I visited Earthbound for the time in hopes to find the perfect gift for my niece - I didn’t know what to expect, but she’s mentioned this store once or twice. I was quickly comforted upon entering the store with a warm and genuine welcome. The space alone felt so relaxing compared to the rest of the mall, and Savannah was quick to help help me find the perfect gift. I can say I will be coming back for more holiday shopping. Perfect place for gifts!

I am a resident of Albuquerque since 1992 but the many times i have been in Earthbound trading co. the young employees treat me and my family like we are not welcomed. My family is military and we love the African and Asian decor and we feel like all the eyes are on us. We walked by multiple employees and no one and i mean NO ONE GREETS US or acknowledges us. It’s disgraceful and i don’t understand this. I fail to believe that it will change the holiday season is upon us and i love shops like this to give gifts to my friends and family but i will NOT give money to people who don’t respect me and my family.I hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears because the wrong sort of employees are infesting this store!

I’m a regular at this wonderful store and have been for years. I must say I didn’t get her name but the tall lady with brown shoulder length hair was extremely rude and nasty when I came in today. I’m in the hospitality business and you do not roll your eyes at a paying customer. You should treat every person as regular customer.. I almost walked out today and vowed to never come back. .. Management needs to get there customer service back in check....

I can enjoy this store so much. They have all kinds oils rocks stones and books. Their is just a lot to enjoy and good clearance we all love that spot.

Love everything in the store. A bit pricey, but treat yourself occasionally.

What delightful fun. A museum of cultural items that are also for sale. Absolutely do not miss this adventure! Worth a detour to visit this wonderful cultural experience!

Bought a butterfly display. It was huge. The staff hunted down bubble wrap and paper to help me wrap it up. Above and beyond service. (Little white girl and super nice white dude)They worked the shift 11am on 9.6.19

Very helpful service. I got my Panflute today for $8.99! Super cool selection but needs to be less weird non useful stuff and more hippie gear thats practical for modern times

You never know what you might find in this store- they have great sales- they girls that work there are cool and sexy- I like the tshirts and tapestries

Rude employees, very unwilling to help me.Being in the management and retail field myself I would never allow my employees to act snobby to our customers. Hope this issue is able to be fixed in knowing how employees can ruin the professional environment of a business. Otherwise love the store just bad representation by management and employees.

I usually have a pretty good experience with this store. However when I came in today to buy a Pancho for a birthday these two employees kept watching me like a hawk to see if I was going to steal anything. Smh I walked out and came back hoping they would be gone and I came in with a big ol Sephora bag and now theyre treating me like the queen of England. Seems like they only care if you look like you have money.
