What is going on with them? I have left 7 messages with no response I cant believe they keep taking new customers on with no response to existing customers.I have tried every option they have on their phone lines and went to there business where the sign shows to call they are only taking appointments.Restaurants are doing business one on one but yet this place refuses to see customers on a walk in basics that installs at your home?They are using Covid as an excuse to cut back service and make money on people with no re-guard....absolutely ridiculousGood luck if you have any issues

Tonya came out to measure the windows and give an estimate for window and sliding door replacement. She was super fast and very knowledgeable! She did a presentation showing us the build of the windows and was super great at explaining how everything makes Champion Windows the best quality and value.We have not yet had anything installed but we did sign a contract today. FYI the wait time for installation is currently anywhere from 10-16 weeks.

We bought our windows 5 years ago. While we really like our windows, we recently needed service. We have been calling all week, have left 6 messages, and know one has even bothered to return our call. My wife even stopped by their office and no one would even open the door to acknowledge her presence. Needless to say we cannot recommend doing business with this company.

Tanya was on time to our appointment and spent two hours to generate, finance, and complete the purchase of new windows and sliding doors. She was patient and through with my endless questions and exercises positive body language from hello to goodbye.We are currently waiting for the installation crew to arrive and complete the new windows. We have been a Champion home for years. We have all champion windows, doors and a sun room. We noticed their quality and responsiveness slipping on the sun room install. It failed inspection twice. In this sun room there is a doggie door for our 3 dogs. The UV has damaged the flap. It is just hanging by a thread. For 6 moths now I have emailed and called to get this repaired. May 19th we heard from someone that said in 2 to 4 weeks we will have it fixed. I have since called and emailed again with no response. If that life time warranty means anything to you, be careful, I dont think it means anything to them.Update 08/28/2021A for effort...last week Champion did come out and bring new doggie door flaps. Unfortunately it was for the patio doggie door and not the sun room doggie door. The installer was very nice and apologetic and said he would order the correct size and be back. While he had them he did replace the patio door doggie flaps which were still functional but showing wear and tear. To be honest, Champion products are very good or we would not keep buying them and yes, they seem pricey, but what you are saving in energy costs and a life time warranty do justify the cost. Our windows, doors and sun room vary from 6 to 15 years old and still look and function great. I am just hoping it doesnt take too long to get the sun room doggie flaps replaced.update 9/17/2021I try to always update when a company works hard to make it right soon 9/17 the champion tech returned and installed the new dog door flap.I have met a lot of techs with all the installs we have had and he is perhaps the nicest who has ever been to the house. The door looks great and I gave them back two stars. Still I think, even with a pandemic, there should have been more communication. We understand things dont work as fast now but there is no need to not communicate for months.

I called to schedule an estimate for the replacement of two windows and was told they could schedule one BUT the minimum charge would be $2000. “That’s their policy.” Without even looking at what I had... in other words don’t bother them with a “small job.” Maybe their windows have magic powers but I won’t ever know because they don’t actually serve regular people.

We ordered windows in September when Isaiah Martinez came to our house to go over our options. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brandon came to our house a couple of days later to measure. On December 11 Anthony and Calvin came in the morning and worked all day to install our windows. We are so happy with the hardworking professionals who helped us order and get our beautiful windows installed. Great work and great people.

Estimate and final measure have been done. Awaiting notification of manufacture complete and install date to be established.

The Champion product is a good product. The install team was very conscience of our home. The problem is everything else. Pray you dont need anything....youll never get a human....they leave you hanging after they take your money for weeks and weeks. You never ever get a phone call telling you ANYTHING. We need one latch, on one of 9 windows installed, repaired. It wouldnt catch the frame causing the window to leak. Emailed them...no response. One phone call....nothing. Waited a week....called back...nothing. Filed complaint with the Attorney Generals Office of New Mexico this morning. Maybe that will cause a reaction.

Any business who wont disclose their pricing up front is leary. Just put your bottom line costs online without requiring the customer to make arrangements to have a consultant contact to try and upsell the product. Still using a business model from the 90s.

The windows are very good and installation went smoothly and well. They look really nice from outside. and the inside. Today having leaks inside windows from melting snow. Our latest project(2 of 2) 2 windows and a new door where there was a window and 3 windows and 2 doors in new construction started off with a call to Pam. She set us up with an appointment with Tonya to order five windows and three doors. She was very knowledgeable about their products and everything was ordered. Mike followed up the next day for measurements and a final go ahead on sending in the order. 6-8 weeks was given as time frame for shipping. They arrived on schedule which we worked around for the new construction.Mike informed us when they arrived and coordinated with our construction schedule very nicely. Marco, Ismael, and Calvin on two different installation days very carefully and professionally installed the 5 windows and 3 doors. I had Champion window doing the installed on my house. We did it in 4 different installations. Each time it was excellent from the initial write up, to Mike measuring the windows, to Pam for always keeping on top of our progress, to Marco and Ismael doing the installation. I purchased an Entry door and Storm door from Champion Windows. They were the only company that was willing to send a person to give me a free estimate. I went to 2 of the box stores and spoke with a store employee regarding the price of the doors and I was told to measure my door, come back and they would give me the price. When I went to Champion windows Pam showed me the Entry Doors and set me up with an appointment. Tonya gave me the quote and I purchased that day. When Mike came out to measure we talked about a storm door. He recommended a new storm door instead of reinstalling my old storm door. Again, I went to your showroom and Pam showed me the different doors you have to offer. When the doors came in Marco and Ismael installed them in no time. I’m so impressed with my entry door and my kitty’s love looking out the Storm door. Great quality and your employees are all wonderful

These folks are the best. A superior quality product with customer service to match. Their installers are not merely workers, but craftsmen. Their attention to detail is incredible. Our experience with the whole Champion staff was a real pleasure. Each step of the way, the staff member who helped and guided us in each part of the process is an expert. My wife and I drove around to different companies for estimates on Patio Rooms. Purchased a sunroom. Installed end of 2019.Sales - Bad experience with Tonya. Misinformation was given to get our business as we found out later (after product was ordered). Dishonest business practices and poor communication.Installation of sunroom - Great experience with Mike H. (Installation Manager) and his crew. Very knowledgeable and professional. Hard-working crew!Installation of gutters - Terrible experience! The gutters look horrible. Cheap materials and sloppy installation negatively impact the value of the room overall. Spoke with David at ABQ Gutter Pros on the phone and was treated very poorly. The conversation quickly turned into a profanity-laced screaming match. His statement “you are not the customer, Champion is” explains everything. He eventually offered to send his guys over to fix the gutters, but I don’t want them anywhere near my property. I’ll have to hire another company to fix.Overall, Champion seems to be a good company and they offer a solid product, but there are weak links in the process that make the whole experience feel like a headache.

I called to get an estimate to have one window installed in my house. The job would be to re-install a window where the previous owners had filled it in to wall-mount a swamp cooler. From the outside you can see the entire window frame - its just been covered over by wood to fit the swamp cooler opening. from the inside, that same hole has been covered over by drywall. All of the existing window frame is still there. The guy came out and straight faced estimated that it would cost me $3588. Three thousand five hundred and eighty eight dollars???? Then he told me that theyd be able to finance me the amount at 9.99% interest for 120 months (thats a SOLID 10 YEARS) for $35/month. I dont care if that window was made of gold with the gasses of neptune between the panes - theres no way one window is that much to install. Complete insanity.I called up a well reputed neighborhood handyman and hes going to install my new window for $500-600 all-in.

We stopped in today (Saturday) to learn about Champion windows. We knew the exact size we needed for two new windows. When we arrived at 10:25, the door was locked, the salesperson came over and unlocked the door for us. I told her we needed windows and asked her to tell us about their windows- she said she didnt know anything and only worked there on the weekends. Literally, she told us nothing. We browsed on our own, to check out the quality before heading to another store. When we left, I asked her for brochure, contact info and some pricing examples. She said they didnt have an pricing information available but gave us a brochure.We left and went to another place that was recommended and ordered our windows on the spot.This was so ridiculous, because whether you wanted general information, or to order windows- neither could be accomplished with this salesperson. Very disappointing. Waste of time.

We needed windows that were well insulated, secure, and easy to clean. We got all of that with our Champion Windows. The price was very reasonable and the sales person was very thorough and answered all of our questions. The installers were quick and very professional as well.

I felt pressured on writing a review. Also the presenter for my window estimate fly was down the entire time. So I guess not very professional. I edited this a week later.

They did a fantastic job of installing the windows. However, one screen was not the proper size. I was told a new one would be order to replace it. Here we are five months later and no replacement screen and promises of return calls dont seem to materialize.

We used Champion to replace windows and sliding doors about 5 years ago. We were very impressed with their professionalism and the quality that we called them out again to install a sunroom. Our sunroom is amazing! We cant’t say enough about how well the job was done from start to finish. I started my relationship with Champion Albuquerque years ago. A man named Dan sold me some windows (to my husband at the time) and they were received and installed quickly and efficiently. Over the years i havent had any issues. Recently the screens on my windows were torn and I called in to see what could be done. The phone lady Pam was super helpful and very friendly and told me I could bring them buy and have them repaired. She even taught me how to remove them (not something im known to do) When i showed up Pam introduced me to Mike and he ver y happily took my screens from me and let me know they would be repaired as quickly as possible. within the week I was hearing from Pam that Mike had completed my screens and I could grab them up. When i got there my screens looked brand new and Mike was there and gave me some house holds hints on how to keep my windows looking and feeling great for years to come. I cant thank Pam and Mike enough for all there help and I will continue using Champion because of them.

Champion re-stucco’d our house (yes they used to do stucco) a couple of years ago. Unfortunately the stucco didn’t last and is chipping, peeling and cracking when it should have lasted 20 years. I contacted them regarding a warranty, and they denied even doing stucco initially. When I pressed them, they told me they don’t do it anymore and there was no warranty. I am disappointed in the product and the customer service. I don’t know what we were thinking paying double for what was supposed to be a superior stucco product from a window company. We were young and dumb and learned our lesson the hard way.

We ordered the sliding patio door with the doggie-door cut out the last week of October 2017 and were told on the day of the final measure, November 9th, that in 6-8 weeks it will be in and ready for installation. Once 8 weeks passed by, with zero communication from Champion, I called the local office on Friday, January 5, 2018 to find out where my door was. They said they didnt know and had no records showing it had shipped but that theyd look into it and call me back. That afternoon, the girl that took my call left me a message saying they didnt know where it was but that theyd check with the installation manager and that I should hear back by the following Wednesday, January 10, 2018 because they were hoping it would be in that week. I didnt hear from anyone that week and called back Friday, January 12, 2018 and left a message with the guy that was supposed to call me with an update. He called me back and left me a message that he didnt have an update and had no information on whether or not it had been shipped. He said he opened an issue tracker ticket and that he should be getting an update to me by that afternoon or by Monday, January 15, 2018 at the latest. Needless to say, I did not get a call back so on Wednesday, January 18, 2018 I called back and had to leave a message in which I demanded a status update. No one called me back so I called my sales representative and he directed me back to one of the guys that gave me the same run-around about needing to open an issue-tracker ticket and getting a call back within a day. After yet another week with no call-backs, I called demanding to cancel my order in because I refuse to pay for a door I dont have and that is apparently missing and was told I couldnt cancel my order. At this point I demanded to talk to the next person in charge which was one of the guys I already talked to who directed me to his supervisor, who said there is an issue cutting the doggie-door and that it might be on back order. At this point, my $5,000+ missing door is three weeks over due. I was told I would get a call back today, Friday, January 26th and here we are, no phone call, no answers, I left a message with the guy that was supposed to call me back this time and the district manager and have gotten nothing. Therefore, I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be doing business here again.

I recently had Steve Alson out from Champion Windows, Door & Sunrooms, I’ve seen lots of other companies in the window and door business and this is the only Factory Direct company in Albuquerque. I’ve talked to all the high-end windows Companies and i was amazed by the knowledge and information that I got from Steve. I have had several other Window companies out and never gotten the education and expertise from other companies like Renewal by Anderson, Pella that got from Champions Windows and it’s sales Rep Steve Alson. CHAMPION WINDOWS & DOORS has a fabulous product at half the price of the high end window companies and is as good or better as those companies I’ve mentioned. My wife and I have already decided we are going to place our trust for this project with CHAMPION WINDOWS & DOORS. I would Highly recommend Champion Windows, Doors & Sunrooms if you are looking for Quality Window replacements as Champion is FACTORY DIRECT, NO middle man. I would suggest you ask for STEVE ALSON sales rep @ Champion Windows of Albuquerque as he made us understand what we needed to know in regards to Windows, Doors and Sunrooms.

Recently had a Champion rep come to my home and give a estimate on their windows. He was informative and polite and by far had the best presentation of everyone so far. Downside was the windows were nicer but I didnt think enough to by the huge difference in price in my opinion. The problem was when a Champion employee called to follow up. He was nice until I told him we decided to go with another company at which point his whole attitude changed and he became snotty and rude firmly telling me Good luck with that and hope it all works out for you and hung up on me. From a customer service standpoint there is always the potential something could go wrong with the company I chose and I may need to resort to another option. Well I can tell you Champion is forever off my list. Be careful if you choose them as they are obviously two faced.

These guys were a pleasure when I came in and placed my order and paid. After that, numerous things went wrong. Weeks went by, I called, the guy I needed to talk to was on vacation, so I asked that he call me when he returned (never called me back). I called again some weeks later and was told he is outside helping a customer, I asked that he call me back (never called me back). I waited another week and called again, this time i got him on the phone and he proceeded to tell me that the paperwork for my project wasnt submitted and that it would be a few MORE weeks.... still waiting....... This is ridiculous!

It was the most awful sales experience of my life. Complete bait and switch. Sales person quoted one APR and when I received my loan documents via email, it was double what was quoted to me. Shady business and I will be reporting them to BBB ASAP.

Please do not do business with this company. There is no customer support after your windows are installed and they have your money. Its has been weeks of phone calls with no response from the local office or the district manager. The corporate office told me it would be 60 to 90 days for a service representative to call me back. This company is the worst.
