Great drinks and a decent selection of pastries. Great service. Nice ambience.
The coffee is fine, but theres no public WiFi. Dont come here to work.
Great coffee, and great staff! I love this place. The atmosphere is laid back and quiet, and if you want to people watch, theres a great patio to kick back on and enjoy your coffee.
I always order my fave drink at new coffee shops as a baseline. The shop itself is cute and fun. There was only one person working the counter, so taking orders and making drinks made wait times a little long. Plus it takes away from customer service since that person is doing everything. As for the drink…bland. I don’t know what it was but the drink tasted like it had been watered down quite a bit. I’ll give them another shot since it may have been an off day.
Warm and welcoming staff. House made flavor syrups and generous with the espresso. Mellow R&B and bright decor. This is what a neighborhood coffee shop should be. I had the medium almond milk latte with house made vanilla syrup. Used the yelp check in for a free syrup. Medium has 3 shots of espresso and the flavor is not too sweet.
This is such a cozy coffee shop with a wonderful atmosphere. There are plenty of coffee and tea options along with an array of pastries to choose from, especially if you have dietary restrictions. The staff is warm and friendly and I enjoyed every bit of my experience here. I will definitely come back whenever Im in town.
Yesterday I bought an iced mocha with honey syrup. May I say the staff had attitude but I let it slide. I got home after drinking my mocha and passed out Infront of my husband I got rushed to the hospital. And I died for 2 minutes they said it was a miracle. They said it was food poisoning from whatever I had last and can you guess what it was ? THE MOCHA! Me and my husband are furious and are never coming here again.
Humble Coffe Downtown has great drinks, good music, friendly staff and customers, easily accessible plugs and free WiFi. A good place to grab a drink and go, or hang out for a few hours. But bring a sweater as it was a bit chilly in there..... And the walls could use some art (I wasnt digging the ambience like I do at the Lomas location)
5 days ago specifically on September 2nd. I went to go order me some avacado toast and GUESS WHAT they were OUT?? So i moved on to the donuts and then i ordere me a lattate. Soon after drinking my latte i suddenly felt pains in my stomach. Considering i have the strongest stomach ever. I rushed to the their bathroom and had EXPLOSIVE diarrhea it sounded like a machine gun going off!! Ibwas legit leveratinf off the seat. I then got tooken into the hospital and now i got out to write this review. AND THE STAFF IS AWFUL AND MEAN THEIR DONUT BURNED MY LIPS ALSO
The customer service was great and the empenadas taste amazing 🤩
The coffee here is always very good. The menu is confusing to me, but the staff is always very helpful.
Loved the atmosphere and aroma from the second I walked in the door. The staff was warm and welcoming. They were able to answer all of my menu questions with ease. The dark roast coffee I had was great, and so was the blueberry lemon scone. So happy I found this place on my first morning here and will definitely be coming back before I leave.
Nothing humble about C-Low(she would not spell her name).Very rude. Sat at the bar ordered coffee and she refused to serve me my drink. Although she had no other orders. Dismissive and lacks customer service.
Worst americano in the universe. i just dont have enough words to explain how bad it is. threw it in the trash on the way out.
I just love this spot in downtown. I always ask for the barista’s recommendations and it’ll so far I’ve loved everything. Today was an iced lavender latte. Yum!
Ambiance is wonderful great seating and decor. Donut was good coffee was a bit weak I enjoy strong coffee, and they are not quite strong enough for me. Staff was ok not too friendly.
I love this place. Mark is always helpful and kind making my day a better then it was before. I’m glad that I can drop by and brighten my day. I proudly recommend humble!
Absolutely the worst coffee Ive ever had.
Some amazing, personable baristas!
Love the oat milk coffee at this place, but sometimes the baristas will burn the espresso and it makes the taste unpleasant. I’m a reoccurring customer, but honestly there’s only one barista who is nice to me. The others are usually rude and don’t treat me very nicely. I recommend Castle coffee just a few blocks away. They’re always genuinely nice and never burn my espresso drinks.
Coffee was delicious. Customer service was lacking unfortunately. I was hoping for a warm welcome. The barista kept referencing Starbucks like we were in the wrong coffee shop.
Nice coffee shop. Only detriment was that there were few breakfast food options.
I love this place, Im so glad they have survived through covid and theyre walking distance from my work
I loved the mix-up of globes on the wall.Small coffee and pastry....too expensive.
Unenthusiastic workers and rude staff. Still might go back cause its locally owned.
Though closed probably due to Covid, a good place to start a walking tour of the downtown murals. This was suggested online as something to do while so many things are shut down to avoid the virus. The other location serves a flavorful spice filled chai latte.
I like it here, excellent food & service. This place has an awesome feel to it. Food is similar to a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.
Cortado was hot, frothy and way too much milk. Everything its not suppose to be.
Service mediocre. coffee overrated. donuts tasted as if they were 3 days old.
When a customer walks in, you greet them, dont tell them you will be right back and walk away for absolutely nothing and keep me waiting, especially when there are two of you.....The two ladies in the afternoon are dumb. Morning staff usually has it together.
Surprisingly, I didn’t know this location existed prior to today. I am so glad that I found it though! The atmosphere was really nice and quiet, the staff was very friendly, and my matcha latte and lemon bar were phenomenal! I will definitely be visiting this spot much more. Thanks for a great experience! :)
I had always heard of this place and finally got to experience it first hand today! What an inviting atmosphere it had! I tried the herbal peppermint tea and it was quite soothing and invigorating at the same time. I highly recommend that this hidden gem be explored at least once by everyone! 💖
Unusual seating with the wood bleachers. Could use more pillows as my knees were aching after a while, but it did let I and my companion talk to each other face to face easier than across a table. nice people at the counter and very very tasty chai, nice flavor. Ill be back.EDIT: That coffee companion has become my significant other, so thanks for being a part of a good memory! :)
This place does it for me. The place has a nice atmosphere.
Great meeting & work spot! Service is sweet, but not that with it...if someone specifically is asking for non-dairy options...maybe dont recommend all dairy having options. Luckily the coffee speaks for itself and the location vibe is on-point for a downtown hipster stop.
Very spacious. Good place to meet up and get stuff done . The barista gave me the last drop in the canister and it was kinda cold. So coffee was not that great, maybe youll think of customer next time. Might try fresh espresso next time. Staff was a bit stand offish
The best downtown coffee shop. Plenty of outlets and space to work. Lots of vegan drink options and also some vegan snacks. Staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is very bright and welcoming. I highly suggest the lavender latte.
Really good fresh coffee & espresso drinks. Staff is always accomodating & friendly. It is large & roomy, with little extraneous noise, which is good for carrying on conversations, yet not bother neighboring tables. Only wish they had a larger pastry selection.
Absolutely great coffee
Really cool atmosphere and good coffee!! I had a coconut milk latte which was definitely made with very full fat coconut milk. Perhaps the canned kind. It was good, but a little to heavy for my coffee preference. Still would highly recommend this coffee shop!
If youve ever been to this coffee shops first location, then you know that this company focuses on a simply fantastic fun atmosphere and great coffee. This new location is no exception. The employees as per usual are polite and fast, the coffee is just as good, and the spacious sitting area is brightly decorated in a fun way. I love this place!
Cute, cozy, quiet. They have vegan baked goods and milk options. I really like this place other than the parking is not great because of the location.
Great coffee! I appreciate the honesty in the pricing and the little vegan donuts are fun. A bit hidden, but a good place to get your caffeine fix if walking around down town.
I really enjoy being able to bring my pup indoor, its a great place to study or just meet some friends for snacks.
Great coffee
Excellent place to work in Downtown Albuquerque. I really like the tea options, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is comfortable but also conducive to getting work done. Im not down in Albuquerque often but this is likely to be my go-to place when I am.
I really love this place! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. There’s no better place to start day!
Awesome coffee and donuts!!
Traveling through from Colorado, stopped in randomly, soooo glad i did. Great coffee, great breakfast burrito, great atmosphere, great service. It was so good we cam back for lunch and had just as good a time. Katie at the counter is super friendly and super cool. If im ever in Albuquerque again i am coming here.
They do have nice tea and coffee but the title humble is definitely ironic.
Very cute place! Instagramable :) Also, you can solve 1000 piece puzzles while having coffee.
Super cute coffee shop with a host of options (even for all the vegans out there).
Delicious coffee and burrito! Staff was super friendly.
Great coffee, good atmosphere to do work for socialize. Humble
Beautiful and clean bright spot for coffee and pastries. Local sweets come from ABQ & Sante Fe. This part of downtown is rundown and kind of dirty so it was quite nice to stumble upon Humble. The interior is quite large, with some very creative vertical bleacher style seating. They also have community puzzles out on a couple of the tables. And of course the coffee is strong and well-crafted.
Humble Coffee downtown is a very clean and pleasant place to get a drink and do some reading.
Love this place! I come here during my break on a daily basis. Staff is friendly and the place is very clean. Limited street parking, since its on Central and its downtown.
Best mocha in town and the baristas are super knowledgeable about all the drinks. Really cool atmosphere and open floor plan! Pet friendly!
Very very slow service. Came in over 20 mins ahead of my commute time for work and made the mistake of giving the place a chance when it seemed busy. Waited almost 10 mins before I and the rest of the line were acknowledged. Orderd my drink, they didnt have dark roast and was going to blend both light and medium to make up the base of my red eye. I was fine with this, paid and waited even longer because the barista was now taking everyones order before starting on anything else. I paid for and tipped for a coffee I never recieved; I walked out because I had to now get to work and I know now that this isnt a place to just grab a simple drink and be on my way.
Its location is awesome and convenient. They provide consistent coffee regardless of barista, cool seating arrangements available as well as outside seating for nice days!
Their espresso blend was very flavorful with fruity flavors to it. I enjoyed the cortado very much!
We stopped in to spend some time waiting on the train. Got a coffee and waited.
The most amazing lavender latte. Super cool atmosphere. Big space with plenty of seating.
Good down town coffee shop with unique teas and simple coffees. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff
Tried the espresso, americano, and a vanilla latte. All quite average. Service was passive, lacking smiles and recommendations. I wouldnt visit again due to lazy service and uninspired coffee menu.
Group of 6 went today. Had ok customer service and tasty drinks. Nice space to hang out or work. No refills on coffee while in restaurant gave 4 / 5.
Cool little hipster type coffee shop on Route 66. Friendly service and the cappuccino was good.
Amazing coffee, great atmosphere, and a great place to work. Everyone is super friendly and there is never a long wait. This is my favorite place to get coffee in Downtown ABQ
Consistently good coffee and a nice place to sit down for a while.
