I worked with Lisa (Chavez) to bring to life two areas of my home that needed organisation and beauty- my bedroom, and the laundry/mud room. She was exceptional at interpreting my ideas into practical reality and super fast at adjusting, at anticipating things I didnt see, and making drawings that brought it all to life. It was a pleasure working with her, and also the installation team, who were profession, precise and courteous. The delivery did take much longer than I would have liked, but we live in a COVID impacted supply chain world. And I am super happy with the results.

We updated and modified all our 1st floor closets. Not pictured is the master, we did it as well. Storage now exceeds our needs. :)

A walk-in closet required retrofitting to go from storing one persons belongings to two. A second bedroom closet also needed retrofitting. Quite a puzzle from a design standpoint, combining older finishes with new ones. Laurel and her team were fantastic.

Our experience California Closets was wonderful from the design concepts to on-schedule, complete installations. The California Closets experience was painless thanks to the expert advice and commitment of our California Closets specialist, Annette J. Castillo. With Annettes guidance, we created two of our dream home spaces, a walk-in closet and a floor to ceiling library complete with a rolling ladder! Annette handled all the challenges a Santa Fe, NM adobe house could throw at her. She did it with intelligence, humor, and grace.

This was one of the most positive experiences we have ever had. From Lauras visit to draw up a plan to the install, it has been a total pleasure. I contacted them on the internet and heard back quickly. When she came, she spent time learning our needs and desires and came up with a perfect plan. Then, the install was quick and efficient. I found the quality of my craft desk to be very good without paying a high price. With California Closets, you can save 30% if you want to install it yourself (which we chose to have them install it) and the price is comparable to Lowes or Home Depot but I think the quality is much better. They use computer graphics to show you 2D and 3D of how the finished product will look. It was very realistic so it made the decision making much easier. I enjoyed working with California Closets and would highly recommend them.

The final result was great. Designer did an excellent job incorporating high ceilings into closet configuration utilizing what I felt was wasted space in the old design. Installers did an excellent job. I am extremely pleased and enjoying my new closet.

From the first contact with Sales Manager Ana Young to the final installation, our experience with California Closets in Albuquerque was professional and totally customer oriented. The final product was better than we could have hoped it would be, and we are really enjoying the super-efficient use of space. In addition, it looks great and is easy to keep everything organized. Were considering doing another of our closets, because it will increase our homes usable storage space and will probably help us sell the house when we retire in a few years.

Very disappointed because I read great reviews. Its very expensive! When we were about to move unexpectedly, we asked if we could get a refund because we got approved to move into a bigger house and the closet was enormous, so we gave half down, and the boss said no to a refund. Ana young is a horrible communicator and kinda snobby. The only good thing about the closets are they are well put together and installation guys are very professional and nice. The closet is nice, but not for 3000 plus and thats just for one closet!! Save your time and money and just buy the organization closet set at Costco and hire someone to put it in.

Great service from consultation through construction. The finished product looks great and California Closets responded to our concerns quickly.

This last California Closet installation was our 5th. We love the quality and craftsmanship- and the great customer service from beginning to the end with installation.

Love the product but cannot stand working with Ana Young: extremely arrogant and unfriendly.
