Every interaction has been disappointing. Over-booked on the initial exam, long wait. Test day, they didnt have my appointment on the books, which they made for me on the previous visit. Test performed by an apparent trainee who mentioned it was her first time doing it.I was told that I would get a call from the doctor, which never came.Now, I receive a past due invoice, when n additional invoices where sent.Changing clinics. This is is no good at all.

Nobody answers their phone at this place. I initially went in to this optometrist for the first time a couple weeks ago. The contacts i had before i had no issues with, but this dr prescribed me an 8.4 base curvature, for which i immediately called to say these felt tight on my eyeballs and i could not see properly. Upon going for another exam he told me that would not be an issue, gave me different lenses with still the same issue. I have been calling and leaving a message for 3 days straight now with no response from anyone to get a sample pack of my previous 8.8 base curvature to see if that fixes the issue i still have. I am regretting my decision of choosing this place.

Im a new patient here and let me just tell you, Im IN LOVE!!! Best customer service, the staff is super friendly and very helpful!!! The eye exam I had was like no other!!! The examination exceeded my expectations. Im a client for life!!! Definitely recommend coming here!

Each time we visit Precision Eye Center, we are always amazed by the level of customer service! Their selection is great, and our eye-care specialist, Claire, is the best! She goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy! We would give her 10 stars if we could!!

I can honestly say that Dr. Lavoie, does care for his patients eyes. That is the only plus side to precision eye center. However on a different note when I was there today to pick up my glasses I was not happy. I had ordered my glasses the second or third week in July cant remember off the top of my head, they finally came in on August 5, 2020, I couldnt get to go pick them until August 7, 2020, so when I had called to let them know I was was there to pick up my glasses they brought them out to me to make sure that I didnt need any adjustments, I had told the lady that I was told I could go in, the lady was still in the process to show me my so called new glasses, as soon as I seen the ear peace I had known right off the top that those were not the glasses I had order. Was I livid when I found out that those were the incorrect glasses of course I was, due to the fact that they wanted the $240.00 up front before they ordered the glasses then I didnt get a receipt because they never gave me one, after I had asked for it And while I was in there today they still didnt give it to me when I brought up the subject about the whole not getting a receipt in the gecko. Then come to find out that you get the wrong glasses and then I have to wait additional time for the exact glasses that you ordered it in the first place and then they tell you oh youll be satisfied before you leave here today, the only so-called satisfaction I received was an extra weeks worth of trial pair of contacts, when I know that it will be more than one week until they get the glasses in that I had originally ordered in the first place. I would love for a member of management from corporate office to call me.

Im tired of this place. Aside from their costs being on the high side, every single time I go there I have to wait and wait and wait. Today I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time and there was no sign of me getting in there anytime soon. I was told, Were just waiting for a room to open up. Really?! Who exactly controls the flow of patients? Oh yeah. You do! Unbelievable with their ridiculous excuses. They have no respect for the patients time. And this was evident pre-COVID as well!Im moving on, but Ill be sure to let everyone I come across know how WONDERFUL the service is at Precision Eye Center. No worries!

Where to begin... I always get friendly and knowledgeable customer service, starting from the front desk person to the person helping me order my glasses, and Dr. Lavoie always makes me feel at ease. I also love the great selection of up to date frames, knowing I am getting the best quality and they always look amazing. I never get tired of putting on my beautiful glasses. I’m always getting compliments on them. Keep up the good work.

The service in precision eye center was amazing. I was a first time patient so I was a bit nervous but each one of the ladies helped me, any questions I had they answered them with no issues. There was a young lady by the name of Jatziry, she helped me pick my glasses out and made sure everything I needed and wanted was in order. I was truly amazed on the costumer service of that clinic. All the ladies helped and were so friendly. I recommend this clinic to everyone that needs glasses.!!!!!!!

We moved here recently and we got told about precision eye center through mutual friends. My husband went and the service was absolutely wonderful he got helped by a incredibly nice girl named Jatziry. I was amazed at her customer service skills and how much she helped us. The eye doctor was beyond excellent to us and he got my husband the exact eye prescription he needed. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Dr. Lavoie and staff are amazing!!! They go above and beyond to be helpful and are very friendly. The facility is very clean and inviting and always decorated beautifully. The do a superb job of making an eye care fast, easy, and painless.

Precision eye center has been great for me. I’ve tried other doctors and it’s taken them several attempts to get my contact prescription correct. This is the first place that I’ve gone that they have gotten it right the first time. Great customer service and I’ve never had a problem with them accepting my insurance. Highly recommend!

You can get sold $550 reading glasses here or go to Costco for 1/4 the price with more frame options and better guarantee. Also got charged a restocking fee for cancellation of my order less than 24 hours later (about 4 business hours)though the glasses were supposed to take 7-10 business days. If you care at all about value or selection or having a straight--forward opinion vs sales tactics, dont go here. Had to make multiple calls to receive refund and correction to insurance billing. Friendly staff otherwise. Update 8.10.18: Had a second eye exam at an optometrist that doesnt sell glasses so is very objective. He gave me a more accurate prescription and made a better suggestion of getting a single view lens rather than the workstation lens Precision eye recommended (which actually blurred my peripheral vision and made me have to tilt my head in funny ways to see through the correct part of the lens). He also picked up on an early eye disease that was completely missed by Precision. This optometrist spent 30 minutes with me, but the time with the provider at Precision was probably 7 minutes or so. Go to an independent provider whos goal is to really listen to you and exam your eye health. Dr. Lavoie was talking about what glasses he wanted me to have, 3 minutes in to the exam. Not objective at all.

My wife has Alzheimers and as a result was unable to to help in arriving at a prescription. Everyone was very helpful, kind, and compassionate. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for new glasses.

I have been going to Dr. Lavoie for years. I make my appointments a year in advance. Sadly, this year he went on Vacation during my scheduled appointment which is fine. I tried first rescheduling via there email request but got no response. However, when I tried to reschedule at the office the receptionist only gave me one option for the whole week. I couldn’t do that day. I tried again a week later with the same thing happening. Then I asked if I could go later in the month but I was offered no other times. I told her I would probably have to go back to my old doctor and she was fine with it.

Very helpful and professional staff. Good technology usage compared to some older offices. Nice selection of higher end frames. Not huge selection, but theyll order whatever you want, generally. Dr. Lavoie was professional and human. Timely and informational exam. Would recommend. Note: The dual insurance billing that some mention is a thing here. But really it shouldnt matter as long as the insurance is paying and theyre not putting the copay on you, which they arent. :)

Dr. Lavoie was very helpful in getting new glasses. Ive started getting migraines, and he was very helpful in tips to reduce them with new glasses. I was very impressed.

The staff and Dr. Lavoie at Precision Eye Center are very nice, friendly, and helpful. When you walk into the office, it is very bright, welcoming, and clean. Dr. Lavoie takes the time to answer your questions and helps you better understand your eye health. There is little to no wait time before the appointment, and the exam process is complete in a reasonable amount of time. Although the retinal screening is optional (not covered by insurance), I think it is a useful exam for preventative health. One suggestion Id like to make is to allow patients feel that they have the freedom to decide if he/she wants to purchase contacts or glasses at the same day of the exam, another day, or from a different vendor. I felt pressure to immediately choose a frame and buy contact lenses immediately after the exam. I think it is best to provide patients with the best information about their prescription and at least ask them how they would like to proceed. Overall, I have had good experiences at Precision Eye Center and recommend it to anyone!

They were fitting me for contacts, and gave me a trial pair of lenses with a new prescription. I did not do well with the new prescription, and asked them to change it back to my old one. They refused, so I took my business elsewhere.Their attitude is we know better about your own eyes than you, so you dont get a say in the matter. There isnt much concern for making sure the customer is satisfied with the product they get.

Friendly and professional staff that take their time explaining things to you including how their high tech equipment works evaluating your eyes. This was my second year coming here and would recommend them 100%. Last year after a new perscription was too much of a change for me they took my glasses back and gave me a milder prescription at no charge - they want you to be happy and for your glasses to be perfect for you.

I have been seeing Dr Lavoie for over 15 years. He and his staff have taken excellent care of my eyes, listened to my needs and concerns, and always had a fantastic selection of glasses. My daughter is also a patient, and when she experienced an eye injury she was treated immediately and with great care, and the necessary follow up appointments were handled with the same level of concern. There is no one else Id trust with my eyes, and any time someone is looking for an eye dr I tell them to check out Precision Eye Center.

I went to Dr. Lavoie because of the amount of good reviews he has. My experience was pleasant in the beginning. His office charges you for a Required Retinal Scan that they claim isnt covered by your insurance. This service should be optional. Regardless, I was happy to have a doctor that seemingly cared for his patients. I had to get fitted for my contact lenses and went through many trial pairs because I have astigmatism. The last pair that I tried was irritating one of my eyes, and I did not have this irritation prior to this particular pair of contacts. I told Dr. Lavoie about the irritation and he put it off as something wrong with my eye! He then prescribed me an $89 brand name eye drop! Luckily the pharmacist I chose opted for a generic brand so my insurance would cover it. Then as I went in for what I thought was a follow-up to check the fit of the contacts and hopefully order a year supply, I was told that Dr. Lavoie scheduled me for a second Exam to run tests on the irritation in my eye (which was no longer present). This particular exam was not covered through vision insurance, so they wanted to bill my medical insurance. I should have listened to the reviews about Precision Eye Center trying to bill both your insurance for unnecessary procedures! The worst part of it was that the front staff had terrible customer service. I told the receptionist that I did not want a second eye exam. She told me I had to pay for an eye exam if I wanted to see Dr. Lavoie. Her and Dr. Lavoie did nothing to see if I was happy with the last pair of contacts. They did nothing to mend my experience at their office that day. Dr. Lavoie did not get the chance to confirm if that last pair of contacts was the prescription I should use to order my year supply of contacts. I have never had such an experience with an eye-care professional before, and I will not be returning to Dr. Lavoies office again.
