Used to love this place. Not anymore. Did a horrible job on the interior of my car a couple of days ago. Not the first time either. Never going back.

Horrible ! Used to love this place, no more.. back window not done last car wash, then when I went back for yet, another car wash, I told them.. again, no back window cleaned, drove back, they said they cleaned it. Dirty towels used. Not cleaned yet again! And my dash board is now all sticky- said they tried to clean off .. went home, cleaned myself, rag had black ALL over it!? What the heck did they use? Never again!

Mostly a good job. They forgot to wipe down the doors BUT they washed the floor mats so that was a huge plus. Prompt, courteous service is always appreciated.

Not very good at detailing. More about quantity not quality. As I was getting my car washed and buffed. Four people had to ask repeatedly to get their car completely swept out and exterior clean.

Service is always as friendly as they come, and they have the best value for a full wash. They left my truck sparkling inside and out and all within 10 minutes!

Okay I guess I paid for the tire service and I had to go home and still use a rag and clean in my rims other than that pretty good a few streaks left over from the rain tunnel but all in all not bad for 30 bucks

They did an okay job. Attention to detail was not there. Large splatters were left on the the driver side door. Not to mention they scratched up the chrome on the door handles and the paint behind the handles (pictures included). I had read some bad reviews about this place and thought it was worth a try. Will not be returning.

Although the wait times are on the longer side, they get the job done. Daughter was pleased with results. Long waits are due to shortage of workers affecting many businesses. 09/2021.

Really good quality car wash. They make sure that your car turns out nice and neat. Reasonable prices that worth the work. Recommend trying!!!

The service itself is wonderful but the workers on my last visit were less than thorough. There wasnt much attention paid to detail. However I dont believe the company is at fault. I believe it was simply one employee who didnt do as well as he or she could have and should have. Its a wonderful place and usually its very much worth the $25. to have my car cleaned inside and out. They are normally very good . This was an off day. I will still go there as it is the best in town.

The best car wash I have had in ABQ, and for a fair price. It’s only a bit more than half of what Mister Car Wash charges, but they did a better job.

We have used this car wash twice in the past few months. They are polite and the wash was good. However, my sons credit card saw a fraudulent online charge after using this facility on Sunday, March 28th. The fact that they take the credit card away from you and bring it back is not reassuring. Next time, we will use cash.

I usually use this location to get my car cleaned and have had a good experience, however, today was very different. The interior of the car was not clean at all. There was still dirt/dust on the seats, doors and dash. The middle console was not cleaned. There were splatters and streaks on the windows. The floors werent vacuumed well. I asked if the car interior could be wiped down again and the staff wiped it down with a dry rag. The staff changed the radio station in my car and the womens bathroom did not have any toilet paper. I spoke to the manager on duty to voice my concern and he did not seem interested in making it a better experience. He just said thank you for calling. I paid more for this service than I usually do thinking I would get even better results and was extremely disappointed.

Our first time here (in our mud covered truck) and it was a delightful surprise 😮! Be prepared to step out of the vehicle to wait and pay inside while they prep/pre-rinse your vehicle. They have indoor and outdoor benches. Once its out of the automatic car wash they drive ut to the drying area and dry it for you. Theres many different package levels to choose from. They range from the very basic exterior wash for $8 to Everything Under The Sun aka full detail for $58. Dont forget a few dollars in cash because you will want to tip these guys.

In warmer weather I detail my car myself.Didnt want totake the hoses out this time of year. In and out in 20 min. Great teamwork at this location and all friendly. Could have done a little better inside windshield but I do smoke in the car. Great job would recommend

I have used car washes thought NM and other states and none compare. They are gracious and professional and do an exceptional job. I am somewhat of a cleaning perfectionist and they are now the only business that I go to to wash my car.

It was ok they didnt really clean my car all that much..(more less) for what I paid..I even had to put my floor Matts back my self!!

I took my truck here to be washed and the end result wasnt much better than what it was when I brought it in. The car wash took off my passenger mirror the manager told me it must have been lose i told the manager this is a 2016 it was not lose he filled a report and told me someone would be calling me i have not revived a call from anyone yet. So for a 14.00 car wash it is going to cost me anther 575.00 dollars to replace the mirror. I for one will never go back any car spa and i will tell everyone i know not to ether.

Its very affordable for a good carwash. The staff is always nice. If you have time I would get either exterior or interior or both. They do a excellent job with detailing.

The attention to detail at that this Rain Tunnel is awesome. Wheels are always sparkling, and they dry and polish them all. Vacuum all the books and crannies and the windows get wiped inside and out. Staff is always super courteous and fun. I’ve never had anything stolen like at other places. And the best part is for the basic wash it is at least 30% less than anywhere else in town! Better service and better prices? Why go anywhere else?

Just left there. Paid for full-service. The interior was barely touched. I won’t be going back there. Not happy with their lack of good work.

Went to Rain Tunnel for a wash. Choose the BEST which is exterior and interior with dressings. Wasnt pleased at all. Windows were all dirty and the chrome wasnt wiped down. Been here before never had issues but this was bad. I shouldnt have to point out or explain what needs to be done.

Quick service. All employees are wearing face masks, and gloves. Excellent in vacuuming, windows, wiping dash and interior doors, drying, and they have air lines that blow out all crevices. Very happy with their service!!

The central and rio grande one is better

My car had not been washed since the beginning of the pandemic so when I was in Albuquerque I stopped at this car spa. I told the man who took my car that there was a lot of dog hair. He didn’t bother to do anything about that but the young man who was at the end of the experience told me that he found dog hair and he was going to take it back through which he did. The young men at the end of the line were dressed well and acted professionally but the people at the beginning were the opposite and that hurts this business. It’s confusing as to why the management doesn’t have a consistent staff.

Got my 2017 Jeep Cherokee detailed here and it came out great! I have a dog and they were able to clean my seats and get all the dog hair out! 10/10 stars the manger and staff were amazing 😊

This car wash was on the way home. Pricing is very reasonable and they not only clean and polish the exterior and tires; they vacuum and clean the interior as well. I will be returning. Very friendly staff.

0 stars2nd time coming here and they can not do an interior clean because of Staffing. So why do they show the services if they cant do them. Very disappointed

Better than the name brand carwash in town. They actually wipe down your vehicle after the wash, which prevents all the water spots that immediately appear.

Great job by all. I always get the Exterior Only wash for $8 total. They do a good job wiping down (drying) the water spots at the end. Very organized and mostly friendly, considering how busy they are.

Great place to go for fast details! I work 10 minutes away from here and they detailed my car and washed it very well! I was very happy with the service that I received! I spent no more than 15 minutes there at the carwash and I was able to make it back to work on time AND grab lunch! Thank you, staff!

Paid 25$ for the best wash which is exterior and interior cleaning. Worst car wash Ive experienced. The exterior car wash was not bad, it was ran through the auto car wash and hand dried. But the interior looked like it had not even been touched. Dirt, and dust still covered the carpets and dash. All the glass was still dirty and streaky. I dont even think the seats were vacuumed, there was still debris in the seat cracks. The trunk space was not vacuumed even though a specifically requested it to be and opened the truck for them. Not worth the $25.

Im from out of town and needed a car wash. This one offered hand dry so I could expect humans vs machine. Got The Best package to get the inside and outside done. General wash was good but thats about it. I got some cash back to tip and instead of handing it to me the lady tried to put it in the tip box before I even saw my car, No Thank You. So I put it in my pocket and when my car was ready I handed it to the guy, said thank you and shook his hand. I got in the car and rap music had been put on. My hats that were in the back window had been thrown on the seat, I mean at least put em back right? I noticed areas right away that hadnt even been blown out let alone wiped down so I grabbed a towel and did it myself. The rims got a quick wipe but there wasnt any care given because they still had dirt/dust all over. Anyway I wont be back and I wouldnt recommend it without sharing my experience.

The manager had the crew run my truck through the wash tunnel a second time for an unknown reason. It appeared the manager was having the outside detailed a second time to ensure that it was done properly and all the water spots were wiped off, which I do appreciate. However, as it was parked in the detail parking area, the hazard lights were left on and flashing for upwards of 20 minutes. Even the person who was redoing the exterior detail didnt turn them off until he finished what he was doing.

I took my car today and upgraded to an interior detail. They did such a good job, I came back with my husband’s car to have the same upgrade done. Very hard-working, polite staff.

I always go to rain tunnel. Its been limited since they just opened back up . The girl greeted me by jumping all over me! I understand the pandemic but I didnt start it. Get her out of there or send her to some kind of training.

My truck always looks great after stopping by! I appreciate the senior discount or the promotion coupon from the website saving me money! So glad they are also ok with our dog hanging around while they vacuum, wash, and dry since she is often with us too. Not many other car washes do all the work so completely!

Best car wash and interior detailing in my opinion in Albuquerque. Fair prices for the work they do, and a quick turnaround on the cleaning. Recommend if you want detailing that you go early in the morning to get thr best time turnaround. Great as a general car wash as well, extra time spent ensuring no drops of water are sitting in your vehicle crevices. Visit it and see!

My Rims got damaged with some kind of chemical owner goes around the situation it happened at rio grande and central they give you the run around will not go back make sure you dont let them spray on your rims owner was very not professional goes around the situation DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE look at their reviews

Good for a quick job only not for quality. They had to wash it twice I still have spots on the outside of the car the windows look clean however. There are still a lot of panels on the dash that were not dusted or wiped out. I will not be returning

We brought our lifted truck to see if it would fit.....amazingly, it barely did.......the staff was super careful about lining up the wide tires. We paid $20 for a service that was worth SO MUCH MORE. All the chrome polished, tires and wheels cleaned, and the body of the truck dried to perfection!! What a great experience. Thank you so much....We will be back every Sunday!

Decent car wash. Vacuuming could of been better and tire rims needed to be wiped again. Very friendly staff. Better than Mr car wash.

Three stars because its hard for me to believe that over $30 doesnt get my dashboard wiped down and a light interior cleaning. I would probably leave to Stars if it wasnt for the hand wipe down they give for the exterior of the car after the wash. Other than that for much less I can get a good wash at most gas stations for far less that I think is probably equal to this cleaning process.

The lady with the glasses who you pay, is very rude she has absolutely no customer service abilities at all. I come here a lot to get my truck washed and for the most part they do a good job.... they are definitely better then misters. I will definitely still go here and give the rude lady another chance but either she need to get better or they need to replace her.
