Helpful and friendly staff pretty, limited stock especially around the holidays. This may be related to COVID-19 supply chain disruptions. Very good at notifying customers when items sought are in stock.[Edit]I went in after the holiday rush and found the miniature nativity item I was looking for. The staff recognized me, remembered I was looking for that particular item and gave me the holiday sale price stating “If we had it in stock, you would have bought it during the sale.” Excellent treatment.

Holiday hours posted on the shops door indicate the store is open until 7 pm. That ids a lie. The shop was closed on 24 Dec at 5:15 pm.

This location didn’t have much in stock and the prices at this outlet were much higher than I have seen in other locations. It was disorganized and cluttered. The staff were polite and could order anything they didn’t have but defeats having a store front.

This is my favorite go-to place for wedding gifts or special anniversary gifts. Their products are beautiful and stand the test of time. The workers are welcoming and friendly as well as being helpful. I was given a Nambé bowl for my wedding and it still looks brand new even after 26 years of regular use! If you need a special gift, this is the place to go!

Bring your checkbook. The stuff here is amazing and just so versatile, but man, you will pay for it. Its worth every penny though. This isnt something or throw away culture made. This is something that will last a lifetime and longer.Let me highly recommend the metal salad bowls and the salt and pepper shakers. Also around the holidays they have nice nativity sets.

I loved Nambé ware and saw it for the first time over 30 years ago and it is so beautiful! ! They have so much more than I remember!!!
