This the one I frequent the most because its in the area I live in. These guys are always friendly and informative when you ask questions. But due to COVID-19 and their location you have to ask to be let into the bathroom and the condiment station is closed.

Either you love Starbucks or you dont. As usual, I found the employees happy & friendly.Bought my fave...Caramel frappuccino.

This is my usual SB location. The folks are friendly, the drinks & food are always consistent.The main thing I dont like about this location is that its kind if difficult to get to.By car: the parking lot is tiny and the cars in the drive thru line (both SB and the Carls Jr drive thru) block you from getting out.As a pedestrian: you have to cross the drive-thru cars path to get to the door and often the cars are blocking the path.By bike: same as pedestrian except theres nowhere to park your bike! There used to be a bike rack but it was taken away during the last renovation after the fire. Ive requested it back multiple times. Hopefully this new renovation will bring it back.

Awful place. Ordered online, be on time, delay for almost 30 min. The woman at the counter didn’t care to prepare the order straightforwardly, even than the order was placed before because I need to return to the office on time. She did the same to the client next to me. Really, SHE needs training, basic work skills and life coaching. Date: 6/2/21 3:28 pm

I went to this location the past two days instead of my normal one and my experiences have been absolutely amazing. Whoever worked yesterday and today on drive thru, thank you so much for your kind service. I could feel it through the box and I appreciate you immensely. The two baristas at the window were so pleasant and kind as well, I really am blown away by the service I received. I’m a barista as well and I understand how hard this year has been on service workers, so thank you for giving me some of the kindest treatment I have had in a very long time. You guys are appreciated.

This Starbucks is awesome. The staff is very friendly and take care of their customers professionally. We go there almost daily.

Baristas literally took forever to put a bagel in a toaster. We were the only people in there and took ~8 minutes for one coffee and a bagel

In spite of their computers down and temporarily out of serveral breakfast hot sandwiches, the staff were very nice and helpful in suggesting substitutions.

I absolutely love this location... It is my favorite location actually... It has everything to do with the Amazing Friendly Baristas! Every time I come in to order my Venti Blonde Quad Shot White Mocha... Every Barista is just overflowing with happiness and it runs off.. If you want your Starbucks drink to taste better I recommend you come here because everything made with a good attitude and love has a much more lasting flavor and it is very noticeable and something you have to try and experience for yourself.. Came to this location to get some coffee on our cross country road trip. I took my daughter in the restroom with me & the manager (Ryan) has the audacity to bang on the door violently yelling at me to “not change my daughter in there”.After I gave him & piece of my mind he then decides to accuse me of molesting my toddler because she started to cry. What is wrong with this place? This manager needs to be fired for harassing paying customers. My wife & I left this place beyond LIVID.After this experience we will not give 1 more dollar to this organization.

They have the best customer service!! The employees are always so friendly and just seem genuinely nice! I have never had an employee be rude to me or be anything but extremely nice!! Plus they always are on point with making my drinks! I will and do pass the Starbucks by my house and go out of my way just to deal with good people who know make great drinks!

Got 2 trenta dragon fruit lemonade and they mistakenly made dragon fruit drink. So I got both and it was goos.

I’ve only been here 3 times, all 3 times I attempted to order a black coffee, and all 3 times there was a reason I couldn’t order a regular black coffee. If you just want regular old coffee, this is not the place to get it. I will never spend another dollar at this pathetic location.Also, the baristas weren’t very nice about it, maybe I just always get the curt employees, but that’s my very real experience.

There is NO takeout! The doors are locked! The drive thru line is long and I have get to the hospital on time... park, get inside get to my unit.. so inconvenient.. im utterly disappointed!! They used to be the fastest Starbucks and proud of it idk what happened

I Ordered a venti coffee and only 3/4 of it was filled. The lid just popped off and wouldnt stay on. Whats the point of paying full price for a venti when you get a grande? I didnt notice how much liquid was in my coffee until I got to class, other wise I would have told the baristas right away. Skip this location and head to the Rio Grande or Central Location.

I pre-ordered my hot caramel macchiato, when I get to the location a mile or so from my home, the line was all way out to the street. I pre-ordered because I was in a hurry. After waiting for 20+ mins I was only half way through the line and I could not go inside to just pick my coffee up. Even if I had waited an additional 20 mins my drink would have been cold and due to the long line I doubt it would have been remade. I called they said they would refund my on my Starbucks card and they didnt. Whats the purpose of pre- ordering if u r unable to pick up ur order quickly, opposed to those who still need to place their order?!?!?

Drive-thru. Best ever experience at a Starbucks since I got my first Starbucks card in 1990. Our staff was friendly and efficient. I could tell they were smiling under their masks. It made my day! Thank you Starbucks!

This location has really let the standards for consistency and cleanliness drop in the last few years. Ive gone from being a daily customer, to only going when someone has given me a gift card.

Customer service is mediocre. The barista was rude with me and takes down to me. I have a medical disorder that allows me to not have to wear my mask. I tried to show her my medical papers that I carry with me but she didn’t give me a chance ... she wouldn’t let me pay for my order until I put a mask on. Sad

Gross I ordered my regular carmal frappe I get from all starbucks and tasted like a vanilla frappe and left a gross texture in my mouth. Also they are so SLOW at this location dont go to this location.

Always busy, always friendly, and always accurate. One of my more frequented Starbucks. The parking and drive thru access is a bit tight, however.

I always receive friendly service each time I come here. Its always at night, right before closing, and each time Ive expected someone to get cranky. But nope! Theyre so awesome and patient with my pointless orders.

This Starbucks can be busy in the morning, but they get people through quickly. The baristas are great and Ive never had a bad experience. One of my 2 favorite locations.

Starting to see a trend with some Starbuck locations, including this one. Cups, no matter the size, are not being filled all the way. We never get whipped cream. Usually drink filled 1/2 to 3/4 of the cup. Waste of money.

This Starbucks on Lomas and Broadway has the nicest, sweetest, friendliest most AWESOME people of any place in Albuquerque! They are always so kind and make my day better!!

The morning weekday crew is so amazing at this Starbucks, I truly miss seeing them over the weekend! They treat me so well that I will go out of my way so I could purchase my lattes from there! In other words the team at that store is absolutely terrific!

Just got out of the hospital not having answers of why Im having seizures. I had my kids stop to get me a iced green tea macha completely changed my mood I love my macha drinks.

Newly built, and CALVARY is a great church to attend(before the CORONA HIT) and due to social distancing, I dont have any sense to attend nor attend the new STARBUCKS...GO STARBUCKS, YEAH!!!

This Starbucks has been having restroom issues. I went there yesterday and the day before. On both occasions one restroom was out of order. The other was not very clean. The hand drying machine didn’t work, and there were no paper towels. On both days, when I asked for the combination for the restroom, an employee escorted me and put the combination in herself. That said, the service was friendly and my latte was excellent.

Excellent! Nice place to do some work sitting by a window. Some very good looking men here today doing the same, lol! And they did not even attempt to spell my name!

Good ..way overly priced....i. Give an extra star for the community outreach and also the compassion of management to allow the homeless a quick place for coffee cream and such..Glad to see management style care for someone unable to pay forward monetarily..

I ordered a bottled Teavana tea through the mobile app and they didn’t have it in store. Not my fault or theirs but I still felt really bad. Ladarius and his manager were very friendly and let me order something off the menu. They should really fix the app but I’m glad these guys made it so easy to resolve the issue for me. Definitely recommend this location!

I purchased a venti white chocolate mocha. Upon receiving the cup I noticed it seemed rather light, but didn’t think too much of it. Once home I noticed I was only given half a cup of coffee while the rest of the cup was filled with foam to make it appear as if I was given a full cup. As a paying customer (paying more for the size) I expect my request for the correct amount of fluid to be given. Highly, unsatisfied. Appears to be a few other complaints of the same nature. Management will be contacted.

This place is always super busy in the morning and around lunch time. If you park you may not be able to leave quickly due to the drive thru line that wraps around the bldg and parking lot. But the folks are quick and the service is good.

Incompetent staff. Waited for 10 min at the drive thru for the person in front of me to get ONE drink. Then when my drink came, it had whipped cream even though I had asked for none.

Kinda fast but extremely crappy service from a young, extremely short girl with dark hair. She was unable to offer any recommendations 😞. To top it off no notice was given when our order was complete. I literally figured out the two cups that had been sitting on the counter were mine by checking the receipt on it. They werent even busy, 2 inside counter girls with 2 sets of customers. ???????
