CJ and Andrew were very professional during the installation of our upstairs windows. They were very attentive and answered all of my questions. Also I mentioned some concerns about our downstairs windows and CJ placed a call to the local office and set up a service call that same day.

Was told, in so many words, it wasnt worth their time to come out to give us a quote for a sliding glass door. We intend to replace ALL of the windows in our home within the year, but need a sliding glass door placed pretty quickly. The lady was so rude and condescending that I assure you, when I go to replace my entire home of windows - this will not be a company I bother since they cant be bothered with my business!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service and communication!! I was told different times my windows would be in and no one ever called to let me know the date changed. I had to call them every time to get updates and almost two months later when I called again they said oh ya your windows are here. WHAT ?! No one called to schedule my install ?? AGAIN no apology. Philip and the install crew were awesome other then that Ill never do business with them again. Totally unreliable and unprofessional.

The service was very good from start to finish. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and was available when I had questions even after the sale. The customer service was always helpful and was sensitive to getting my windows and doors installed in a timely manner. The installation team was awesome. They were professional and fast. It was an overall pleasant experience. If I knew the windows and patio doors would turn out as good as they did, I would have done this sooner.

Wow! We had a big job and I am so happy we decided to go with Window World! We have 19 very large and high windows in our home, many of which had been leaking since they were installed in 1994. Because of the leakage, our foundation and framing were completely rotted away, something the stucco had been hiding from our eyes. The team at Window World did a fantastic job of uncovering and fixing this problem. The installers were previous home builders and we felt extremely comfortable with their knowledge and expertise. They were able to pull back much of our stucco to where the rot stopped and re build many of the sections around each window (we also had the help of a professional framer for some of the areas). I truly felt like they cared about their job, our home, and us as individuals. They went above and beyond to ensure our job was done correctly so that we would never experience leakage again. I would choose Window World over and over again and have since recommended them to family and friends. Our house is beautiful, our windows are outstanding, and the quality is out of this world!!!! Thank you team, from Norman, our friendly and knowledgeable sales Rep, to Anthony and Izzy, the amazingly talented head installers, and the large crew of gentlemen who helped complete this very large project!!!!! Drew the gentleman who came out to my home to provide an estimate for replacing my windows and sliding glass doors was so professional and knowledgeable! Two months ago I work with Drew waterfall who is the salesman to set up replacing all windows and one sliding patio door. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and everything went as planned based on what he told me. The insulation crew was extremely professional and polite and it all the work was done in 2 1/2 days. I just contacted Drew today because the garage door have needs to be completely replaced he responded back to my texts within about an hour or less and we talked on the phone about what needs to be done with the door. I will always use Drew and I will always work with window world because the quality as far as Im concerned is unmatched and the customer service is unmatched by anyone else in the industry at least locally. You only gave me five stars to rate I would write down 10 stars or more the quality politeness and professionalism is so far above shoulders of everyone else that I have worked with.

Just got off the phone with Demi from Window World Albuquerque. Called to get a price on 4 windows. She informed me that according to management, 4 windows are not worth their time and effort. Theyre only interested is retaining customers who what 5 or more windows.

Products are good quality,. Sales and customer service were lacking in communication skills and responsiveness. Installers were very professional and knowledgeable. Israel, Anthony and Anthony were very professional from the beginning of the project to the end.

We did a lot of research before purchasing our windows and went with Window World. Price, quality and the staff did it for us. Due to Covid, our order took a few months, but the office kept in touch with us, until they arrived. They moved quickly to get them installed once they arrived - so worth the wait! Thanks to Norman, Beth and Team Casey for pulling it all together. Love our windows - beautiful!

For looks of windows, price, and installation I would give them 5 stars. For customer relations 1 star. I ordered my window on 2 Aug 2020 and was told they would be installed 1st 2 weeks of Nov. Approximately 20 Oct I was told windows would be delayed. No estimate on date. Dec 29 was asked if install could be done on 5th & 6th Jan 2021. I agreed. Windows were installed, no problem. Never received follow-up call after installation. Poor Poor customer service

We havent had windows installed yet. But they came and gave us an estimation. The man who came was very informative and personable and willingly answered many questions. He brought samples to look at. We appreciated the information. If we get windows I will update this.

Drew came out to give an estimate for replacing two of our windows. Drew spent a lot of time with us as we told him why we wanted to replace the windows and discussed whether their company put on security film. I am thankful he took the time to explain why putting security film on the windows could cause problems in the future. I asked about getting several other windows replaced with safety glass because of changes we wanted to make in the room. He told us about different options and that we could get windows that are laminated which would protect like the security film and also give good UV and solar gain protection. Thank you for educating us.

From very beginning, the process was easy and went very smoothly. Drew gave me a very reasonable estimate and Shawn and Anthony were very professional and punctual. They were meticulous about the install and cleanup and left my house in perfect condition. The windows are a great value and a quality product. My house is so much warmer and quieter. I love how easily they slide out and can be removed for easy cleaning. They also have double locks for added security. I couldnt be happier with my new windows.

I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are not professional nor are they sympathetic! It took them 5 and a half months to install my windows. Which they stated would be installed in 8 weeks. They blame this all on COVID. They also no showed no called on installation day which then took 2 days to hear back from them. Never once did they offer anything for my time or my patience! They also stated things that they did not do! I have definitely learned my lesson and will make sure to do more research next time! I feel us being young and first time home buyers they definitely took advantage! The installer was absolutely amazing and its sad he works for this company cause he is absolutely AMAZING! I wish I could rate the installer because I would Anthony 1000 stars he very professional and good at what he does!

Window installation estimate. My entire experience was very positive. I was called prior to the appointment time and the gentleman was right on time. I couldnt have asked for a nicer, more knowledgeable person. He was very professional and I felt I could trust him - that he wouldnt try to sell me something I didnt need or couldnt afford. I had vague ideas about what I wanted so he patiently answered all my questions and educated me about best practices and procedures. Window World should be proud that this man, Drew Waterfall, works for the company By the way, I did sign the contract and feel good about my decision.

The initial order took approximately 5 months to arrive due to Covid pandemic (understandable). A scheduled time established to install Windows. Vacation time taken for window install. Notified on morning of scheduled install that appoint would have to be pushed back a day due to complications on another job. One window measured incorrectly. Reorder of window which took another month. One window presented with damage and was supposed to be reordered, but that did not occur. Reordered window arrived and installed without verification of all parts. New window missing flashing. Call to office and staff give impression of indifference. Order of flashing can take up to 4 to 6 weeks. New window remains unfinished with foam insulation exposed. The workers did ask for money owed despite incomplete work. Buyer beware!

We are very happy with our windows and the installation. The process went smoothly and everyone we interacted with was professional and responsive. Casey kept in communication with us about the installation process and when they would be arriving each day. He was professional and accommodating to our specific needs.

Drew is our sales guy, he is great ! Very Knowledgeable about windows and always gets back to us whenever we inquire about something. We have done all our windows a few at a time. Very unhappy with warranty service for broken seal on one window. I have had to contact Window World multiple times and call backs are non existent. When pressed for resolution, I was sent the wrong size replacement window twice with assurance that the correct window would be replaced but it takes 10 weeks for replacement window from factory. Then I have to call for status and no response. Very poor warranty service which is unfortunate. I have been going through this process for about one year now and very dissatisfied.

Window World of Alburquerque has top notch installers Mike and Mikie. I’d give them 6 stars if possible.However, the management of Window World doesn’t know one thing about customer service, best business practices, or how to meet any customer expectations. I’d stay away from this company, and hopefully Mike and Mikie find a better place of employment.

This is the second time we have used Window World with Israel as the lead installer. He was punctual, polite, very neat and careful, and kept us apprised of his progress. We have an older home with lots of irregularities, and he and his assistant Anthony worked hard to systematically address each difficulty. Highly professional! I do wish that Window World would have kept us informed of the frequent and lengthy delays in the order, but having Israel do the installation made the delays worth it.

I recently helped my mother look for a window company to get some prices for a couple of windows for her one story. We talked to two company’s and the second was Window world of Albuquerque. Norman Harty from window world was the gentleman we ended up buying windows from. He gave my mother and i all the information we needed and answered all our questions without taking to much of our time which I personally appreciated. He explained everything in a way my mother and I could understand and left us with no questions. My mothers windows look fantastic and she couldn’t be happier the installation team left the areas where they worked spotless once they were finished. Definitely recommend window world

I researched six different window companies in Albuqerque and obtained quotes from three of them. I chose Window World because of the AMMA Gold and Energy Star certifications that are combined with functionality, performance, and aesthetics. I could not find this level of quality at the same price anywhere else. Norm was extremely knowledgeable and patient, and I can’t recommend him enough. He went the extra mile when it comes to customer service! Our windows are now installed. Huge thanks to the Anthony duo! My first and last experience with WW. I met with a rep and gave them 50% deposit on June 3 2020. Today is August 12,2020. Unable to reach them By phone. Left voicemail. No install date yet, I want a refund so I can buy my patio door elsewhere. 3 month s to get and install a patio door? They should at least call me back.Update: My patio door was installed today 08/26/2020. The install went very, very well. I was very impressed. The installers cleaned up after themselves very meticulously. They adjusted the door perfectly. It seals perfectly, and rolls easily. I have changed my rating upwards from 1 star to 4 stars. Only deducted one star due to the delay. I have to say, the wait was really worth it!

After inquiring what i was wanting on a door installation he took some measurements and we then sat and discussed you products and your warranty verses other products offered on the market. He presented options available to the door we wanted. When all was said and done i believe that i will be getting a superior product at what turned out to be less cost then your nearest competitors discounted base price. This was done without any pressure or details of the competing bids being revealed. To be quite honest was set to use your competitor and obtaining your bid was just a formality. Installation was to replace floor to ceiling glass and put in regular windows which required basically a new little wall to be put in and they did that too. Everything flawless.

Our experience with Window World was great from the beginning in September 2019 meeting with Russ Little and the estimate for 10 replacement windows 50 miles south of Albuquerque NM. I have purposefully waited a few weeks to write this review because I am not easily impressed with talk or words. I wanted to see how the weather changed and it did last week with the cold front and high winds that made their way to NM. The windows did their job wonderfully!Our installation date was Nov 7th, 2019. The crew of three Mike, Israel and Mikey was a wonderful experience. They were absolutely knowledgeable and professional from the beginning to end. Also the weather was cold, windy and rainy. This TEAM collaborated and diligently worked together for the finished product. They showed Attention to Detail and all three frequently asked if I had any questions and if I was pleased. They took the time to make sure I knew how to operate the windows properly.In this day and age it is hard to find hard workers in whichever field that care and take pride in their work. I have to say this company did right by me and the cost. If in the future I have any issues I am confident they will step up and take care of business.Thank you for a job Well Done.

I purchased windows for my whole house several years ago. I purchased with the Lifetime Warranty expectancy. A few days ago, I went into the store and spoke to a woman in the back room and told her my dilemma that the window sills were peeling. I had my paperwork with me and she took copies as to look up my work done and would follow up with a call. The next day she called and left a message stating they no longer carried the windows they had put in my house and could not help me! What happened to a Lifetime Warranty? Not a truthful company and would not recommend!

Israel, our install manager and warranty rep is amazing to work with. I have recommended friends to install with Wondow World. The referral program is a nice incentive to get others to buy from Window World. Check if any referral specials are running when you talk to folks about buying. Sometimes the normal rate of $50/reference is increased during promotion periods. Follow up with the office managers if your referral check is lost in the mail. I was able get mine reissued after they researched that the check hadnt been cashed.I would likely buy windows from Window World again, especially if Israel is our job manager again. The quality and price of their windows would keep me a returning customer.

Timely installation in spite of all COVID19 delays, cordial and professional. Ive changed all my home windows and sliding doors for nearly 60 % less than other companies and they are beautiful and good quality.

Found Window World by fluke. Was referred to another company by friend and mistook them for other. What a nice mistake we made. Russ provided no pressure in home sales with thorough information in response to our continuous inquiries. He made certain to follow up on our order every step of the way. Even accompanied installer, Mr Iz, to assist measuring and discuss our objectives. Mr. Iz is an amazing, talented and meticulous craftsman. He made our vision of a huge sliding door where a window once was come to fruition which was no small task. Im accustomed to having to point out defects in workmanship and debris left by contractors. Never happened with Mr Iz. Mr. Iz sets the standard for how ALL work should be performed. The quality of windows appears good and is a nice upgrade. Time will tell and hope dont need to call in on lifetime warranty. Competitively priced and good looking product.
