We worked with Cardinal on many different home projects, and the results were always wonderful. We would highly recommend them and use them again.

Not only was I an employee but I was a customer a couple of times as well. Ted and his crew work hard and at a reasonable pace. As for prices, I can say he bids a bit high but if you pay the price I can garuntee that the crew will work with you during and even after the bill is payed. Cardinal Construction takes great pride in their work and the job was never done until the customer was happy.
