I worked with BDC during the initial construction of my home and again when my car and my garage door had a close encounter of the wrong kind. In both cases, BDC personnel in the front office were very professional and helpful. This last time, the technician who came out to repair my door was excellent. It started with a phone call from the front office stating that he would be 30 minutes late for our scheduled appointment; imagine that, they kept me informed. Secondly, the technician came out and fixed and tuned up my my garage door quickly and did a great job. The cost was extremely reasonable and I couldnt be more pleased. Thank you, BDC!

I pushed the button on my garage door opener to run some quick errands before lunch. The door got halfway up, then fell with a shearing metal sound. The door is too heavy for me to lift, so my car was trapped inside.I called BDC at 12:30, described the problem, and a repairman arrived in about 30 minutes. He replaced the broken spring and the sheared part on the opener. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Shortly after 2 it was fixed and I could head out on my errands.I highly recommend BDC. They have been prompt in responding to calls for service every time I’ve called, since they replaced my original door years ago. They do quality work.

The installer arrived on time. He did a fine job. Very neat installation with the control wires stapled in nice straight lines. He gave instructions very clearly and assisted in coding the remote control mounted to the exterior. I hope I dont need a replacement opener but if I ever do I would not hesitate to use BDC again.

I just had my garage doors repaired and serviced. I have 3 garage doors with glass panes that were binding, closing with difficulty and cables coming off the drums. We talked to several garage door companies a few months back looking for gaskets that would fit our garage doors. We must have talked to 5 local companies and searched the internet for several hours. BDC Door Co. at 3720 commercial Ne #100 took on the task of looking for us. Sure enough, within a week BDC found what we needed. We were thrilled Jenifer Ghion was diligent and wouldnt give up.Today Jan 23, 2020 we called BDC Door Co and asked if they could help with our doors. Talk about great service, showed up within 1.5 hrs, adjusted spring tension, cable drums, cables, lubed, set open and close, repaired cable brackets, realigned track rollers on each of the 3 garage doors within a few hrs. I had to call every time and after a week she said she hasnt got around to it yet. I asked her when she would and she said When I get around to it.I will try to get a hold of the manager. They probably dont care about reviews.LET THE CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!UPDATE: I called PRECISION DOOR SERVICE. They said a tech will be there around 4 PM. By 4 PM he left after installing a new opener. He also adjusted the springs and rollers for free. That was what was needed. Their COMMUNICATION and responses were fantastic!BDC must be doing well since they pick and choose who to serve and who to treat like dirt.

Month later I get a letter in the mail where I am being sue for not paying the garage door I had gone and talk to them about it and said they cant do anything about it.
