The employees were all super helpful and friendly and they always have great deals for cool things there. The girl with the red hair helped up and had a nice conversation with us before moving on to help other customers. A nice experience and I look forward to coming back

Friendly staff, clean place. The store wasnt very well stocked but that may be due more to popularity of merchandise than inadequate job in restocking.Overall Id say theyre doing a great job.

I used to work here about 20 years ago and I keep coming back because I love this store AND I prefer this location to the Coronado Mall one.The Staff is on-point and very aware of customers. The interior flow is VERY tight and hard to navigate through, which is my only complaint.They seem to always have a lot of inventory and things that youd want to buy (aka: not just a bunch of chotskies that only serve as eye-candy).The Staff is also fairly knowledgeable in their inventory as well as the niches of what theyre selling.Their Company-feature of shipping online orders to stores is hassle-free and very convenient.I love their Rewards program and they are always diligent about getting points added to your Account.Its one of the best places to be during Halloween season also.

There’s this one male employee who was extremely rude he gave so much attitude and made me feel really uncomfortable, so uncomfortable I’m never coming to that location again I’d rather drive to a different location to avoid him

They have a lot of pop culture and alternative themed merchandise. Because of this they are a popular store. However, because of the amount of inventory combined with their popularity, the space is crowded. I can imagine how crowded it will be come Black Friday when everyone has bags on their arms already.The sales clerks were friendly and attentive. I would suggest starting any shopping trip there if you are planning on multiple stores.

Hadnt been in a number of years, was really just killing some time in the mall. Decided to check it out with all of the new Marvel merchandise coming out. They had a very eclectic selection of products for sale, I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly. Products arent cheap, but everything there appeared to be of relatively high quality.

Room was clean, sheets clean. And accommodations of microwave and refrigerator. But improvement on to a little bigger refrigerator. We loved the bigger room for the breakfast.

The space they have if entirely to small. Cant even shop let alone look if more then 5 ppl are in store. Ill stick to online shopping with them and avoid the shoebox they call a store.

Interesting bakery that has wonderful breakfast croissants and the most spectacular muffins. Today my croissant was stuffed with spinach and feta cheese. It exceeded my expectations. Flakey croissant and the stuffing was delish.

The store was a complete mess and not shopper friendly. I was by Cottonwood mall and thought Id pop in HT to find a gift and didnt know where to begin it was so messy. The store was not busy, at one point I was the only person in the store besides the one associate present who didnt greet or offer help. I wont be back.

Hot Topic is pretty cool. If youre at the mall you should stop by. They have a lot of anime and show stuff which isnt really my wave, but I have friends that love that stuff.

Went to exchange some merchandise for a larger size and was told Id have to buy them. Umm....Im pretty sure a simple exchange for the same items only larger size shouldnt be a problem. Been shopping here for years but will NOT return to any location. The girl was so rude its just not worth it. Plus most of the stuff is low quality anyway. Id rather go to walmart lol. I still love this store but its trying to hard to be the 90s store it was. I wish they offered more of the unique items they used to have.

My kids, 10 years and 7, and their friend 14, visited here 3 times in one day during our time at the mall. The first two times we made a purchase were fine. The third time my kids took me back there we were treated like criminals. The Manager on duty; David approached my 10 year old (not me) and questioned her about coming back in. She told him she wanted to by a braclet. He told her to make her purchase and hurry up and leave. I saw her crying when we were in line to pay so asked what was wrong. She told me what David said so I approached him and told him she was with me and we were paying for the bracelet. He had helped us the first time we were in an hour before so he should have recognized us. He was very defensive as he took our money and said they were suspicious for coming 3 times in one day to buy! Apparently they don’t appreciate repeat busy here.

Extremely lovely, friendly casher, long conversations, however dont buy black hair dye entitled Transilvania Black was suggested to me as being solid black hair dye, when indeed is black, blue and green, and I had to fix my hair one day before the job of my dreams with Fidelity Investments, wear a suit and all business dress. Got the job, but that was a close one. On a positive note, fell in love with the color, but will not work for work. Ill only be using it during vacations.

Great store! During a recent visit, Cassie went out of her way to get me and help with some additional purchases.

Staff is very friendly. Store is WAY too cramped. Most Hot Topics are, but this one is over the top.

Store is a bit cramped and may make you feel slightly claustrophobic with the dark color scheme. A lot of merchandise is fandom oriented (like Harry Potter, anime, adult shows like Rick and Morty, etc.) and is updated often. You can always find jewelry, nail polish, hair dye, headbands, sunglasses, makeup, etc. They have a button pin box with many, many different pins to choose from. Though, they are a bit pricey, about $1.25 each. The merchandise is always varied and unique, and you can find whatever youd want to wear. It is basically an emo/fandom store but there are some occasional items that anyone (no matter their style or age) may enjoy.

Trendy with an edge, atmosphere is typically a little loud and chaotic, staff is generally friendly and helpful. Somewhat disorganized, but you can usually find a great deal on clothing or pop culture merch.
