If I could leave more stars I would!!! Went to look for a dress for my cousin and as soon as we stepped foot in the store we felt welcome and comfortable! Deseree was the first person to assist us and we LOVED her! Veronica, Morgan and Rachel also helped and made the experience fun and memorable!! They called the groom and asked him questions that they then asked the bride and gave her a discount for every one she got right. I would recommend EVERYONE to come here! Beautiful dresses and beautiful staff!

Think about it over night. Some dresses have a discount for buying the day of your appointment. This is a big decision though, so word to the wise think about it overnight and ignore the make a quick decision pressure of an added discount. Bridal Consultants are awesome at this place, wonderful experience dress shopping here and the owners have managed to survive the year our governor killed 44% of all New Mexican owned businesses so good for them!

All of the staff are very helpful and courteous. Theyre also very knowledgeable, which helps when looking for a wedding gown! I highly recommend this bridal shop to anyone whos getting married. Theyll help you say Yes to the dress!!

Come one come all!!!! This is by far the best shop for braidsmaids dresses! They came prepared and we’re such a big help. We had such trouble at every other places (not an exaggeration (includes David’s bridal)) with color and dresses and trying to get everything together before the wedding but THIS PLACE DELIVERED! They had the dresses the color and and alterations hooked up there was no issue for them. If you have a problem they can solve it! They are super sweet very helpful and have answers if you have questions! Would recommend for all shapes and sizes! This is hands down a 12/10! Ask for casssidy she helped us and did not disappoint! If you have a wedding please save yourself the headache of searching for a place just come here!!!

I wrote a great review previously and I’m really sad to have to change that. In the beginning when Ann Matthew’s was willing to do anything to get as much money out of me and my wedding party they were nice and accommodating. As soon as I didn’t order tuxes or junior bridesmaid dresses from them their entire tone towards me and my wedding party changed. All dresses were ordered in sizes way too large for my bridesmaids and we were told “you signed off on the size”. Well considering they are “professionals” and should know how to measure obviously we would sign off on their measurements. Their alteration prices were outrageous for my bridesmaids costing more than half the price of the dress when they were the reason alterations were required. I had my wedding dress altered with them. The alterations lady showed up and crumbled my dress and slammed it in her car door. The dress was completely wrinkled when taken out of the bag and she told me “They will steam it for you” as I had been told many times before they would steam it before my wedding day. Two weeks before my wedding I called to have it steamed and they were going to charge me. I told them the situation with the alterations lady and they told me “that’s how she transports things”. My father made a call to the owner who insinuated that I and my mother were liars about the sizing of dresses and our experience. I am so sad that our experience with Ann Matthew’s was so terrible at the end. I don’t recommend them if you want somebody who truly cares about you.

This bridal shop was absolutely wonderful. I went in to look for my wedding dress and felt so welcome. I had the whole room to myself and they made my mom, soon to be mother in law, and bestfirend feel welcome and comfortable also. Morgan helped me find my perfect dress and I ended up saying yes to the dress! All the staff was wonderful including Desiree and Stephanie. I especially felt valued as a customer when I made my appointment and Jason texted me asking for what I was looking for. Overall the best experience and I couldnt be happier with my decision. My wide came in to purchase some parts for her wedding dress and didn’t even realize they had suits for men as well!! Ordered my suit and came in the next week for our wedding. Super excellent and smooth service. Everything came just in time for our wedding. The owner was very personable and informative with men’s suit options. Would highly recommend!

I called Ann Matthews today while leaving Davids Bridal after a horrible experience. I spoke with Jason and he told us to stop by. I couldnt try anything on by walking in, which was fine by me. Jason took his time, showed us around and let us peruse all the dresses! You can tell that man really puts his heart into what he does, it shows!! Everyone else was incredibly friendly and genuine. The atmosphere is very comfortable, relaxing and elegant. All of my questions were answered and Ill be making an appointment with them to hopefully find my dream dress this coming week! I will update after my appointment but based on how todays experience turned out, I highly recommend them and I cant wait to go back!

I was extremely disappointed with the service and experience I had with Ann Mathews. When I first spoke to Jason he was very helpful. Then once I arrived for my bridal appointment and he asked my budget, his whole demeanor seemed to change. Since I was liking to stay under a certain budget, it felt as if he was shaming me for it. He said “maybe all your bridesmaids can pitch in to help you with buying a dress”. This was super disrespectful as he said this in front of my whole bridal party. When I was taken back to try on the dresses 3 that were chosen for me. These looked like the most basic dresses they could find in the store, prom dresses even. The stylist didn’t even pin the dress correctly on me to fit my chest area. I felt ridiculous walking out in the dresses they provided. Once I explained that I didn’t like any of the 3 dresses, the stylist quickly removed the dresses and stated “ well sometimes it’s not us, we sell other stuff though”. She wouldn’t even try to find other styles for me to try on or even ask if I wanted to. We were there for a total of 20 mins. I felt rushed out and embarrassed to have chosen Ann Mathews as a bridal shop. Everyone in the bridal party( all 9 of us) agreed that the experience at Ann Mathews was uncomfortable and were treated disrespectfully. It felt as though they did not want to help me once I told them my budget, which was in the $$$$. I would not recommend this place at all!

As soon as you walk in the door they are so nice and helpful and even before they message you about your style of dress you like and about your wedding so they can pick out dresses that are in your price range and style. They help you throughout the whole process and are focused on only you because it is your day! Marla help me and she was amazing! They never rush you they let you know the prices as you try on so you never go over budget and they have fun games you can play to save money! The gentleman here is only concerned with what your price range is. He was on top of us from the time we entered the store. We could not look comfortably. He would not show us anything until we gave him a price range. Keep in mind we didn’t have one just browsing for the right one. Go elsewhere! We found one at Darlenes, the customer service there was AMAZING, and the price was perfect!
