My dog ate my glasses, so I had to purchase a new pair. I loved my old frame, but the system said they were out and no longer carrying them. Flora took the extra step and checked the shelves and cabinets and what do you know she found the last one. Thank you Flora for taking the initiative of going the extra mile and making this customer happy.
I just re-ordered some contacts with Fabian. I have been here twice over the last year or so. I saw two different optometrists. All of the Dr’s and staff here were helpful and pleasant. I wish I could remember the names of the other staff. I live an hour away but I will keep coming here because of this!
The people who answer the phone are not friendly. I get it, times are tough, but at least be friendly on the phone. Id rather call ahead of time, vs waste time in person if they aren’t going to help me.
Best prices I could find with no insurance. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and it was quick to get an appointment. Perfect place for a quick exam. The lady up front who helped me pick some glasses was great. I was very impressed with my experience here.
This place is the worst. The employees are treated horribly, talked down to, derided right in front of customers. Customers are treated horribly as well. We showed up 20 minutes early for our 2:45 appointment only to be told we would have to wait because the 3 oclock show up before us. This was after they made a mistake with our insurance and failed to take any responsibility. The guy that does the exams seems to be creating a hostile work environment.
Friendly, competent service! Took my 89-year-old mom to this location for an eye exam and was so impressed that I made an appointment for myself! We saw two different doctors and were very pleased with both of them. The store is clean and bright, and the technician and doctor both wiped down the equipment with sanitizer before examining me, so bonus points for hygiene! I especially appreciated the courteous team and how great they were with my mom (i.e. they spoke to her like the competent adult she is and not like a giant baby, which is all too common). Highly recommend this location!
I scheduled an appointment for an exam not too long ago and they had confirmed my consultation after I specifically told them that this would be my first time wearing contacts. They didnt notify me that due to COVID-19, they would not be doing new exams. I understand that with COVID-19, there is certain procedures that everyone must follow. But they went ahead and confirmed my appointment and I went all the way down there, waited for 20 minutes to be seen only for them to tell me I couldnt do my exam. They couldve have just told me on the phone that I wasnt eligible. They said I could take an eye exam for frame which was counterproductive for me because I ALREADY HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION FOR GLASSES (which they told me to bring to my consultation). Told them to cancel my appointment. Complete waste of time. Hate to sound like a total Karen, but I will not be using this service nor will I be recommending it to anyone.
This place is hands down the worst. the one on menaul and Wyoming was much more helpful, go there if you can, they also provide more services.the people that work here are condescending and dont listen. they dont give you the information you need until after it is too late and they have you start from scratch. I spent 5 days working with these guys to only feel crazy, unheard, and stupid.
I walked in on Friday to check and make sure that it was time for my next glasses/contacts appointment and that they still had my insurance on file. The lady at the front said yes youre good, would you like to schedule an appointment? I said yes. The next day they had an appointment at 2. I showed up at 1:40 to fill out paperwork and the Optometrist didnt walk in until 2:15. Besides him getting there late I wasnt too upset he was clean and professional. However when I went to the front to pay because my deductible typically has an out-of-pocket of $35. Well turns out I got glasses last April not in March so my insurance wasnt going to cover the eye exam and I had to pay $100 out of pocket. Thats why I went on Friday to check and make sure it was time, I dont have an extra $70 I was expecting to only have to pay $35. However due to the front counter screw up I had to pay for the exam. It wasnt like I walked in when they were super busy, I was the only one there at the time. She has no excuse besides being unprofessional and bad at her job. To further add salt to the wound the woman checking me out said I know youre upset. I chose to give two stars because at least the optometrist was able to do his job correctly. He should just hire better employees. I will not be returning to fill out my contacts prescription.
Great for general checkup. Dr. wasnt thorough or knowledgeable enough. Friendly, helpful staff. Great hours. Great prices. No wait time.
The best experience Ive had at an optometrist. Have been to high end private practices as well as national chains. This place is hands downd the best! The Dr. was personable and explained things well. Jessica made my day with her patience and exceptional customer service! The trip across town was well worth it (I live in Ventana Ranch) . I will now take my whole family there for their glasses and contacts.
