The work done was adequate, but not for the price.The level of professionalism absent from ArtisticConcepts stands in stark contrast to the thousands ofdollars charged for the work.Artistic Concepts is a family company, and they broughttheir family to our home...introducing all the yelling,cursing, belching and door slamming of their family toour home.Employees needed to borrow tools many of the daysworked. Employees arrived 10 minutes to an hour outsideof scheduled times on all but one day of the project.For the price charged for the job, Artistic Conceptscould have provided their own toilet rather than usingours. Dont expect them to wash their hands, either.The owner of the company touted his personal pride inhis work, but was later overheard complaining to his ownemployees about the quality of the material he hadrecommended to us, the customers.Employees had to be constantly reminded (by a pregnantwoman) to wear their masks. This was an issue thatcontinued each day of work. Mud and constructionmaterials were tracked through the house and wererarely cleaned by Artistic Concepts.During work in our bedroom, a loud crash was heard.After some inquiry, it was found that the owner ofArtistic Concepts, Aaron, had dislodged the hangingclothes in the closet, dropping all of them on thefloor. These had been hastily replaced by Aaron.After attempting to conceal the mistake,rather than any form of apology, Aaron quicklyexplained how it was alright, because he hadcleaned the floors. We are still unsure whenany cleaning was done on the floors in ourbedroom as the clothes had dust and dirt on them.Would not recommend to friends or family.

Artistic Concepts LLC completed another outstanding job for us. As before, the tile job was done skillfully and aesthetically appealing, and it shows the quality we expected. Aaron is always able to take on unusual and unique jobs, and he makes sure that the job is done well even in the face of any challenges. Dave [he installed the tiles], is skillful, creative, and just great to have around - such a beautiful design! - Furthermore, every time we look at the finished project we are immensely pleased and we greatly appreciate especially Aarons wonderful ability to manage even challenges that arose from our choice of materials. The appearance of the entire floor, carpet and tile, is just great. Thank you so much, Aaron and Dave.

Aaron and his crew did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. He is very good about communicating what is going on, was easy to get in touch with during the remodel and also made sure that everything was done exactly the way we wanted. I would highly recommend this company.

Aaron and his crew did an excellent job installing tile throughout the downstairs of my home. Aaron is detail oriented and works carefully. He kept me informed of each step of the project, which was important to me because I like to know what to expect and what is going on. There were no surprises in the cost of the project and he was open about exactly what my money was being spent on. I appreciate his hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Discovering Artistic Concepts was one of the best things that has happened to me. Their work is impeccable. If it cant be done right they just wont do it. I have seen them stop a project to take time to research the best way to handle a situation rather than just get er done. I have had several projects done by them and every time the results exceed my expectations. Excellent attention to detail, fabulous design ideas; I highly recommend them!

Sometimes, we are lucky and find awesome professionals like Aaron Plomer [Artistic Concpepts LLC] and his crew. They exceeded our expectations in all areas. They were professional, courteous, personable, skilled, thorough, reliable -- great in every way. The job of replacing carpet with tiles was done expertly. Restoration of all adjacent areas was perfect. Everything was left clean and neat. And they were just good people to have around. My wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Aaron and his crew did a great job tearing out and rebuilding our master shower. Aaron identified the problem in our existing shower, and upon tear out, it was exactly what he said. Matching the tile of the rest of the bathroom had turned out beautifully and the shower looks like it was planned to be a darker color. I really appreciated that he and his crew were always on time and we always knew what was going on. There were a few glitches along the way (arent there always?) but Aaron handled them professionally, explained things and the end product is better than I could have imagined. His ideas and workmanship are true craftsman quality. We would highly recommend him and will use him in the future for any other work we have.
