The service was phenomenal! The guy at the door was so helpful, assisted with our online ordering and even threw in a extra cookies because the store was not open anymore For walk ins, only for online ordering. The chocolate cookies were the best, and the ice cream was creamy and sweet without being over powering. Loved the place!

My friend and I came to Insomnia today and were having trouble with online order. Christian and Derrick were so kind and helped us out. They even gave bonus cookies since they were out of our 1st choices. They were so kind when they didnt have to be, someone give them a raise!!!!! 10/10

Dont get me wrong the cookies were okay but there was paper cooked into my cookie!! And these arent cheap for them to be soggy and have paper in them. Im really grossed out.

Would give no stars if possible. Came to the location at 11pm Sunday night to get a few cookies, lobby was closed and I had to call the company number to place an order since the website ordering wasn’t working. Waited over an hour in the parking lot in my car for 4 cookies.... had to call the company number AGAIN to get a status update because I wasn’t sent a confirmation text or anything. The employees working didn’t communicate with anyone waiting because there were a few cars that were there longer than us as well. Extremely frustrating. I understand the need to close the lobby because of the area, but this should be an easier and faster process rather than just a waste of time. Great cookies and the service is usually pretty good. This was just not a good experience.

Fantastic! Cookies were served warm and were very soft. Absolutely delicious and the perfect price for just you, a few friends, or a whole group. There is a great selection including vegan options. Best yet, theyre open until 3am.If I had one complaint it would be that the delivery radius isnt very big. But trust me when I say the cookies are worth the trip.

I think the picture speaks more than my words. Not worth it for something I could do better in my own kitchen. It was underbaked and stuck to the cardboard. Also had issues ordering online (was getting an error when checking out) and went into store and explained the situation and was told sorry you need to order online. Very unhelpful and incompetent if you cant take an order in store.

Ordered cookies online and when I went to pick them up a homeless man tried bashing in my windows. Called the store after I sped off to tell them that I wanted a refund because I saw my life flash before my eyes and all they had to say was “yeah I know”. They said corporate would contact me and I would be refunded but no surprise neither of those things happened.

These cookies are just so good. I grabbed an ice cream sandwich box and my girl got 6 cookies. The smores is out of this world. And hands down best peanut butter cookie I ever had.

Just got my order and they forgot something after I asked when leaving if this was everything. This was discovered when I arrived at my house with my partner who notified me the order was missing something because she ordered it. I call and they offer a refund but my girlfriend just really wants what they forgot. I go back to the location and they have it ready but insist on helping everyone else in line before me. When it gets to my turn he reaches into the fridge not asking why im there in line the whole time and Rolands me my missing item. Complete lack of respect for my time, money, my order and my icecream melting in the car between there mess ups.

Really good for a late night snack! I’m glad they close their lobby @9 because is not a good neighborhood at all. But they should make their CURBSIDE INSTRUCTIONS more clear. I did the order online for pickup and got here and seen the lobby was closed. So I called to ask how it works because it’s not like they asked for a car make/model/color or an option for curbside it just says pick up or delivery. When I called to verify because I was confused about it, they were just rude and took forever to bring my order out 😔.Update: been waiting for 35 minutes and was suppose to be done 10 minutes ago.

Cookies are great, everything else not so much. Service is sub-par. My last visit they were doing online orders only and took almost a half hour to fill them. It was a hassle and I probably will not return because of it. You used to be able to walk in and out within 5 minutes. Not to mention the full menu isnt online.

We wanted to try a different cookie place since Rude Boys was subpar, but unfortunately this place is about the same rating. I ordered the vegan double chocolate and the vegan chocolate chip cookies (vegan is no dairy) but honestly they tasted like average grocery store cookies. They had more flavor then rude boys cookies, but both places are a dud. Wasted $10. Make your cookies at home. Also, they use blue bell ice cream for the cookie sandwiches and my husband said the vanilla was not good either.

I didnt go in, but the lady on the phone was very polite, the cookies were amazing and the milk was cold even when we got back to the room. I loved it. And will definitely be getting more next time the munchies hit. Amazing!!

The cookies are always on point. I’m not one for cookies usually more of a cake guy, but these cookies satisfy that fat man inside me. We’ve tried just about all their cookies and all are delicious but the Snickerdoodle and peanut butter cookies are to die for. But when you really want that sugar rush go for the BIG WICH. You will not regret this decision. The staff is always friendly and helpful never had any problems there.

We went there after our trip to lunch. When we were looking at the reviews, we assumed that the service would be terrible and the cookies, not so good. But, when we got there we ordered a 6 pack of cookies and a brownie. About one and a half minutes later, we got our cookies. When we got to the table, I took a bite of the brownie, OH MY GOD WAS THAT GOOD! It was soft and warm; I was speechless. The staff was really good and helpful. When we opened the 6 pack of cookies, we took a bite out of all of the cookies and they were all AWESOME!!!!!

I love how their cookies are served warm. They have some very creative and delicious flavor combinations they are worth a stop if you are in the area you cant go wrong with there a delicious duo.

Ever since the Nestle Toll house cookie shop closed Ive been searching for the best cookies in town and I found them. Dions cookies are hard, Starbucks and Flying Star with Rude Boys are too big. Subways are just basic, and I love this place! the prices are reasonable. I just wish there was more parking and the area was more approachable, other than that great cookies!

Placed a large order online tonight for delivery, a employee called to let me know they had just gotten 10 other large orders and my order would be delayed so more could be made. Once the order arrived they had given several extra cookies and brownies to make up for the delay and for all the M&M cookies being sold clean out. Delicious cookies. We had a mix of 6, and all were great. I also got a cookie ice cream sandwich, and although it was good, the cold quality of the ice cream actually took away from the rich flavors of the cookie. I think its probably better to eat them separately in order to still taste the delicious cookies.

I showed up here for the first time and the sign said Open so I walked in and the dude tells me we are actually closed so I said I am sorry your sign says open and the door was unlocked and then he said well it is open for curbside and told me to go to the website to order and so I asked what the website was and he said I should know and I told him I didnt cause I had never been there before and then he finally gave me the website and then as I backed up he closed the door on my face and locked the door without another word to me so probably never going to ever come again

🍭 As the name implies, its a great place to get a cookie at midnight, especially if youre a busy college student who needs a treat for studying late. It also helps that the store is right next to unm campus, just be careful waking out late at night. The cookies and brownies are made fresh and you get them warm. The only down side is that the cookies are relatively expensive. I would say that this is a place at least worth trying once.

So. Good. We stopped by late at night and I got a Smores, Chocate Chunk, and a Peanut Butter and they were amazing. Served warm and OH. SO. GOOD. Not too pricey (I think it was around $8 for all 3) and they are a good size. Im glad I dont live close otherwise I would be stopping by often.

They are very antisocial & they don’t greet you or even force a smile when you walk in. Girl seemed like she doesn’t like her job. She was quiet, rude and just had a blank stare on her face. My daughter asked if the restrooms were open so she could use it and the girl just replied NO rather than saying let me get the key for you or give me a second, NOTHING. When we ordered, I saw my total due on the register and pulled out some cash and she said she wasn’t ready because she had to get my order ready. Later when my daughter returned from using the restroom, her treat wasn’t ready and when she went to get it, she immediately asked if she had paid yet. Um, why not charge in the first place when you take the order? They didn’t even notice my family walk out and didn’t even thank us....My cookie ice cream sandwich was good though. I wouldn’t return just because of the service. I’m surprised with the bad reviews that the owners still allow the bad service. Makes me sad because we were expecting more.

Strangely enough it didnt smell like they made cookies here. I thought Id walked into a terrarium. Cookies were good and the cookie sandwich was really good, I think the presentation was fantastic, a big box and spoon on plate, maybe because it was $5+. Delicious soft cookies paired with Creamland ice cream for a decadent dessert.I came in with a couple friends and tried the Cookiewich with the chocolate ice cream between two double chocolate mint ice cream - it was amazing. Mediocre cookies and basic ice cream at an inappropriate price. Staff was very lazy and inattentive while me and my girlfriend were there. Extremely antisocial. Its like kids dont know how to interact properly with human beings anymore. Even got mocked and ridiculed by one of the male employees. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. There are plenty of better local bakeries people should give their money to that actually care about their business. Rude. Overpriced. Lazy. What else is there to say? Avoid at evening time and night time. Cant vouch for the day staff.
