This place is great! After being unable to find 16 foot post at other hardware stores I went to the Rec on 12th.They had what I needed. I even special ordered some lumber and it was there the next morning! They delivered it to me the same day! Wow!

These guys are helpful, efficient, and they sell good quality products. Were putting in a tongue and groove ceiling. The prices for the T&G at Raks were cheaper than the big box stores. Heres a picture of the almost-finished ceiling. All the T&G came from Raks

Very poor customer service. Staff inside is good but once you leave the office you are on your own. I have to track down employees to help get the items from the yard. I have actually seen employees hiding from customers. Once you get someone to help you will need to learn Spanish. No one speaks English in the yard. If Im loading stuff myself anyway id much rather go to home Depot or Lowes.

Bad customer service. They wont give you a price unless you pay. They wont let you pick out wood. Everyone is in a bad mood. The gatekeeper is a control freak and the entrance is the same as the exit so theres always traffic

The customer service here is five ⭐!! Its clean and sanitized with everyone wearing makes for the publics safety. I felt very comfortable picking out paint for my yard!

Ordered 7k worth of windows and they botched the order badly. Requested tempered, got non tempered. Specified sizes, got other sizes. Specified colors, got other colors. After suffering through a protracted interaction with an unknowledgeable sales associate, I signed off on a cryptic order summary because I was told I could review it overnight and call the next day if changes were required. I called the next day to find out changes weren’t possible. Management didn’t seem to care much. If you are considering doing business here, be wary.

They had what I needed but it was expensive

To bad zero stars isn’t an option. I got my complete lumber package and my truss package from here.I can’t explain all of the problems cause I’m not gonna write a novel on here. The lumber is super poor quality and I have been replacing warped studs one at a time. The trusses are equally poor quality and built incorrectly.In summary they have delayed the construction on my home over 3 weeks and I will NEVER use or recommend them again.

Better knowledge that Lowes and home depot combined and beats both Lowes and home depot in price and unlike both Lowes and home depot they delivery all your building materials straight to your house also can get you a quote form leading window companys like Jeld-Wen and Marvin
