Snacks, ice cream, deli, beverages, fastfood, soup, Denny’s inside(very long wait, 35 minutes to be seated), Cinnabon inside, you can shower(I don’t know if there’s a fee, I just overheard a page for shower available for a certain customer). Few flies inside and floor a little dirty. Bathroom is reasonably clean. Staff is very pleasant.

I stopped here to use the restroom and buy some breakfast. I was putting some make up on because i didnt want to go to work half ready.I was in the restroom for like 5 minutes maybe 7 idk. The Janitor knocks and friendly leaves when he realized the restroom was occupied. Not even 30 seconds later, he comes in says I need to clean it mam. So I said when Im ready Ill leave . He didnt like that I said that . He opens the door again and before he could say anything I said you can come in and clean. I dont care. This douce bag goes straight to where Im standing and wants me to move to check the paper towel holder lol he doesnt clean anything and just leaves.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the manager Eloise... I lost my wallet at the truck stop with every piece of id I had... She went above and beyond mailing it to me overnight... Thank you again. She is a wonderful person. Awesome customer service!!!! Cant say enough good things about her

The place was very clean. Personnel were very helpful. We needed to dump our RV and the attendant even went outside and made sure the dump station was working and even helped the dumping process. Very nice man. Good place to stop.

Do not stop here. No laundry and no signs saying laundry machines are out of order. Showers are super dirty and the employees are more interested in their personal conversations. Trash everywhere in the truck parking and even the security guard is just posted up next to the door, on the phone with his bank trying to straighten out personal finances while there are some pretty blatant deals going on in the truck parking. Im not sure when the pictures where taken, but this place does not look like whats shown in the review section. Pretty shady.

The mashed potatoes and gravy were fine. On the other hand burnt meatloaf and unseasoned green beans are nothing to be proud of especially when it costs $9.57

My family and I were traveling from Oklahoma, we stopped at your flying J on Sunday September 19, 2021 around 7:30 pm, To our surprise, since we really like staying at flying J since weve been traveling, to find the nasty womens restrooms. All the stalls but one had water all in the floors and toilet paper, and there was a nasty plunger sitting in the floor outside the stall as you walked in the restroom, I was very disappointed that there was no microwave available for guest to use. And my biggest disappointment was that since there was no signs posted anywhere, was to be woken up at midnight and told we had to leave, because we couldnt spend the night, even though flying J s always allow traverlers, so unable to see well at night, I had to drive my family for an hour at midnight to find a place to sleep. To me thats not good customer service,your guest deserve better, you guys need to step it up, the rest of the flying Js know what customer service means.

Conveniently located off I-40. Parking can be interesting especially since the addition of the Natural Gas Pumps and Shop were built. Reserved parking expanded possibly for more revenue in their pockets. Pan handlers working the parking lot hard.

Great and very curious staff Frank was very helpful to me. I was expecting a package from FedEx and unfortunately it did not come in on the day and time it was supposed to. Frank went out of his way to talk to the carrier who normally makes the drops for FedEx and was able to find out when I would actually reicive my package a day late but non the less it was helpful to know rather than anticipate it arriving the day i should of received it. FedEx should be more honest about their delivery times and dates. FedEx has become unreliable with their services and Im disappointed yet again with their business practices I will try a more reliable and more honest carrier next time.

Rated 0 start. No control here. I bought a shower.Then went to take a leak because the shower was not ready. Then look at the tv and my number was not there. So seems to be someone took my shower. I have my receipt on me all the time.This is ridiculous. Thanks a guy bought diesel and gave me a shower free. When asked to the lady she said need to wait but in her face looks she didn’t know what to do.Now I know why this place is a 3 star rated.

I ordered a meal by phone like I usually do... I was all ready in the parking lot just arriving, busy time, trying save time, they took my number and name, it would be 30 minutes waiting time, I go in NOTHING. NO FOOD FOR ME. DISAPPOINTED.

I stopped by on my drive to Texas. Security came to door and tapped on my window. They told me that they do not allow overnight parking and to go to the motel across the street. A lot of vehicles were having to move. However, I did not see signage indicating a parking time limit or restriction. There were a variety of rigs parked— trucks, trailers, RVs, cargo vans, passenger vehicles, etc. Pick up trucks with utility trailers and shuttle buses were allowed to park in the RV spots. There is a double standard. Please have signage posted if there are strict rules regarding parking, especially since this is a 24-hour travel center. This location is not friendly towards passenger vehicles along their commutes. Bring your business to the TA 15 minutes east.

The most disgustingly microwave I have ever seen, when I complained about it as well as a couple next to me, a so called security guard came over and said we all had to exit the store. I will Never Never leave my hard earned money at any pilot or flying j truck stop again!!!!!!!

On Thursday, July 1, 2021, I arrived at this Flying J, I forgot my wallet and I left when I called to ask, they told me if he is here, I ask Brian the store manager how I could do to get my wallet, he tells me there is no problem. New Mexico closed their gyms so I had to buy a shower. I can honestly say that they had the cleanest most invigorating shower i have ever had in my life. No joke. It was almost as strong as the Rambo scene with the firehose. Ive never felt so refreshed and clean in my life. I think it even blew off some plaque from my teeth....lol. if you truckers want the best shower in the country I think this one is it.. enjoy...

3 fuel pumps broken.... trucks park 45 minutes in the fuel lane... backing up traffic.. i hate when truck drivers park blocking the fuel aisle... taking a break, eating, sleeping. now i can not fuel up on time. this is a big truck stop but the only Fling J for miles. I wish Flying J would encourage truckers to move along... something. i hate waiting

Truckers wife, who works for a 5 🌟 hotel in Washington DC, near the White House. Furlough last month, joined my husband on the road. With 15 years in the hospitality industry, I know good service when I see it. Virgil, maintenance engineer, is one incredible soul! He makes sure that the shower rooms at this truck stop are on the 5 🌟 Star level that Im accustom in dealing with. Awesome mechanic shop! Plenty of parking. Everyone seemed to be kind and said thank you to everyone. The fuel is good quality and is able to accommodate someone towing an RV with a gasser or a small diesel. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for the great service. We will be stopping again!

I usually only come here for cheaply priced juul pods, kind service, the cleanly vibes of the store. I also occasionally fill my partners gas tank here (which is diesel). Went in yesterday (9/12) around 18:45- 19:00 hours, on the way back from work and the place was PACKED with no one regulating the number of people coming in or out of each section for safety (strike 1). Even though IT IS STATE LAW AND POSTED ON THE DOOR AS MANDATORY, THIS TRUCK STOP SEEMED TO START ALLOWING TRAVELLERS GOING THROUGH DIFFERENT STATES IN AND OUT OF THIS STORE WITHOUT FACE MASKS ON AND WITHOUT TELLING THEM OF THIS REGULATION (strike 2). There were 4 registers with 2 employees & 1 manager (one employee being from the cinnabun stand located in the store). The woman from the cinnabun stand (Natalie) got held up with one customer so the line got ridiculously long. So long, that 3 men had attempted to jump the line in front of me. 2 men were successful, and when this happened, the other female employee at the register during the time, had no issues with this and helped the two guys with NO MASKS ON ahead of everyone else who had been waiting patiently for service (strike 3). When I got to Natalie for my juul pods, she had just decided to start working 2 registers at once to make the line go faster. I told her exactly what I wanted, and due to her not focussing on one customer at a time with speedy and genuine service, she got my order wrong. In the heat of Natalies rushing, frantic state, with a packed store, she didnt clarify anyconfusion she probably had and didnt even ID me for my nicotine products (even though Im clearly closer to 16 than 40). Due to the frustration of waiting in a horribly long line, only to get jumped in front of and the lack of safety on the scene, I left promptly and went home without looking at the pack (because they never get it wrong when I tell them exactly what I want, why would that happen now?). Unfortunately, Natalie gave me the grossest flavor of nicotine product available for juul, which wasnt what I asked for. With an unopen pack, I returned 30 minutes later to see a new woman named Julia at the register. After informing her of the mistake her fellow employee made, I asked what we could do to fix it and Julia looked into my eyes and said Nothing. Theres nothing I can do for you. Not only did I waste my time in this store which I am usually pretty loyal to (for only 2 specific employees), I risked my health and my familys health in this publicly unsafe display of chaos, and I wasted $20 due to the employees inability to listen over effort to be fast.Like I said, there are only 2 employees (one male and one female) that really earned my loyalty here, thats why Ill give it 2 stars, but due to the my experience yesterday, I will not continue to return to this Flying J. I will spend more of my hard earned money else where for a better safer, and more uniform service.

Security guard bad at job. I brushed my teeth, kicked off my shoes, and slept for 2 hours before he knocked on my vehicle to tell me there is no overnight parking. There were no signs. And there were trucks, RVs, and other vehicles too. Like okay dude. Rest stops near Albuquerque are currently scarce as is.

Very bad experience. My husband stop over there for the first time yesterday. This people are very irresponsible. My husband forgot his Gold chain in the shower room no. 1 while he took shower and someone stole his chain from there after he leave. He realise after he went on his way to california and when we complaint them, they dont even want to investigate and keep saying that they didnt found anything in the shower room thats it. And even after so many calls i dont know they investigate it or not but they said they dont know but some other guy went to their shower room other then maintainance guy. They dnt want to take blame for their maintaince people thats y they keep saying no and dnt even want to give name of the person who went to shower room after my husband. How rude and irresponsible they are seriously. I dont think people who stop by their truck stop are safe and there things too. Please be carefull guys.

Not enough parking, too many reserved spots. Truckers always camped out in the diesel isle. Pumps down on multiple occasions. Watched a truck sit unattended in the fuel isle for 25 mins.

I was going through Albuquerque on the way to Denver and needed a few hours of sleep when I was woke up by security and told I could not sleep in my car in his parking lot and to go across the street to the motel that is clearly marked no trespassing. So I guess flying j would rather have you have an accident from being tired the owners comment on Google maps says hes here for you well I guess that is just bs

Fast registers. Hardly a moments stand in the line. The attendants where helpful when it came to where an how to access the showers. First thing I noticed was no smell, nothing was wet an gross, floors where actually clean. No water marks on ceilings an walls. Sink an toilet appeared very clean. The towels an linens actually were soft an not totally obviously overused. It was a refreshing surprise.

We stayed here 1 night with our RV towing a car. There are a lot of rigs at this Pilot, which probably contributed to some of the litter that was behind the trailers on the grass. I dont blame this on the property as there were trash bins every 100 yards, if not inconsiderate individuals. There is a dump station for RVs for I believe $10 or so, but unfortunately no water safe for drinking to fill your tank.

Good stop for drivers. Supposedly not a great neighborhood, but Ive never been bothered.Decent sized lot. Ive been here 3 times in the last few months.Decent staff, pretty clean, busy location.If you get Reserved parking, pull straight off of the fuel island to not be facing downhill.Right up the interstate is Route 66 also. Lots of food choices.Of course no sooner than this was posted I had an urchin knock on my door at 3 am.

For me a bad place! Why they drive out of the parking lot at night, why they simply do not let the driver get enough sleep, I hate such places !!!

Clean restrooms. Great coffee. The view was great, but security said I could not nap there. He directed me to park in the dirt at the dead end of the road, or to go to Loves. I believe this stop will no longer be on my itinerary. Sad, as I always stop at Pilot stations when criss crossing the nation. In the past, have always recommended Pilot stations to everyone. I will have to rethink that in the future.

Good place to fuel up. Awesome views for a truck stop. Parking lot has a bad design. Showers are nasty. Bathrooms are nasty. IF you are WHITE or LIGHT SKINNED do not eat at the Dennys. Do not bring your children here! You will find ghost peppers magically appear in your food if youre white. Normally you have to sign a waiver to eat those but not at this Dennys. You can enjoy vomiting, feeling like youre going to die, the taste of spit burgers if you eat here. Service at the fuel desk was great but dont waste time or money inside the restaurant. And youll probably get cleaner if you roll in the dirt than showering here. Great job Pilot/Flying J corporate for having such a crappy travel stop in a major city.

Id give this flying j 0 stars!!! Fuel islands are greasy dirty gabages full!!! And drivers doing 30minute breaks on the fuel islands always,does not make me happy as I need to fuel and go!!! This is one of the worst in my 24yrs driving!!! Never mind inside the store!

Shower 15 flooded out due to terrible maintenance and plumbing issues. lost 30 minutes of sleep waiting for housekeeping to clean another one of the 5-10 showers I saw empty but not cleaned.

Dennys was disappointing. This Flying J is a cut below most of them. Just average which is disappointing. No toast or napkin with my breakfast. Coffee cup ran dry. It wasnt crowded maybe there was a reason.

We just stopped in here on our way to Oklahoma and decided to grab a bite from their hot case, i apprehensively got a couple slices of pizza for my husband and I and it was so good I had to leave a review. I have had a lot of pizza and their pizza is one of the best. The guy at the front counter was honest with which pizza was freshest and we werent disappointed. The service, cleanliness and food were great and left us with a pleasant experience.

Huge ripoff. Subway was almost double the price than normal. Dirty and the lines took forever.

When I would get tired I would stop here to rest a bit before I get back on the road cause I sometimes get pretty tired as I come though Albuquerque, and they never really bothered me. Now this last time I came through I had a security guard knocking on my window telling me to leave. I always would put gas and pick up food here. This changed my whole outlook on Flying Js, I will not spend my money there again. They harassed me just cause I was sleeping there. I now will use Loves truck stop as my resting spot. Thank you Loves for being so kind to me.

Worst fuel stop in our Network. pumps are consistently down. pump shut off 1 gallon before I would have gotten a shower credit and def pumps are garbage. had to leave with no extra def and 3/4 of the amount of fuel I needed.The employees are fine and helpful but corporate isnt doing their part. Instead of investing in interior renovations they need to focus funds on the pumps that have been regularly unreliable for the past 2 years Ive been visiting this location.I fuel approx 700/gal a month here but will be contacting my company to authorize one of the surrounding Loves locations so I dont have to go without fuel.

Showers are very small and old. The cleaning staff seemed unhappy and very rude. He slammed on doors for cleaning even though I was still in the shower and had only been in there for a couple of minutes. He was yelling something at another person in the next shower. Overall the place felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I don’t know why most of the staff seemed very rude. If you have a choice go to the loves gas station down the road.

Poilt Flying J you should hire a full time Trucking lot attendant to take care of all the reservations and parking restrictions thats a full time job for someone.

Im impressed with this flying j. I wish all flying j/ pilots were like this. Security does a great job kicking the creative parkers out of here and not in the way of drivers who get here to get a space. One thing though that they need to improve on. I can say that there are a few who has spent an hr or so on fuel islands. They need to work on keeping those clear for fueling drivers not for breaks. Ive been keeping track of one truck in particular and has been parked in one for 2 or more hrs now. This isnt except able. Staff was friendly but need to check the fuel islands better. By the way it was a white FedEx truck with orange stripes.

Pretty basic concept: Dont park near a fire lane or outside of a designated parking spot, and you wont be harassed by a security guard. You drivers know very well that these are your habits. I would know. This store has laundry, showers and an attached restaurant. Cinnabon as well! My only grievance is that the lotto machine was out of service and the front desk woman said, neither she nor a manager can do anything until a technician shows up.

See a food sale price and it registered as a dollar more even after my pilot card was used. I argued with her. A customer buys something every two to three minutes here. Over a whole day the store could earn an extra $700 in over charged products.

Good Flying J gasoline station and convenience store on the west side of Albuquerque. Easy to find off the route 40 Interstate. The automobile/passenger vehicle side is a Conoco gas station with competitive prices.

I am Hotshot driver, I spend hundreds of dollars with this company per year. and this particular location does not allow hotshot drivers to sleep in their RV spaces if your empty, so if your looking for a place to take your 10 hour brake this is not the place. If your looking to take a shower this is also not the place apparently no one here was thought to clean a shower I had to get my money back. shower was disgusting like all over the walls, soap scum all over the uandels and shower head. My dogs shower caddy is cleaner than this place, about it at all cause unless your ok with leaving with some type of rash, remember your pores are open when you take a hot shower and your body is completely exposed

Nice truck stop woth a Dennys attached. I travel in my Motorhome fulltime and they do have dedicated rv fuel lane and a dump station. Showers were typical and clean which I do use on occasion at various truck stops across the US. Nice staff and clean big parking lot. Slept here one night before getting back on the road without hassel or issue. A good place to stop for gas and to stretch your legs and get a bite to eat and even sleep for one night.

An unidentified person approached me in the TV area and asked for my identification. He told me very very rudely if you do not have your CDL you have to get out of here I was too surprised because I have 5 years of driver and I drive all over the United States and nobody treated me like this I never never return to this place 🤬🤬

As usual, a crummy shower experience. Again. This one took the cake. No toilet paper on either roll, in fact even the cardboard tubes were gone. Then, no soap in the shower, an all TOO COMMON malady at P/FJ truck stops. I started using the soap dispenser near the sink, getting water everywhere all over the floor, and as I expected, it was nearly empty as well, and I was not able to get a good clean soapy shower. Keep it up, P/FJ, because you already have the reputation of the Most Ghetto Award of the big chain truck stops.

Ok well starting out wifi is terrible took my money never gave me time on my account. The next thing the shower I used was not cleaned very well, also the drain was clogged so the shower filled up with water so I had to stand nasty water from not probably cleaned.
