nothing short of a dream.

I called to ask if they had any available appointments day of or any other day. Whoever I spoke to on the phone told me to go to David’s bridal. They were super rude on the phone and seemed annoyed to be making the appointment to begin with. Terrible customer service and attitude.

Got my dress from here and Im thrilled! It definitely was a special time and felt very individualized. Is probably more expensive than ordering dresses online but is worth the experience of being able to try them on beforehand and have a personal stylist help select options instead of being subject to looking through hundreds of dresses that are potentially not your style or price range and feeling overwhelmed. It made the experience good and not stressful like I thought it was going to be. They had several options in my price range. I am also happy that they have an experienced in house tailor 1 day a week but dont forget that alterations cost several hundred ($300-$400) and the undergarments ($150-$200) cost a couple hundred as well. We ordered the dress in February/March and it is scheduled to be here late July/Early August. So excited!

Not really the bridal experience I was looking for. I felt rushed out of there. I was made many empty promises of what I could do with my dress alterations. When I saw alterations, she told me she couldn’t do any of what they promised. Also never fitted me for a veil since I was rushed out from my first appointment. When I came back for my second I was told it was too late to order a veil and it should have been done on my first visit. Definitely a disappointing experience, an experience I will never get back.

She greeted us with a smile and a huge personality when we walked in and was very detailed on explaining the process and asked my daughter some great question to find her dress for her big day! I scheduled an appointment at Uptown Bride on January 4th. I guess something went wrong and it didnt save. Well the day of my appointment I showed up but I wasnt on the schedule. The owner fit me into their schedule which I was so thankful for because I live four hours away. I FOUND THE PERFECT DRESS! Olivia was very helpful and showed me some really beautiful dresses. She was also very patient as I wasnt sure exactly what I was looking for. I ended up picking the very first one I tried on. My experience was one Ill never forget!

Do not waste your time by going to this place. I went with my sister and my 5 year old nephew, who is always thrilled to be wedding dress shopping with me. He has been to other bridal boutiques with me, and he has never been a problem during my appointments. The stylist greeted me in a horrible manner, and to finish off she told me my nephew had to wait outside with someone to watch him, which is upsetting to me, because it is important that I have my family with me at such important times. To me, wherever my nephew isn’t welcome, I am not welcome. I will not be going back to this boutique. This place is unwelcoming and horrible to kids. All family who comes along with the bride should be welcomed and treated with respect instead of kicking them out. This place deserves a zero stars rating on my end.

Let me just start by saying, my experience at Uptown Bride was amazing. My mom, sister and I were welcomed by Aliyah which happened to be my stylist. She was absolutely AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable. She picked out a dress for me that I didnt think I would end up choosing but it was a beautiful dress! Karen also came around when I tried on each dress and was so helpful when giving suggestions. I did go to their pop-up shop while their actual location was under construction but the pop-up shop was cute! I would HIGHLY recommend going to Uptown Bride if youre looking for superior service and beautiful dresses! You wont be disappointed!

Lady was very rude, I was ready to go in and buy my dress today. But she felt my wedding day was to far out and wanted a virtual appointment instead. I told her I was ready to buy and she insisted she couldnt get me an appointment. Way to ruin my wedding dress shopping! I would never tell anyone to go make an appointment with them. My first time ever trying on wedding dresses was at a big box store who offered zero service and their dresses were pretty basic. I was feeling a bit discouraged but tried to be optimistic walking into my appointment at Uptown Bride. They asked me what I was looking for to get an idea of what I wanted and at the same time told me to be open to all styles. Jazmin was absolutely amazing and pulled 2-3 dresses at a time. Each time she pulled new dresses it was according to my comments on the previous dresses, she was really listening to what I wanted. As she unzipped the bag of one of the dresses she had pulled, I fell in love with the detail before she even pulled it out of the bag. I got the dress on, walked out of the dressing room and saw it in the mirror, I knew that was my dress!!! It was EXACTLY what I had envisioned myself getting married in! I honestly didn’t think I would be able to get the dress of my dreams in Albuquerque, but the dresses they carry are absolutely stunning!! They were so helpful during the entire process letting me know how dresses could be altered, sleeves added, removed, fluff added to the dress or removed! The possibilities were endless! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!! I highly recommend Uptown Bride for the true experience! You will not be disappointed.

While I thought I had found the perfect gown here, it turns out that she and I will need to start over as my fiance has a different dress in mind for me. Yesterday I went in to try on some accessories for my wedding that is planned for this September (fingers crossed). I bought my dress in Denver, but with the current situation I knew it would be hard to get back up there for alterations and accessories. When I called to book my appointment the owner (I believe her name was Stacy, or maybe Karen) was so nice! She wanted to get me in ASAP for accessories so she could get them ordered in time. We also got my alterations appointment booked, which I look forward to. She did tell me that there would be a $50 fee since I didn’t purchase my dress from them directly, but did mention that if I bought accessories she would consider waiving the fee for me.I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I would have totally bought my wedding dress here, has I not gone to Denver first! The store is clean and beautiful and they are following all the safety protocols for COVID-19. I felt safe! My consultant’s name was Rebecca and she was super sweet! She did say it was her first day, and I could tell because she was a little nervous, and said “I’m sorry” a lot but it was cute! Haha I’m just like that when I start new jobs! She’s great at her job, so her confidence will come! She helped me find the most beautiful veil and crown that went so perfectly with my dress and style! 10/10 recommended here in Albuquerque for sure! I cannot wait to go back for alterations! Uptown Bride is incredible! From the booking process to the consultation to purchasing my dream dress - I was amazed by them! Aliyah is incredible! She made me feel so comfortable. We laughed, shared stories, and had a great time! She may be my new best friend! The owner was there as well and was so kind. Their dress selection is far better than the other 2 big bridal stores I had been to. I will tell every bride I know to go to Uptown bride! They deserve more than 5 stars!!

Absolutely amazing! Maria was so wonderful, she really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and make sure my experience was personable. I came in with an idea of what I wanted my dress to look like and Maria helped me find my dream dress. Its absolutely perfect! There was no pressure at all and the setting was very relaxing. 5 stars do not even begin to say how awesome Uptown Bridal is. Aliyah helped my daughter find the perfect dress today. She was friendly, patient, and helpful without being pushy. She listened to my daughters likes and dislikes. If you are shopping for a wedding dress I would highly recommend them. My experience here was amazing! My mom was in town for the the holiday and i made a somewhat last minute appointment so we could look at dresses before she went home. Being plus sized I was nervous on what this experience would be like.I hadnt done any research as to what style I was looking for and Jazzmin was so very patient with me. She brought me several styles to try on to help me filter through what I did and did not like...and even with the styles I was not a fan of, she still made me feel like a princess each time! I never felt rushed to move on to the next style. If I didnt like something about a style, when she brought more options, she truly listened to what I had said. If she found a style that was at all above the budget we discussed, she was upfront with us about it before even trying it on. She encouraged us to take photos of the ones I really liked so I could refer back in case i couldnt decide for sure. I felt ZERO pressure from anyone to make a purchase that day.I am SO SO happy that I found the one that I LOVED and said YES to the Dress!!I highly recommend Uptown Bride!

I had been to another bridal shop in town because I had picked out my dream dress online. Once I got into that shop the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. After that eperience, I thought that I was not made to wear a wedding dress and that I would not feel like a bride on my wedding day. My maid of honor booked an appointment with Uptown Bride for the following weekend and I went with these ideas in my head. The staff at Uptown Bride was incredibly helpful, professional, and made me feel special from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. The first dress I tried on made me feel beautiful and I finally got that bridal feeling. My consultant asked me what my budget was, when my wedding was, and what styles I was looking for. With this information she found dresses that were amazing, made me feel beautiful, and were hard to choose from at the end. But, I ACTUALLY got that moment with my family and friends where we all burst into tears. I never thought we were those people, but we knew I had found the right dress in that moment.
