Just spent 16 bucks- pulled the cap off the torch to test it, and it disengaged. The guy working told me it was my fault and refused to give me a different one. #fail I would think for 8 bucks he would have said no worries and fixed it afterwards. Bad customer service. He could have just fixed the chain in like 2 seconds after I left. Not going back.

Great service! I’m a novice to smoking and the gentleman there took his time explaining all the different equipment to me. He was very caring and understanding to my needs and helped me decide on a dry herb pen. Will definitely visit again!

Great little place. Super friendly guy working the counter. Very informative.Price was a little higher than Im use to, but Im new to the area, so Im not sure how it compares to other local places.I missed the place and had to turn around. Super easy to miss. Parking was tight. 3 spots to chose from, none of which are easy to get in and out of.The customer service was worth the trip.

Sold me a defective vape pen, then did not respond to my message. The Google messenger says they respond every 15 mins. I waited all day for a reply. Pen was opened and I was sketched out. Now I see why. Its obvious he knew.

I love the convenient location and the staff is friendly enough but I can’t stand by and not bring to everyone’s attention that they knowingly sell knock-off Puff-branded products which I wouldn’t mind so much except for the fact that they taste terrible and die after a day under mild use. Puffs were banned over a month ago and they still continue to receive massive shipments. As a local business I am not one to leave a bad review for no reason.PS Get Hydes

Way bigger inside than I thought it would be! Lots of glasswear. Very neat and organized, wasnt expecting that from the outside but surprises every day! Was looking for electronic vape juice and found a flavor I actually really like! I usually go to Oasis Vape but they have Sonoran Salt (Red) on back order for months now! I had to buy the last 3 boxes in all their NM stores about a month ago. Anyway, I found that the fruit loop (loops) flavor at this store was just as good maybe even better!

M&m smoke shops all right they have a selection of different stuff but if youre looking for high high high quality products when it comes to the glass industrybut they do have a good selection and they have to me a great selection of hookahs but some of their stuff is overpriced and so make sure you pay attention

Good prices make sure you walk around make sure you know where your glass is coming from make sure to burn off any residue before using any of your products excetera but M&M has been around for so long they are a good place as far as smoke shops goes probably one of my top favorites in the city

I dont smoke so nothing in the store is of interest to me. Im sure their products are fine. The price of their kratom though, is double almost any establishment Ive ever been to save some money and order it online.Edit - Changing my rating. Employee talking on personal phone while Im waiting to ask a question. Very poor knowledge of vape products with a very limited supply. Glass is generic and vape product are far overpriced. Would suggest oasis for more unique glass and deals.

I went in to this smoke shop earlier today on 4-19-18 & when I ask the girl behind the counter what was the 420 sale she said all she knew about was a discount for a referral as well a ten percent discount if you have a medical card. So I presented my medical card & inquired about a Yoda bowl for a water pipe but when she told what the price of the bowl she said it would 29 dollars even with the ten percent discount but the original price happens to be $29.99 by my calculations ten percent from $29.99 would be 2.999 which would make it $27.00 & she is also not very knowledgable about the prices in your store & she didnt really give me a discount on the pipe I bought over all very bad experience & I probably will not be going back.

Today, I when into M&M to purchase an attachment for my Atlas Pen. The employee sold me a 45$ attachment for my pen that inevitably did not fit, she also had no idea what I was talking about. Despite that, she said, The Atlas Cloud Pen 3.0 would be compatible with your current battery. When I got home and examined the piece I realized it didnt fit my pen. So, I returned to the store, purchase a battery pack for the new attachment or perhaps trade it in or get a refund. So I went there tonight, simply to ask if they had any battery packs for the attachment, in which they told me they are unable to sell the bottom without the attachment. They also said I could not return the attachment even though it was unused, had a receipt, and was bought that day. The manager then blamed me for the incident. I feel that if an employee doesnt understand what they are talking about and are unable to fit the needs of the costumer, than the manager should do what they can to rectify the situation. It is upsetting that I was treated in such a manner, especially because this shop was one of my favorites in Albuquerque.
