Worst experience ever! They sold my father a $6000 car and part of the agreement was they would fix the ac. The mechanic who fixed the ac destroyed the car which will not run anymore at all. Not only are they extremely rude as if this is our problem, they arent prioritizing us at all. Ive missed my physical therapy appts, Dr appts all because of an ignorant mechanic. Now the owner is defending then instead of admiting they messed up bad and giving us a loner car. We are screwed without a vehicle and they could care less. Car broke down 2 months after we bought it strictly because of the mechanic. Rude people!!!!

This was the best experience Ive ever had anywhere in the continental US. Mr. Felipe the owner went beyond his duties to help me when I was in a bad situation. Long story short, I now have a more than reliable transportation(that I now own 😎) thats taken me from New Orleans- Albuquerque- Portland Oregon- San Diego- back to Albuquerque and back to New Orleans and this vehicle just wants more lol. On top of that, the price was completely unbeatable by the competition. If you need a reliable vehicle with honest working people then this business is for you. ...buying a car is a terrible experience! Sales people are pushy! WAIT!!! Dont give up and keep thinking thats the way it is. We pulled onto the lot of Happy Days Motor Company, after looking online at their inventory, to look at a vehicle we liked. A gentleman was standing in the shade next to Zeus & Bear (super sweet lot dogs) and greeted us with a hello. He introduced us to the pups and offered his assistance if needed and went about his business. A couple of other associates did the same. We were never hounded, pestered, bugged, annoyed, etc. Best thing, no pressure to look at this, want to drive this, let me show you this, none of that!! They answered questions when asked and let us be. When we needed help Bill Jones stepped up. Everyone was polite, kind hearted, and a pleasure to speak with. A very relaxed sales office with refreshments & sweet pups wanting to play with paper.We do recommend Happy Days Motor Company if youre in the market for a used vehicle whether it be a work truck or a luxury car. Anyone will be glad to offer help, no one will force their card in your face and tell you we work off commission so ask for me, etc. However, because we were so pleased with Bill Jones were going to suggest you ask for him.Thank you all for your help. I cannot even begin to tell you how happy I am I chose Happy days motor company! They sold me a vehicle before they had a vehicle to sell me! Lol I showed up and let them know what I wanted (4x4 chevy/gmc truck) and if anyone knows right now is probably the hardest time ever to find one..... 2 months later they had 2 to choose from and let me know I could come look! Amy never forgot about me, she even left me voicemails when they got other 4x4 trucks in just in case I wanted to check one out. I have never been to a dealership that is only trying to sell you what you want!! Ive been to many dealerships, but Ive never once had an experience like this! Happy days is next level amazing!!!! Went to go look at a truck that was listed on their website. Salesman said that he had no idea what truck I was talking about. There was a mother and daughter there at the same time who were facing the same problem. Go somewhere else where the staff knows the status of the vehicles on their own website.

WARNING! These guys will lie to your face. Went in with money to spend . Had to find a sales man . Finally one sales man passed me to his dad Flip.... Flip quoted me the wrong internet price ... then after my test drive told me he would honor the price he quoted... I told him I was Interested in the truck and just needed my mechanic to look it over... he said he was going to have his mechanic look it over ... Because he said they just got it on lot... internet said it was on site 6 days...then we can take it over night to get it checked...I waited the next day for the call to come get the truck to get it looked at... no call...I called the following day to the card # he gave me...the man that answered said he was on another call and he said the sold the truck yesterday.... bad communication skills... and bad business... both things can end a business... this place is a no go.... I see 5 days a go they sold a women a car that the engine blow up on her... wouldnt expect anything less from Flip and his family business...WARNING! WARNING!

I bought s 2007 Explorer Sport Trac didnt drive it more than 300 miles when the engine blew. I now have a $95000.00 lawn ornament.
