Disapointed. I needed material for a small backyard project. I am new at this, and had a few basic questions. 1 question was - I have a schetch of what im doing, can you help me out with figuring out how much material I need? He informed me that they do not deal with that, and the costumer should know how much material they need. I said ok, i can figure that out, wich brings me to the second question - how far apart should metal studs be? He told me again that te costumer should know that, and said maybe 16 or 24 inches, but he should no be answering questions like that.. I said ok and moved to the side to do some math. While pulling my phone to calculate how much material i needed he kept repeating we are not contractors, costumers should know this stuff i told him to relax and that it was ok, i will figure it out, he told me he wasnt talking to me and told me i could go somewhere esle if i didnt like it. So i left.... to the ownner of the bussiness, if you have camaras, that also record sound, review your camaras from october 26 at about 9:30 or 10am. Went to L&W after that. Not going back.

On street parking only. If spend the night alot of homeless people roaming the streets at all hours. No stores close. If delivering come at 0630

I drove nearly an hour to reach this business 20 minutes prior to their closing time as listed on their web site. When I arrived they were already closed, and an employee leaving simply stated hours had been changed due to covid. Whats up with that? And leaving website info unchanged? This is very poor practice on their managements part.

I had some really bad experiences here a couple years ago that led me to leave a negative review, however they have really improved so I can change it to a positive review. Their customer service has improved tremendously, and I don’t find myself waiting in the yard for nearly as long now. They have some stuff that I can’t find anywhere else in town and now I feel much better about shopping here.
