We went to the backyard bazaar. Great music. Tasty food from booths, but the food trucks were especially awesome. We were especially impressed by the vendors creativity and friendliness. They are kind of like a family of there own. Very nice time!

Went to the Plant Powered Market tonight. Really cool space in the back. Swings in front of the stage area, lots of space for food trucks and vendor tents. Every Friday in July they are having a market back there too! We will definitely go back to events they have here.

Excellent conglomerate of artists and retailers. They have a lovely hair studio that I go to bimonthly, a fantastic little coffee shop that has the best almond milk latte in ABQ (in my opinion). They recently added an awesome new tattoo studio that I will absolutely be trying, and honestly this place has something for everyone. The atmosphere is so inviting and all of the shops have the coolest stuff.

Super weird place. Went in for coffee, waited around for several minutes and there was literally no one in sight. I watched several others walk in and promptly walk out because of this.

This place is super fun! Plan to spend longer than an hour at this unique gem in the NE Heights of Albuquerque. Tons of local shops (you can find something for everyone!). Antiques, Tshirts/hats, plants, vintage shops etc. Also, there’s a super industrial inspired salon in the back! I believe there are 2 licensed barbers as well.... so fellas we’re not leaving you out! The owners are down to earth and kind! You’ll be glad that you stopped by this funky, friendly, artistic gem!

Love this place, come at least once a month for almost a year now. My complaint is that the owners are often seen wearing their masks below their chin, nearly every time. Which is a deterrent for me. Other than that, (which is very important), they are sweet friendly people. The shops are awesome!!! Haven’t had the chance to experience the other activities they usually provide due to COVID, but hopefully it won’t be much longer before that’s a possibility.

Was greeted by a friendly staff upfront. The overall look was great but there was a rather annoying little dog that would not stop barking at everyone and everything. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

The coffee shop has awesome staff and drinks, and the collective was a good idea overall. However, the owners are rude and certainly not genuine people. They have a very “yappy” little dog that doesn’t stop yapping. I am definitely a dog person, and I get that they can’t control themselves sometimes, but this behavior seems unprofessional and could steer many more customers away. Owners don’t do much about it, unfortunately. On top of this, there also seems to be a lot of turnaround when it comes to the small shops within the collective, and although this could be nice to get variety, it comes across a little suspicious. Perhaps the small shop owners aren’t treated fairly by management??

Its really disappointing that once the coffeeshop owner left that all these bad reviews about the owners dog he disliked so much pop up. When trying to find the right combination of small business to present to the city. It may require some shuffling like anything else. Learn how to move on without throwing a fit on the way out. The ABQ COLLECTIVE will continue to grow and help the small business owners make a huge impact on our city.
