Absolutely terrible service. They completely ignore any requests for new uniforms, changes, repairs, anything. Its rare that they do anything correctly at all. Its unbelievable that theyre still in business. Stay far away.
If I could leave anything less than 1 star I would. This is by far the worst business in business right now. There are weeks they do not show up. I have not seen a bill for the original quoted amount EVER. This company I am thinking of a lawsuit that is my next go to. Will never recommend to anyone.
Shockingly poor service, seriously I cant understand how they are still in business. If you are considering cintas for any type of service reconsider. You are better washing it yourself.
Albert is the worst customer service rep I have ever dealt with. Called to speak about pick up and drop off service and this guy sounded like he was intoxicated. I know they are not building rockets there but hold your employee standards a little higher for goodness sake.
STAY AWAY from this Business! Once you sign up they stop caring! Been with them for some time now and I want to cancel there service but the contract auto renews. I pay $60 per month and now they want almost $6,000 to cancel. YES, I sad six thousand! Thats crazy! So now i have requested to cancel for next year and continue $60/monthly.
Worst customer service ever. Don’t ever use this company. There are plenty of other services around that are much better. Stay away from this business.
At the beginning in 2016 G & K sales people promised us the world... The service they provide has been by far the worst of all! We dont mind paying for good service but when we are paying a good amount monthly to receive dirty uniforms (After being washed) management that comes in a rudely argues with you, the same mess ups over and over, we are a little tired of paying for bad service! We were told by the manager Jason that we have to pay over $14,000 to get out of their contract lol yea right!!! When we first started with G&K their reps didnt show up for a scheduled meeting with us and then just last week Jason forgot and didnt show up for a scheduled meeting with us. They are very inconsistent!
I start with Cintas about 3 months, and at the first signed up, the sale guy his name Darron Cook told me that there is no Contact or fee, i can cancle anytime. So that is why i go with them. And after 3 months I don’t like their service at all, so i call the customer service and they get me go arround, and don’t get me into the cancellation . And one day the service guy come and tell me that i have the 3 yrs contrast if i stop service from now i have to pay half contract, which is 18 months, so i told him about Darron told me there is no contract. So the service guy leave with out changing the Mat or fill up the chemicals and he still charged me the $$$. My service is 3 mats and 2 sink pot and pan. So another week coming and this time he bring his supervisor, and he show me the paper that i have contract 5 years and if i cancle from now i have to pay $5,175. I was like if your company have the contract like that i am sure no one will signed up and go with your company. And also that is not the paper I signed before i start w them either. And they just leave with out changing the Mat and fill the Chemical and still charge me the $$. So never go with this company. My service only 3 pieces Floor Mat ( 2pc 3x5’, 1 pc 3x10’ ) and 2 Sink Chemical .
G&K Services, now Cintas is a company that prides itself on deceptive practices. Switch and Bait. Their products are sub-par and customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. When you call corporate, they just forward your message back to the local level and they go in circles covering themselves and their employees.
They dont keep their part of the contract and will not release you from it, which means you end up in court to get it removed but that takes time and $. very poor quality. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Signed up for uniforms for my employees to wear. The shirt fabric was horrible, like sandpaper and the pants were not sized correctly they all looked like parachute pants from the MC Hammer days. The shirts would go through GK (Now Cintas) wash and come back with shrunken sleeves and were not properly cleaned. The shirts would always have tons of lint and debris to where my customer facing employees could not wear them. Since I did the direct embroidery on the shirts I had to buy them out when I didnt want to pay to have them laundered anymore so I had to pay $20 per shirt where the actual cost of the shirt was $8 embroidered. I cancelled all the shirts (55 Shirts, Paid $1,100), returned the pants and now theyre charging me $40 a week to pick up and drop off a door mat. They refuse to let us out of the agreement when we signed with G&K Services. From today (27 Months into the agreement with 33 months remaining) through the end of the agreement I will have paid $6,760 by the end of this contract term for a $400 door mat. Early termination fee would cost me $3.3k if I cancelled now.
Avoid at all costs! They did not fulfill their contract concerning pickup dates and frequency than threaten you when you cancel the contract and stop paying them. Completely ignored our calls! They are bullies. Their terrible Google ratings are totally legit.
There service sucks they dont help when u ask for diffrent sizes they think they know every size people are they dont answer phones if i could i would have put no stars they shouldnt even get the one
